..I sorta slept in and crushed my scheduled HIIT30 and Upper20 classes so I can spend some quality time with Tony later

Well it is probably no shocker that I didn't get any of my cleaning complete..I just wasn't feeling it..LOL I pretty much watched a couple of movies, zoned out and even napped a little..I did make all my dinners for the week so that was the extent of it..I ended the day with some Tony time Core Synergistics58 class..Now it's off to see how your day went and get some fuel..I hope you all had a happy healthy Monday!

Last night's shower was amazing! We had around 60 guests to show and surprisingly other than the "Boppies" and "Good night Moon"(book) there were no other repeats on the gifts.. They requested on the invitations instead of purchasing congratulatory cards, that each person buys a children's book and sign it..That way Carter will get an early start on reading
oh to answer Hollybelle's question, almost every gift idea I had was taken so I winged it..I gave him 4 books, a portable jungle gym, a walker/musical toy that shoots out plastic balls(I want one too!), snack organizer that attaches on the carseat, 10 super stylish outfits along with a straw fedora, sunglasses and an Evan Longoria(TB Rays) starter jersey..I was so hoping to find a comfy cute robe and slippers for Val's hospital stay but I didn't like any of the ones I seen(I am sure she wouldn't either) so I got her a gift card so she can select something herself...
There were so many gifts that Val's mom ended up renting a Uhaul to take all the gifts up to Jacksonville
I was moved by all of the love that was shown to my girl, her hubby and Carter
I arrived home a little after midnight and of course although I went to bed a lot later than the norm, I was up at my usual time(go figure) Although I was going to pospone my grocery run til tomorrow, I might as well get that out the way so I can unwind from my busy week without interruption.. I am sure napping will be taking place soon after that way I can get a good workout in later!! Well I will chat with ya later!!! Back from my day of leisure! After shopping for groceries I pretty much napped the afternoon away..Feeling refreshed I crushed a KenpoX and Ab10 class..I am so looking forward to chilling this evening..I am not sure if I am going to watch the entire Oscar Award show but def checking out the pre-show fashions for sure! I am a huge fan of Billy Crystal so hopefully he will keep the show interestingly humorous! Also one of my FAVE classic movies is coming on tonight "What ever happened to Baby Jane" and although that is airing a little late, I will be tuning in!! Well ladies I am going to read some diaries and get some fuel! My intake has been dissappointingly low the past few days..I hope you all had a wonderful weekend

I didn't have to work my entire double last night..I was out of there around 7 which was AOKAY with me! Since it is my scheduled day off from my program I even had the chance to sleep in, well sorta..By the time 7am rolled around, I was wide awake! LOL..It's okay at least I have the chance to shop early for Val and Carter
I already know what I am getting so I am hoping the trip will be quick and successful...Well I better get my day started! Talk to you all later

I completed my HIIT20 and Sculpt30 classes bright and early!! It is pretty foggy here today due to the humidity so hopefully this will burn off later..I am kinda stoked that after my double today I am off for the rest of the week
We have so much to do to set up for the shower tomorrow, also I have to make the wings which is a bit time consuming so I gave up my Sat. afternoon shift away so I won't be pressed for time... I hope you all have a wonderful Friday

Also, I hear you about feeling worn out after only one night of partying. I think we would have been a great match up back in our party-days, 'cause I recall getting home after 8am some mornings and then getting right back at it the next night! But now, oh boy, it takes days to feel 'right' again!

Happy to be home after my busy day
Thankfully the endorphines had me a buzz all day and after my Extreme Ab15 and Recharge20 I am sure to sleep like a baby tonight..You know it is crazy how one evening out can wear me out says the former party girl who used to do it almost every night! LOL After dinner and a few drinks we all wanted to go dancing but wasn't jazzed up about potentially being harassed all night so we went to "Georgie's Alibi" an alternative bar that is packed with mainly guys and lots of drag queens!!
The music is always awesome so we danced the night away! I am so happy that I went home when I did, the rest of them partied on..In Fact Christy and Grace were hurting pretty bad at work today and somehow I was blamed...Hahahaha
Anyhoo I am off to read some diaries and get some fuel.. I have been so hungry all day., My intake wasn't nearly enough last night for all of the workouts and dance marathon..

I just completed my scheuled Fire60 and Ab10 classes..I am hoping to spend some more time with Tony later..My day is pretty much free to take my time and shop for the baby shower..I got some really cool gift ideas from Sweetpea and Umpqua so hopefully no one else has the same idea...So far she has alot of things on her registry list as well as things that one of our other coworker has for her from her baby shower that were duplicates and still in the box..

Well my shopping trip did not go as expected and it was partially my fault for agreeing to wait to go with Tracy..In the end I declined going when it turned into a "group outing" around 2ish
..I am sure very little shopping was done and they are somewhere having cocktails...I should have just went solo early today, but as the saying goes, "You live and learn".... Anyhoo I was so ticked off, I needed some P90X therapy and blew off some serious steam with a Kenpo class..Now the world is a better place with a much calmer V

Kicked off week 19 of Extreme/Fire/P90 program with HIIT25 and Upper 20 classes..I had to take it down a notch with the plyometrics to be kinder to my knees..I am spending some quality time with Tony later!! Time to get some chores done so I will chat with you all later
Hey back from my day! It started off as kinda amusing but sad at the same time.. As I headed out to the laundry, I was greeted by Richard(my landlord) I was ordered to come with him to Bob's house (neighbor on the corner)..Bob's wife had called Richard to say that there was a guy laying in their yard who had seemed to have fallen and couldn't get up.. We could see this guy flailing on the grass as we walked towards him..We could smell the booze before we even got close to this guy
Out of the years of bartending, I have NEVER seen anyone this sloshed in person..This guy was on his back kicking like a crab that was washed ashore hands in the air doing the butterfly stroke! Hahaha...Richard wanted to help the guy up but I advised him that it might no be a good idea considering the state he was in, drunks can turn on you in a heartbeat.. By this time all of the neighbors got involved and sure enough against my strong urging, one of our other neighbors attempted to help this guy up and the drunk starts swinging on him
so they let him lay as he screamed for everyone to mind their own business and leave him alone there til the Po Po shows up and hauled him away.. We were all pondering where this guy came from ..There are no bars in stumbling distance (there is a school on the other corner) I guess "Happy Hour" came early for him..Hahahaha!
Anyhoo I made my meals for the week, completed a Core Synergistics 58 class so it's off to see how your day went and get some fuel!!

Hey back from my day.. The meeting was short and sweet and actually could have been handled over the phone but I suspect a couple of them were looking for a reason to escape their families for some girl time..My idea of a relaxing afternoon does not include work talk and a major Whinekenfest so I departed after all the details of the party was worked out.. I came home and chilled for the rest of the afternoon and did a portion of the YogaX class for an extended stretch.. I hope you all had a wonderful Sunday

LOL Well the rain has finally cleared out and still no sign of the sun..We have some pretty dense fog rolling in from the gulf..It is supposed to burn off as the day progresses so hopefully it will have a better day for all the vacationers and ME...LOL Well time to get my last shift for the week crushed..Chat with you later
Hey Ladies! Back from my day and the day shaped up to be really nice
..I ended up going to OBistro again with Tracy to map out our strategy for Val's baby shower next week.. We are having a meeting tomorrow afternoon at Tracy's to delegate assignments..Val chose to have the shower Saturday evening (as opposed to Sunday when the majority of us have the day off
) I guess she has her reasons for this but I am still torn as to whether I will give up my most lucrative shift or arrange for my PM relief to come in early.. I just hate being pressed for time and doing things half ass..
Anyhoo we I just hope the turnout will be good although it is not looking so hot..It is next to impossible for anyone to get their shifts covered this time of year..
Well I am off to unwind a bit before dinner..I hope you all had a Stellar Saturday!!

Got it!! Wow he sure is eye candy!! He is really an great inspiration to work out just to watch him in action. 3 years ago I had a frozen shoulder and my PT was just gorgeous. I didn't mind working hard to please him and I didn't even mind when he hurt me during the physical and painful stretching of my arm and neck. He was a swimmer which inspired me to get back in the water for therapy purposes. I wouldn't mind swimming again because I really had results with that, but it is such a time investment because of the head of hair that I maintain. Chlorine just really did a number on it and 3 years later it is finally healthy again. Go work out girl and take him out for a protein shake later!!

I am going to lunch today at a place called Copper River Grill. I haven't been there before. I hope they have something like salmon and salad etc. Or chicken breast and salad....without too many added ingredients....I think I can choose healthy - I can also just ask them not to add anything extra to these items if I need to. Going to try for low carbs.....high protein. Thanks for the encouragement!

What a shower! 60 people! A U-Haul! I missed your update - so I am glad you told me you had posted the picture, etc. You look great. Look at your little bitty jeans! How sharp you are! Val looks nice and about ready to have Carter. Now, who is Bianca, the young lady with you all? I love Whatever Happened to Baby Jane! That's a goodie. And what about Hush, Hush, Sweet Charlotte??? That was a good one, too!

Pizza sounds good...I see that you used sf pizza sauce...do you think sf helps lose/maintain weight? :-) I want to know for myself and I respect your advice on this as you have done outstandingly well with not regaining your lost weight.
