Good Morning Stormed like crazy last night and normally I would sleep right through it however the thunder was so loud, it startled me out of a pretty decent slumber around 2ish.. I eventually was able to sleep more and thankful for the long nap yesterday..

Completed Core Cardio and Balance class earlier.. Back to the grind for me so I have to get going and prep for work.. Catch ya later, have a wonderful day all

Back from the slowest day at work EVER..Granted it was the hottest day so far this year but the sea breeze made the temps at the beach a little cooler.. That's the nature of working outside, you win some ,you lose some.. Completed Stretch class when I arrived home..

Good evening!

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, natural pb and strawberries

L- Chicken Breast atop Spring mix, cherry tomato, 1/2 boiled egg, cheddarjack, red wine vin and fresh lemon...Crackers

S-  Low carb Protein Bar

D- Homemade pizza( whole wheat low carb tortilla, sf pizza sauce, oregano, turkey sausage crumbles, low fat mozzerella, fresh red pepper)..... Spring Mix, cucumber, red wine vin and fresh lemon..2 glasses of red wine

1 1/2 gallons of water.. Lf Cottage cheese(pre bedtime)

Progress as of today: 93 lbs lost so far, only 0 lbs to go!

I'm glad you were able to go back to sleep. I've been sleeping so well after the campground experience - did I mention it was right next to an airport and there were twin engines taking off starting at 6 a.m.? ;P

Good Morning Had a really good shift Saturday went out for a bit afterwards and as usual wide awake far too early on Sunday..Got a few chores done and chillaxed the rest of the day.. Slept in this morning and just completed Core Cardio and Balance class.. Off to tackle the rest of my chores so I will catch up with you all later.. Have an awesome day

Back from my day..Got an early start as well as finish to my chores..It was really nice to have the afternoon to do whatever I wanted.. So what did I do with my time? I read the August issue of "Musclemag" well that was until I dozed off, LOL

Fought the urge to get another workout in..I am really trying to honor "recovery week" so I will be ready and rested for the next program..

Well I am going to catch up with you all and get some fuel..Have a good evening!

L- 2 scrambled eggs with turkey sausage crumbles, low fat mozerella on lo carb ww tortilla... Watermelon

D- Lean Boneless Pork ribs... Spring Mix, cucumber, red pepper, 1/2 boiled egg, onion, red wine vin and fresh lemon...2 glasses of Pinot Grigio

Gallon of water...LF cottage cheese with blueberries(pre bedtime)

I have been getting up at unGodley hours on the weekends! Thank goodness for naptime! I think it may be because of the changes I have coming up - I will have to leave my house an hour earlier on weekdays - maybe pychologically I am getting ready for that! Have a terrific day, V!

I slept in this morning as well, didn't get much sleep over the weekend because the campground was LOUD. I was shocked at the number of little kids running wild at 11 or 12 at night. Of course my 3 guys slept through it all LOL. I hope you have a relaxing day!

Good Morning Completed X Trainer class and that wraps up the 8 week program..After doing 6 rounds of the Asylum Hybrid I am surprised that I have not grown bored of it..I guess that's because there is always room for improvement.Not sure which program I want to do after recovery week..

Better keep it moving and prep for work..Have a wonderful weekend all

Good Morning Decent shift yesterday alot busier and the rain held off for us.. Stopped off to see my friend at her bar so we could finalize the headcount for the play we are attending Sunday after next..Stayed far beyond anticipated due to the torrential storm that rolled through. Once the lightning and flooding eased up I made the trek home around 7:30..

Got in a Stretch class earlier today..Going to keep it moving so I will catch up with you all later. Happy Friday

Back from a good day. Thankfully the rain held out during my shift and during the drive home..Not sure how much more driving through standing water my car can take so wheew! 

Keeping it short and sweet, good evening all!

We're getting some rain here too, just in time for our camping trip ;P Weekend is supposed to be nice though. Hope you're having a good one! (And yes, I will take the plunge and try anchovies at some point. I assume you get canned ones near the tuna fish?)

Good Morning Yesterday was the usual re organizing job with the bar and as soon as we opened it started raining..UGGH!  Not severe just enough to deter most customers from sitting outside..Once it stopped the lunch rush was over..

Anyhoo completed Strength class earlier this morning and thankfully the rain is expected to come later this evening so hope it will be a good day...Better get going catch you all later

Back from another slow day..Rainfree though, it is just that time of the year. Can't believe summer break is over for a few counties here already..Most are starting back in 2 weeks..

Anhoo I had the pleasure of meeting  chef's 5 yo son today not only was he a little cutie, he gave me an hour lecture about the various dinosaurs that once roamed the earth..Let me just say that I was blown away by the knowledge this kid has..Not only did he name them, he also stated if the species walked on hind legs, neck, arm length, teeth structure but if they were carnivores, herbivores, or omnivores..That was the highlight of my day and I am cool with that!  Completed Relief class and super hungry, forgot to bring enough protein to support the weight training today..

oh wow, homemade pizza...interesting....and you can really put your own spin on it..

actually, I was meeting my DAD for dinner...LOL! I must have been in another world while typing...haha, meeting my dinner for dinner! but, that can be true too! haha

it was nice to see my dad, since I hadn't seen him for about 3 weeks (which is pretty often considering I used to live with him under the same roof for the first 30 years of my life!) :-)

Oh using a tortilla or a pizza crust sounds great! Gonna try that! I blew off my chore of cleaning the bathrooms, but I ususally do that when I don't do anything else. Did most everything else the other day - so now it's time to do that. Chores! I wish I had a live in housekeeper! Well maybe she could just come everyother day and not live with us! Haha. It's definitely better now that Rach has her own home, though! Much more predictable.

Good Morning Had a really good shift Saturday, spent the majority of Sunday  watching  "Girl Code" marathon..I just love that show, it's hilarious and spot on..

Kicked off the morning with a HIIT 30 class.. Determined to get all my chores out the way early so I can enjoy the day rest of the day.. I will catch up with you all later.. Have a happy healthy start to your week

Blew off most of my chores, just wasn't feeling it so after paying bills, laundry and meal prep the rest of the day was all about ME!!

Good Morning Work day dragged on Friday and the lull during the 20 minute afternoon rainshower didn't help..Got out of work an hour later than usual, had a group of guys that lingered and it was well worth staying so all in all a really good day.. SuperFail however avoiding stopping off, I just needed to unwind before I went home..

Completed Back and 6 Pack earlier.Off to get my last shift of the week over.. Have a wonderful weekend all

Good Morning Ended up sleeping half the night in my recliner..LOL Thankfully the chair is really comfy and I had no problem falling back to sleep once I made it to bed.. Had a well needed Stretch class earlier..Better keep it moving so I will catch up with you all later..Happy Friday
