I just completed my Burn Interval 45 class..It has been a while since this class was on the schedule.Love the HIIT with weights! Now that the morning party is over, I have to get that laundry done...SIGH...LOL Talk with ya later
Hey I got around to doing the laundry and had the opportunity to read more of my book while I was there.. The rest of the day went by at lightning speed, it always does for me on Tuesdays

Just completed Fire45 and Stretch10 classes and feeling exceptionally well after my evening on the town..We spent the first half of the game at the bar and went to Tracy's for the second half so I could hang with the kids before they went to bed
..It was a nice relaxing evening with gracious conscious hosts this year!! Hahaha! I must get some chores done so i will chat with you lovelies later
Hey ladies, I had a pretty productive day and never left the house..I was feeling a bit sluggish from my evening out..With my 2 a day workouts, sleep is my BFF
I got all my meals and protein squares made for the week, and I added a P90X Shoulders and Arms 58 with the bonus round.. My triceps were already on fire but those "side tri rises" at the end KILLED them..It was like everyone was possesed and trying to outdo each other..I def found the burn! It hurts so good!
So while await dinner to cool off I have to tell you about the guy that Tracy and Dennis tried to set me up with last night.. I am always super sketched out at being "introduced" but I did agree going into this with no expectations..This guy was really nice HOWEVER he was stuck in the 80's time warp, acid washed ripped jeans and a ring on EVERY finger
WTH?? I tried to look past this but that is so NOt my style.. I felt horrible and a bit superficial about not feeling this guy and saying no when he asked me out but hey, I know what I like and don't like..I was upfront with him at the beginning of the evening that I wasn't interested in a nice way so the rest of the evening we cold be at ease..
I did have the opportunity to hang with the owner of the bar who is super cute, but also the town "floozy' hahaha, I know one extreme to the other..I've know him since I moved here and although he tries really hard, he will never get more than a smooch or two, okay SEVERAL, he has really nice lips...Hahahaha!

I just finished up Kenpo class and I am getting my scheduled classes in before the Super Bowl Festivities begin..I am sure this year's party will be a lot less stressful with a more responsible host this year..I am sure some of you remeber the fiasco when last year's host Jim and his girlfriend were so plastered they were passed out before the game even started so T and my self had to play host and Jim forgot a critical key to making his party a sucesss..UTENSILS and PLATES, not to mention side dishes
Hahaha! Yep that is a sad but true tale!!
Anyhoo I better get going, I have to get to the store, my "party wings" were requested so I am hoping to get some pre-made wings at the deli and make my various sauces to save some time..We were going to go out to eat before hitting "Abbey Road" for gametime but by far this is a much cheaper alternative so that's a plus! Saturday again! The week went by pretty quick but no complaints here.Although today is my scheduled day off from weights and cardio, I might get in a stretch class depending on how my day goes..Well I have to get going soon, I have to stop at the store to pick up some chocolate syrup for some patrons who are in town that love their 'Mudslides"..Time to get my day started, have a wonderful day
Hey all! I had a really busy day at the beach and they started coming in a half an hour BEFORE we opened because someone forgot to lock the door! Due to the fact that my GM is so money hungry,OOPs I mean all about customer service
, he tells me to let them stay, make drinks and entertain them til the kitchen opens
.. Hahaha, WTH? Time to re negotiate my contact!! I really don't mind but it would have been nice to eat my lunch in peace..Oh well all in a a day's work and they all took extra good care of me for interrupting my lunch..

i am beginning to get stronger myself and it feels so good! i am sure this happened for you, too. for me, it's with cardio...the muscles in my legs are starting to be able to run for longer periods of time and it's so enjoyable to go to the park and be able to jog and continue jogging, even if at a slow pace.
do you have any recommendation for ways to get a leaner midsection? leaner abs? are there any DVDs you recommend? I need to do something MORE for my abs. Currently, i just do a few situps here and there.maybe i work my abs 2x a week...sometimes just 1x.

Hey Ladies! Super stoked that Jim asked to pick up my evening portion of my shift and I said YES PLEASE!! Not that I have big plans for the evening but now that my priorities and life has shifted in a positive direction, I no longer care to spend my entire existance working long shifts only to be way too exhausted and stressed to enjoy the fruits of my labor..Don't get me wrong here I totally dig the perks$$ and meeting some solid upstanding people at my bar but if I truly want to persue a career in fitness, I have to give that part of my life equal time so it will flourish

RYC Before Morocco we've got 2 days with friends who are very indulgent food and alcohol wise. Morocco will have lots of healthy food choices, but I expect we'll have a lot of wine. No swimming as I can't find a swimsuit, lots of walking, but other than a strength routine I've planned, no cardio. Then a few weeks later it's a trip to London, but that should be fine weight wise.

I completed a Plyometrics 58 class with the bonus round at the end..I am doing my scheduled classes after my shift..Another nice day expected, so far this winter has been pretty kind to us! Well I gotta get prepped for my day so I will chat with you later
Back from my day..It was a decent shift and lots of returning "snow birds" have arrived so although Valentine's Day is our official start to season, it appears season is upon us! Even much more exciting is I have put my request in NOT to work doubles anymore as I have in season's past, I have sucessfully managed to get my GM to listen to reason.. Although I am still scheduled doubles on Friday, I am hoping to rid myself of that one too.. The thrill is totally gone with the shennanagins of the "wobbly people" and I would rather work day shifts and get out of there before I have to deal with the weepy, rebels and the "Gerbil Lady"
I just completed my Lean Circuit2 40 and Core 20 classes and now it is off to see how goes it with you all , get some fuel and watch "Machete" Yes!! I hope all of the gratuitous violence doesn't get me all worked up before bedtime..Hahaha

Beautiful day at the beach and i winded the day down with YogaX 50..It is actually a 90 minute class however the second exercise lasts way too long for the girl with a short attention span so I skipped over most of that..Now that i have a nice mellow feeling, I am going to catch up with you ladies and get some fuel!

Started my day off with a nice HIIT30 class..With only 4 weeks to go with my scheduled Extreme/Fire/P90 program, HIIT 30 is only scheduled 2 more times
Hahaha it is by far by favorite HIIT, not only is it fun, challenging, it also burns the most calories..Although my next program will be Insanity/P90X hybrid, I am hoping to get in a few fire classes when time permits..
Anyhoo I have to get that laundry done so I can enjoy my last day of peacefulness and then it's back to the grind.. I hope you all have a wonderful day
Hey well I finally got around to doing the laundry since they didn't miraculously clean themselves..BUMMER! Hahaha ! I ran into Ambular at the laundry and although we work at the same place, I never see her because we work opposite schedules.. It was nice to pass the time doing a chore I really don't like doing..
It was such a nice day so I took a stroll in the neighborhood, went to O'Bistro and sippped on a Rita and read my book on the patio.. I had a nice start to the day with a KenpoX 58 class and even had the chance to go psycho with the spirit yells since my landlords took off early this morning to shop.. Even though there is a pretty good distance from the guest and main house I guess I am pretty loud to say the least so I try to keep the yayas a little controlled when they are at home. Well I want to get the shopping out the way so I can enjoy the rest of my day..I hope Sunday is a good one for you all
Back from my day of leisure.. After groceries I even had time to get my brows/lip waxed..i was a little nervous to try out the place next to the grocery store instead of my usual favorite spa.. All turned out really well and the bonus is I only paid half of what I usually do and she only took off what I requested( the overly shocked looked or question mark to the brow is so not me..hahaha) She also does pedicures so next week I am going to see how well she does..
I finally got around to watch "Black Swan" and it was amazing!! Just completed my Lean Circuit 3 40 and Extreme Abs 15 classes to wind down the evening..All in all a pretty chill day!

Glad you had such a successful day! I will take your advice and go to bed early so that maybe tomorrow won't be so stressful! I usually post in the morning at work while I am having my morning break, but I don't think I had any breaks today. And then a client called 5 minutes before I close to drop off a check so I offered to stay and 45 minutes later I called to see where she was, and she forgot. Oh, well, that caused me to miss my walk or ride tonight. And on the home front, I will have to address that soon when I have time to write. Thanks for being there, you're great!
