Good Morning Just completed my PlyoX class..Now I am ready ! Hopefully it will be a busy one..I hope you all have a stellar day

Hey Ladies! Work was pretty slow so when had the chance, I got outta there with the quickness.. Perfect timing because Val wanted to stop by Tracy's so we could FINALLY meet Carter in person Unfortunately I didn't get enough time because as usual Val was late I am so happy that I completed my CardioX before I went there because she arrived 45 minutes later than she stated but I did get the chance to hold my little guy and he smiled at me..AWWWWWW! It melted my heart..

Well I gotta get some fuel in me, the double cardio day has me feeling a bit ravenous..

P90 Recovery fuel during workout

B- Almond breeze shake with whey protein, 1/3 banana, raspberries and blueberries

L- Tuna and Egg Salad on 2 slices of Pep Farms whole wheat very thin, lettuce tomato and ff cheddar

S- Mixed Nuts

S- Goose and Soda

thanks for asking - I woke up around 2:30 and stayed awake about an hour.....went back to sleep and slept well, but those interupts are awful. I hardly ever sleep through the night. Have a good day.

Good Morning Ladies Today kicks off week 9 of my 13 week P90X doubles program(2-3 classes a day) I just completed my CardioX and Ab Ripper classes..Super excited to pump some iron this evening..Off to do my usual Monday chores and hopefully I will see Carter today!  Have a happy healthy Monday ladies

Back from my day!  All my week's meals are prepared, weighed, bagged and tagged, actually I was ahead of the game because I remembered to put my pork sirloin roast in the crock pot last night so that was done in the morning..

Chest and Back(mainly pushups and pull ups) class was AWESOME!! I missed this class so much(it's been 4 weeks since it was scheduled) Super stoked that my pushup reps have doubled..I took Tony's advice to heart he said that most people stop  before they truly reach failure and I took  mini set vacations when I thought I couldn't do more and cranked it out til I truly couldn't do any more..There is always room for improvement and my goal is to get supersonic "Xstyle fit" (as Tony so eloquently words it) HURRAH!!

Well I am off to see what's up with you beauties and get some fuel..I hope you all had a good day!!!

Good morning. Thanks for the info on how to update my bio. Where in St. Pete is your bar. My son and DIL were married on the beach at the Grand Plaza at sunset. Their reception was on the top floor of the hotel which had a beautiful view of the water. Hope you are having a good day today.

What a SMALL world!!!! I didn't know that tiki bar was Crabby Bill's. I thought it was part of the Grand Plaza. I will DEFINITELY stop by when I'm in the area. It's one of our most favorite spots to go - St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach and John's Pass with all of the stores. Have a GREAT day!!!!!

Yes ma'am! Half the amount of cream cheese, sweetener, and eggs into a smaller crust. Same amount of flavorings because of camouflaging the artificial sweetener. Bake for a shorter time. It came out nice. I would have preferred to make my own crust, but the smaller ready made had only 3 grams of sugar per serving so I didn't fight it. I want to book your first class and I will definitely pay in food!!!!

Good Morning Ladies Plans to sleep in was a superfail this morning, I was wide awake at the usual time..Not sure if I am doing my yoga class now or save it for the evening.. I am meeting up with Val and Carter for brunch later.... Yep Moogy, I can't wait to hold him and maybe she will get him back before they leave Monday LOL  I have to get an earlier start to get groceries so I will catch up with you girls later.. Have a good day

Well unfortunately I didn't get to see Carter today.. Val's hubby's family sat for them last night so they went out for a night on the town, needless to say after 9 plus months of not drinking, she was hurting pretty bad this afternoon so our meeting has been postponed

I had a nice day of relaxing instead, watched Larry Crowne(Tom Hanks, Julia Roberts) had a nice long nap and did a Power Yoga class..  Off to read dome diaries and get some fuel. I hope you all had a wonderful Sunday!

Good Morning ladies I started my day off  with an Insane Abs class just to get a decent pump before my shift..Misson accomplished! I am heading out to work a little earlier to set up for a successful afternoon so I will catch up with you all later

I survived "Sports Fest" actually we were alot slower than projected.. This year was a bit of an overkill with staff members, this year alot of people attending the event were well versed on cutting corners as far as food and beverages went not to mention the shorter time periods between each event.. Although I am pretty peeved I am alot more appreciative that  I had a chill day and very few wobbly people..LOL 

Rumor has it that Val is in town with Carter so I am off to investigate..

Good Morning ladies Nice start to the day with Insanity's Cardio, Core and Balance..I am sure we will be busy today..Tomorrow is "Sports Fest" annual event on the beach where the suits compete in their own little "battle of the stars" ..Most of the games are fun stuff but the biggest events are the tug of war and the volleyball tournaments..  I am just thankful that I only have to work Saturday afternoon, last year we had quite a few oversunned, overserved weekend warriors as well as a couple of sleeping beauties/beasts  at the bar..LOL  Well I better get prepped for work so I will chat with ya later

Hey Ladies! I am back from a really slow day..Calm before the storm I guess.. I am totally okay with this because I am sure I won't be singing the same tune tomorrow..LOL

Good Morning I started out my day with a HIIT class just to get the blood pumping, I think it's best to save that stretch class for evening since it unwinds me a little too much, can't go into work dragging.. Hahaha I am hoping for another stellar day workwise.. I will chat with ya later

Good day at work and i had to meet up with a new client that purchased Insanity and Brazillian Butt workouts from me today..I am truly enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals and I guess if I were aggressive, my business would be booming, but I would rather give them my info and insight and let them come to me when they are ready..Decide, Commit, Succeed.. I am just happy to be a part of such a wonderful company that promotes a healthy lifestyle, not to mention the awesome strides that I have made with the help of Turbo Fire, ChaLEAN Extreme. P90X and Insanity yep and I plan to add more programs to my resume..

I'm liking the recovery week i'm on and doing the Core Balance class, but I sort of miss the energy and "dig" in the other workouts! I feel totally insane for saying that, but it's the truth!

Good Morning Ladies This week is recovery for my P90X program(no weights, Ab Ripper, plyo or cardio classes) I would normally be bumming about this but it gives me an opportunity to throw in a few Insanity and Turbo Fire classes since my schedule is open..This morning I did a HIIT20 and Ab10..YogaX is slated for the evening..

No, I haven't had a tetanus shot as far back as I can remember. I cleaned it with peroxide this morning and it fizzed up pretty good. I should have done that last night, but with the heavy head from the allergy, all I wanted to do was go to bed!! And that was miserable too because my nose was stuffed up. I may leave when the other girl gets here and go get some antibiotic ointment just to be safe.

Hey Ladies  Well the non starting car mystery has been solved.. I got a jump from Tracy and it started immediately..I let it run for a bit and turned it off to see if it would restart and it did Feeling confident that the car not starting was a fluke, I ventured out to get groceries.. As I was putting the groceries in my trunk, my Jackie(Florida Fam) comes up to me stating that she had been looking all over the store for me and she also said my lights were on??? I have a Yota, the lights work only when the car is turned on.. She tells me that it is my parking brake.. Sure enough they were on, apparently the reason that my fairly new battery was being drained.. Jackie tells me that it is a pretty easy fix and her hubby wouldn't mind doing it for me..

So off I went to her house and her hubby assured me that it was no problem to help me out.. The part to fix the stuck lights was only 5 bucks, however when he got back from the Auto parts store, it was raining like crazy..I did have the opportunity to spend quality time with my Florida MomI stayed over there for quite some time(since noon) and they told me to take one of the numerous cars that sits in the driveway, that way I could put my groceries away and get some nourishment, and that way if it doesn't stop raining by nightfall, I would have transportation for my morning errands... That was awfully nice, and I totally intend to give her hubby some cash for helping me out, I am sure I would have gotten a huge price gouge at a repair shop, on a Sunday to boot! I am just thankful that it is just a minor repair!!

I haven't had much in the way of fuel today unfortunately so dinner will be served a little early today!

D- homemade pizza with galic, olive oil, tomatoes and parmesean.. The usual salad(forgot this..LOL ) 2 glasses of Sauv Blanc

Gallon Water..Casein shake(pre bedtime)

Isn't it great when an angel happens to appear in your time of need? To fix your car and lend you one is so nice!!! Your dinner sounds great. I need to grill a pizza soon. We had that terrible rain yesterday and then it actually got cold! We sat around a fire last night after our cookout. Strange weather patterns...enjoy the rest of your weekend!
