Back from my day! Pretty chill day for me after my errands were complete, and ended the eveneing with a bonus P90X Plyometrics 58 as well as the scheduled Ab10 class..I am ust hoping that the afterburn won't keep me up too late,right now that hour of HIIT has me a bit apmed up to epic proportions..Time to read some diaries and get some fuel, I hope you all had a Stellar Sunday!

It is my scheduled day off from my workouts and of course I attempted to sleep in a bit but it was a super fail,go figure...hahaha...No worries though I have 1 more shift and I am off for the next 3 days..Well time to get my day started, talk to you all later
Back from my day, it was pretty decent..I resisted the offer to go to O'Bistro, well for one, I am still trying to save up a bit and if the temps are dipping again next week as predicted, Thursday is the only shift I will def work...

To kick off my day I did a HIIT25 class.. Temps are a little warmer today, it is supposed to be in the upper 60's..So noce day expected, however once that sun dips, it will probably be curtains for my double..Anyhoo I have to get prepped for my day. Have a good day all
Hey back from my double..The chill took over right before sunset, by the time it dipped in the gulf, most of the patrons were asking if they could move inside..The afternoon was really good though so i can't complain...Well i am going to read some diaries and chillax..

I didn't realise that you are going to teach the Fire55 class! That sounds like major work! I hope you don't get too exhausted doing it, though from what I've seen it seems like your a very healthy fit person! :)

Just completed my HIIT30 class and hopefully I will be able to complete my other scheduled class in a few so I can get a Kenpo class in this evening...This all depends on if I have the day off...It was in the low 30's this morning and temps are not supposed to get out of the low 50's...It is certain that my bar outside will be closed today buti still must prep just in case...Well I must get going, maybe I will talk to you soon!! Well I am off today and just finished up Sculpt30 class! Later I can crush a Kenpo class(martial arts/ boxing) Oh yeah, it's on!!
What a well needed extra day off! Since it was so chilly today, I watched a few movies, napped and went psycho with the Kenpo60 class! What a great way to get all the ya yas out, I am sure i will sleep like a baby tonight!! Time to read some diaries and get more fuel!

Hey Ladies! I had a really good day of chillaxing, and a little shopping..I had to return a pair of super cute jeans from Marshall's that I discovered once I arrived home was from the "tween" department LOL!! I guess that's what I get for not trying on at the store..Anyhoo I got a pair of adult jeans(I didn't try them on either at the store but I did check the label haha) as well as a nice pair of workout shoes with a gift card from one of my dearest friends
...Oh BTW girls all sketchers shoes are 25 bucks right now there..
I had the chance to break the shoes in doing a P90X Back and Legs 58 along with my Ab10 class.. I guess the true test will come tomorrow with my cardio classes, but so far so good

Just completed my scheduled HIIT25 and Tone30 classes.. Now I have to get some laundry done so I can enjoy this last day of summerlike weather..The temps are expected to drop drastically for a few days, can't really complain though, it has been a pretty mild winter... Back from my day! My trip to do laundry was put on hold because I had to see Chalene(my fitness mentor/life coach extrodinare just in case ya didn't know
) was on "Live with Kelly" today.. I could have waited to see the clip but i just had to see her..hahaha
Anyhoo, laundry done, dinner for the week is made, bagged and tagged. I also completed a CardioX 43 class in this evening as well..Man what a great class and I am so looking forward to making a career out of fitness..Getting paid for doing something that you truly love, what a rush! Well time to read some diaries and fuel the machine! Have a good evening!!!

Hey ladies, had a nice relaxing day and winded it down with an "I've Got Abs" 15 class. I am resuming my weekly class schedule in the morning as well as adding in more P90 classes in the mix.. I am in week 12 of the 20 week program so I am already planning ahead for my next program which will be an "Insanity/P90 hybrid and I am sure with a few Turbo Fire Classes cause that's how I roll.. hahaha!

Have a great one! My yoga DVD was recommended by a friend in America who has been a certified yoga instructor for years. It's Rodney Yee's Yoga for beginners. Looks easy to follow correctly.
