Good Morning Scheduled day off from Extreme/Fire/P90x..My attempt to sleep in was a big superfail, I  think the excitement of this being my last shift before vacay has me a bit too pumpedTime to crush this shift and then it is 11 days off!! Yayyy! I will catch up with you all this evening

Hey ladies, vacation is official!! I am gonna chill read some diaries, fuel up and rest for my workout marathon before I make my departure to Chi Town Who's stoked?? This girl

B- Green Goddess shake with organic OJ, casein, whey protein, banana strawberries

L- Albacore tuna with celery, onion, boiled egg, ff mayo on 1 slice Ezekiel 4-9 sesame, ff cheddar, flax chips

S- raw almonds, cashews, pistachios

S- sp fries

D- Lean boneless pork ribs in havana lime marinade..steamed broccoli..2 glasses of beaujoiles

1 gallon water, 1 scoop casein(pre bedtime)

Progress as of today - 93 lbs lost so far, only -1 lbs to go!

Good Morning Ladies! Just completed my Tone 30 class and I was hoping to add another class as well but time was not on my side today..Time to prep for my double and get the day started!I Happy Friday to you all

Good Morning Got a late start to my Burn Interval 47class but I have to keep it moving so I can stay on schedule..catch up with you lovelies later

Back from yet another slow day on the beach but at least the weather is nice. I was just telling Hollybelle that at the same time last year the weather was so chilly, I worked a few shifts a week so at least it is better than last year

I guess the reason why I am not tripping about this is that I have only 2 more days to go til my mini vacay begins!! Hip Hip Horray!! Not excited at all....hahaha

I added a HIIT25 this evening  which was supposed to be done tomorrow but i want to try the P90X cardio class in the morning..I also completed my scheduled Extreme Ab15 too so now it is time to read some diaries and fuel up.. have a good evening all!

B- Green Goddess Shake with whey protein, Casein, banana, strawberries

S- raw almonds, pistachios, cashews

L- lean turkey patty, ff cheddar, 1 slice ezekiel 4-9 sesame, green beans, slaw

S- kashi Go lean Protein bar

D- lean boneless pork ribs in Havana Lime marinade, steamed broccoli, romaine, 1 boiled egg, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, ff cheddar, red wine vin, lemon  Glass of Beaujoles

1 gallon water, 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

47 minutes of Burn? Are all the Burn classes like the Burn Circuit where it's targeted movements with weights? I think I liked Burn Circuit better than the Burn if Off class, it's more of what I enjoy doing!

Good Morning Just  completed my HIIT25 class. Nice, it has been far too long! It is nice and sunny here so i hope that will lure some of the frantic mall shoppers to the beach..Time to prep for my day, I will chat with you all this evening

Back from my day..It was pretty slow as expected but I can't complain, just biding my time til my mini vacay  Completed my Sculpt 30 class early so I can get to bed earlier than last night..Well I hope you all had a happy, healthy day! Time to read some diares and fuel up!

B- Green Goddess shake with whey, casein, banana and strawberries

S- Raw Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios

L- Lean Turkey Patty, ff Cheddar, Spicy mustard, multigrain flax crackers, sp fries

Good Morning Ladies I slept in a little later than normal, I obviously needed it and not much else to do today, well that's not true, I really should do a little cleaning but what fun is that?? Hahaha I just completed a Fat Burner Challenge/football practice 32 so I am full of energy, might as well tackle mopping and get that out of the way?? Time to make the most of my last day off, chat wih ya later

Hey! Just completed P90X Shoulders and Arms 60 and Ab Burner10 classes, it really helped with the severe cramping from TOM that took out my entire afternoon I didn't have much of an appetite today so my intake was disappointingly low.. I am still no feeling very hungry but after an hour of hard core lifting, I have to put proper fuel in... Well ladies time to read some diaries and fuel up...I hope you all had a stellar Tuesday!!

B- Green Goddess shake with 1 scoop whey Protein, banana and strawberries

S- Raw almonds, cashews, pistachios, yogurt covered raisins

S- Multi Grain flax crackers with ff cheddar

D- Lean Boneless porkribs in Havana Lime marinade, fresh steamed broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots.... Romaine, 1 boiled egg, red pepper, red onion,cucumber, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon...Glass of ravenswood Red

1 gallon of water, 2 scoops of jacked3D(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

I was going to suggest the yoga class but wasn't sure how you felt about it haha. It's a LOT of moves, he packs as many moves as I did in a month of my other class into one class. I do like his style a lot, and he has the buff beginner Daniel in the class doing the easier poses as well as the uber flexible people. It's worth checking out for sure!

No, this time I won't wear anything special, neither will have the hair/make-up freshly arranged... I want to go naturally as it will be very tiring and I don't know how my back & screws will handle the situation of constant walking & standing ... The company is big so it's not a table dinner, and normally there are not enough seats to sit down and rest. I have to choose between casual and sporty/nordic style, and I opt for casual.

Good Morning My reinforcements came so I was able to do my scheuled HIIT20 class!!! It has been quite some time and the 20 minutes flew by,I was bummed that it was over so soon..Hahaha

I think I am going to get my laundry out the way today so I have tomorrow free..I have to check in with my clients today as well..The one who has twins is doing really good with not only juggling being a new mom,she also went back to work and still manages to get her early morning runs as well a P90.. The boxer is still trying to shed a few lbs before her fight in Feb..I am kinda concerned that her intake is way too low for all of the training that she does..I totally understand that she needs to make her weight class and she assured me that she would increase her intake after her fight...

Time to get moving, back at ya later

Hey back from my day, got the laundry done, and purchased my needful things for my trip..Luckily I don't really need much because I always leave a few things behind at the "Rents", not on purpose mind you, I always make the mistake of packing up in haste at the last minute for my trek back to FL...

I completed a Tone30 class and this week's dinners are made,weighed, bagged and tagged, dishes are done, now it is time to catch up with you ladies, and get some fuel!  I hope eveyone had a STELLAR Monday!!

B- Shakeology and Casein with strawberries, and banana

S-  Pure protein, carb conscious bar.... 2 baked flax tortilla chips with 1/2 tsp spicy hummous(sample at store)

L- Leftover fritatta with 2 slices of Turkey bacon, 1 slice Ezekiel 4-9 sesame toast with sugar free blackberry preserves

D- Polenta lasagne...Romaine, 1 eggwhite,1 whole egg boiled, red pepper, jullianned carrots, red onion, cucumber, red wine vin, lemon... Glass of Agoston

1 gallon water, 2 scoops Jacked3d(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Good morning Ladies Just completed my Fire55 class and what a great way to get my day started!

Back from a fun fillled day of leisure..Ended the day with a P90X Core Synergistics 52?? Not sure because since I had to stop and rewind to make sure my form was correct so I completed it in a little over an hour..Killer class and it helped alot with the cramping form TOM..Not gonna even complain about it because at least it showed mercy by arriving before my trip, so I would rather deal with the bloat and overall ickiness of this now that to have this ruin my vacay next week!!

Well Ladies it is off for more football, read some diaries and get some fuel..I hope everyone had a nice relaxing Sunday

The girls are doing well. They're really into horses right now - big time. I won't be traveling to visit my family for Christmas, but I did get down to Texas in November for a week. I'm doing pretty good in general, just haven't kept up my good habits and worked on my goals very well recently. How are you doing? Are you still thinking about teaching workout classes?

Good Morning Ladies Just completed my Core20 and Stretch10 class..Well the temps are already warmer that it was yesterday so yayyy for that..Not sure of how much of my double I will complete but I am hoping to stay busy til sunset...Time to prep for the day! Talk to you all later

Hey Back home!! As predicted after sunset, the temps as well as customers dipped..Tonight is the Boat Christmas Parade(yes a parade in the water, who would have thunk it??) so that def threw yet another monkey wrench in the program...Cool with me got the loot and vamanose!!  Well I am going to take advantage of the chance to go to bed early so I can crush a Fire Class in the morning!!

Re: I always get shin splints when I don't run everyday and go back to it. The first time I got them they were really painful and I spent the day at work choking back tears, but now they are pretty mild. and usually after an advil, they are just a dull pain. It is all good.

Good Morning ladies Fire45ez and all pumped up!! The morning brought some pretty chilly temps for these parts..The wind chill is 35  right now and there are some pretty strong winds coming from the gulf..It is almost certain that the outside bar will be closed today but I still must go through the prep for work just in case..!! I hope you all have a stellar day

Hey ladies!! I anticipated being summoned in to work so I was mentally prepped for going in there...Man was it slow and it would be nice to say that it was well worth burning the gas to get there but it so wasn't...I did have the first option out and they didn't have to tell me twice

Anyhoo I added a Back and Bicep 52 (P90X) this evening and HOLY PULLUPS!!  The last 2 sets of them I was pretty much cashed so I swapped them out with pushups.. I am pretty sure i will be feeling the burn for the next day..WHEWWW..Hurts so good!!

Anyhoo Time to read some diaries and fuel the machine!!

B-1/2 Casein 1/2 Shakeology with strawberries, blueberries and banana

L- Lean ground Chicken patty with parmesean, spicy mustard lettuce wrap. clam chowder

S- Odwalla Protein Bar

D- Lean pork roast, steamed broccoli..romaine, 2 boiled eggwhites plus1 yolk, cucumber. orange pepper, red onion, julianed carrots, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon wedge 2 glasses of Agoston

Wow, thats a pretty low wind chill. Its currently 31 degrees here with no wind chill!! BTW, what kind of outfit does a beach bartender wear during this type of weather? Just curious!

I've been meaning to ask...your menus are always stellar, do you find with all the working out you need to up your calories for energy? Just curious. I know that calories in and calories out can be such the delicate balance. You rock, as always!

Our area looked like it has a mild breeze compared to other areas! Nobody was in that sailboat - it belongs to a neighbour and it moored out there. Even the big car ferries weren't running.
