Good Evening Ladies I had a nice day of leisure after a somewhat stressful shift yesterday due to unexpected rains that decended upon us with a full deck of customers.. I got my shopping complete and the rest of the day was spent napping and watching movies.. Anyhoo I did my 90 minute YogaX class through it's entirety and now I am going to chillax some more, read some diaries, get some fuel and read my April edition of Muscle and Fitness..I was pleasantly surprised at the store to see that Bruce Lee is on the cover, I was so stoked I stood there for a minute, emulated his pose with a little "spirit yell" as the Coke guy was shaking his head grinning at me  LOL!! 

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend

Brunch- Tuna Crab and Egg salad..Multi grain crackers..Brie.. Mixed nuts White Wine Spritzer

D- Lean Pork Sirloin roast..Broccoli slaw, Spinach, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, julianned carrots, mandarin oranges, craisins, anchovies, parmesean, red wine vin, lemon, 2 glasses of Primal Roots(red blend)

Well Wrestlemania was exciting, emotional, brutal, funny and thoroughly worth the money. I am expecting two excited boys home in 15mins so I will happily watch it all again, all four hours!. The Undertaker beat HHH but it was bloody and brutal, really pushed each other. The Rock beat John Cena with Cena working at 70% but was great to see The Rock back in action, the crowd went crazy when they went face to face before the fight began. Great!!! Haven't eaten much all day, too excited but it could get a little ugly later when the mini pies and sausage rolls come out later (the pizzeria is closed on Monday's, I could have at least got something a little healthy from there). Good Morning Nice start to the day with a Pure Cardio class and as Shaun so eloquently put it"Yo that sh@@ is bananas" Hahaha very true..I really like this class, straight to the point and not too long  either( a little under 40 minutes)

Hey back from my day..It was a slow day in comparison to the rest of the week..I still managed to have a decent day..My lovely young ladies from Windsor Canada came in to see me for their last evening in town and they demanded that I accompany them to O Bistro to see Chrissy..How could I refuse?? Hahaha

The oldest of the group of 5 is 93 and the youngest is 67..Let me tell you they LOVE their martinis and love to chat it up!  Well I better get going so I can catch up with you girls and get some fuel..

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, banana, blueberries and strawberries

L- Tuna, Crab and Egg salad with ff cheddar, lettuce, tomato on 7 grain deli thin. Slaw

S- Mixed Nuts

S- 2 Skinny Margaritas

Hubby has our tickets. Im thinking about buying a few more with the loose cash I have sitting in my purse. :) We will be traveling the world and visiting our favorite people, you included. In fact, one of my dreams will be to open an all inclusive fitness resort in some fantastic location. All DD members get in free. :)

That sounds like an awesome class. Im sure I would be thoroughly spent after 40 minutes with Shaun!

Hey Girl- the birthday was great even without the ice cream!! Both of your salads sound fabulous! I'm kicking into gear with 7 weeks before my trip and I really want to lose a little more and shape a little more. Hubby's got the bug because just hanging with me and eating what I am serving and walking and riding with me he has lost 20 pounds!! So it did surprise me that HE wanted to walk and wanted to keep me motivated. It's great to have a partner! Have a great weekend and I hope you enjoy your Canadian visitors.

Hey I am back from another hot long day at work..I ended the day with a nice Stretch class with Tony Off to see how your day went and get some fuel

Nice stretch with Tony sounds really nice, even I fancy that class. Love stretching, I am a very flexible person and can still crouch down with legs apart and put both of my forearms on the floor at the same time!! Booyah! Score one for the old lady!! You know me V, I welcome old age and what follows, I am after pain relief not life extension. I am fortunate that my doctor doesn't mind people who let nature take it's course. I just want to avoid a stroke, hence I take meds for my frontal lobe epilepsy. I am actually quite strong, not like you but for a ordinary run of the mill woman of my age I have really strong legs, maybe from the amount of time I go up and down my stairs every day. Normal blood pressure, amazingly! And no other signs of ill health that I should have for a woman of my size. I think I have good genes, all the women and some men in my family are really big and live until they are in their 80's. I intend to start petioning the Lord at seventy! LOL Just as well we are not all the same:)

Good Morning Ladies I just finished up my Kenpo class all pumped up for my day! I hope it goes by smooth..I am thankful that I have one of my favorite people to work with today it is always nice to work with someone who has the same sense of urgency..Not sure of who the third person is, I am  hoping it is not one of the numerous 'wonderslugs" Hahaha!!

Hey ladies!! I am back from a long day..Thankfully the third person was just as "meticulous" as Grace and I It was so nice not to be in a panic, even better not having to gobble up my lunch(which is usually done in a 3 hour time span)

Unfortunately I did not get a chance to add a second class this evening I have a no cardio rule after 6pm, the afterburn is far too damaging for sleeping..

Well I am a bit wired and hungry so I will catch up with you all. get some fuel .. I bid you a good morrow

Your sister is right, there is too much homework on the poor kids! My daughter stays up until 12 most days, doing homework, although in middle school it was not so bad. She asked me if she could skip dance tonight (2 hrs) because she has too much to do, due to end of quarter. She's never missed dance classes, but I guess there is always a first time...

Good Morning Ladies I just tried out Cardio Power and Resistance(Insanity)  and my love for Shaun T grows with each class..He is a huge fan of pushups and near the end of it, all of his class were collapsed on the floor begging for mercy!! LOL  Anyhoo I better get prepped for work, I will chat with you all after my evening class. Have a stellar day

Hey ladies..Another busy day at the beach..I arrive home a little later but still got in my Core Synergistics class..Holy pushup marathon I had today!! Tony killed my arms that were already pretty sore, thanks to my latest fitness guru love of my life Shaun It  hurts so good!!

I have to get some fuel in me and get to bed early..I have to get in all of my classes complete in the AM.. I have a buisness proposition/brainstorming meeting with my coworker/fellow beachbody enthusiast after work..

I know, he loves his pushups doesn't he?!! I am not as big of a fan, especially with his jack pushups or moving pushups. Crazy guy!!! But I can feel the upper body muscles working hard! And I love the Pure Cardio class where he says he does this so that he can look better LOL!

Yeah! baby! I think I have a convert. I hope HHH does the job as well:) We get it live on Monday, of course it's on Sunday in Miami this year. I get to watch it twice, once with D at lunchtime and again early evening with the boys with the mandatory pizza. It's a family tradition!! A slightly weird one but no weirder than family fun in the snow!!!! LOL

Good Morning Ladies I started my day out with Insanity, Plyometric Cardio Circuit..I am famiiliar with a few of the drills so that was helpful, some of them I had to modify for my knees but it was indeed an awesome moving and grooving workout and I love Shaun T's style, he is a MACHINE!!

Well I must get going so I can get all my chores done early, Have a Happy Healthy Monday

Wow this day went by far too fast..I got a pretty early start getting my chores done..While i was doing laundry, the woman who runs the place asked me if was at work last night when we were ROBBED at gunpoint Apparently this made the local news here..Upon arriving home received numerous calls inquiring..

The robbery occured after the restaurant was closed and only the two managers were there..Although a scuffle occured, both managers were not harmed and the police nabbed the suspects, one had to be pulled from the water.. WOW..

Well this weeks meals are all made, bagged and tagged, I completed an "I've got abs" class along with YogaX..My mind was a bit pre occupied so I only completed 75 ish minutes of the 90 minute class..

I am off to see how your day went and get some fuel..

I have a new protein at home, chocolate&peanut butter. I wonder how it tastes. I love the vanilla flavor, but the one I'm taking is a mixture, long-term duration so it's better to take at night, for the body to recover. I needed one with fast absorption right after the cardio+weight trainings, and the outdoor so I bought whey also.

Good Morning Ladies My weekend is here and I had the luxury of sleeping in this morning and I am feeling recharged.. I am off to shop, back later

Hey all! back from my day..Other than shopping for groceries I had a nice relaxing day at home watching movies and napping..I also completed a recharge class for an extended stretch..

In other news I am swapping workouts with a coworker and fellow beachbody fanatic..I am lending her my ChaLEAN Extreme in exchange for Insanity, she is even throwing in "Asylum"(the graduate program of Insanity) she said I could actually KEEP Asylum as long as I wanted to since she wasn't too keen on that program!  Super Stoked about this, especially since is "recovery week" for my P90X program so since the workout load is a little light, I have the opportunity to try out a few of the classes

Anyhoo off to read some diaries and get some fuel!

Brunch- Neptune salad(crab, green and red peppers, onion, parmesean, light italian) Pita toast points. Skinny Sangria. strawberries and blueberries

D- Paella, hot sauce.. Spinach, cucumber, red pepper, yellow onion, mandarin oranges, parmesean, ancchovies, red wine vin, lemon.. 2 Glasses of Menage a Trois( white)

What about UK and Indiana game? Better than the UK and Baylor,huh? What do you think the possibilities of two KY teams playing each other in the final game? I'd say 50/50ish. It would be something. Back in my corporate days 7 years ago my company contracted with Rick Pitino to speak to the sales force (of which I was a member). I am not a big sports fan, but he was a good speaker. It would be wild if U of L and UK played the final game and Pitino won. Pitino would be over the moon, wouldn't he?

Back from my day and man it was a hot one! I arrived home the earliest so far this week so I decompressed for a few before getting a Burn it Off class and Ab Burner.

No plans for the evening, probably watching a few NCAA basketball games.For sure Indiana vs Kentucky.. Off to read some diaries and get some fuel..
