Good Morning Worked solo yesterday and had a really good day..It got even better when customers from Indiana stopped by..I haven't seen them in 3 years so I went out with them for a bit after work..So much for curbing my spending, LOL..This one was def an exception, I really wanted to catch up with them and it is difficult to do that while I was working.

Completed Back and 6 Pack class earlier..Well I better get going and prep for work, catch up with you all later.. Have a wonderful day

Back from a good day, successful at not stopping off after work.. Did a Pure Contact class. super hungry now so gonna keep it short and sweet..

Good Evening!

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, natural pb and strawberries.

L- Quiche, cole slaw

S- Turkey Jerky, fish spread

D- Pan seared Steelhead Trout atop Spring mix, cucumber, roma tomato, broccoli, cheese, ww penne, red wine vin and fresh lemon..2 glasses of red wine

1 1/2 gallons of water..LF cottage cheese(pre bedtime)

Good Morning Slow afternoon at the beach yesterday but fare okay..Came home and did a Relief class and as I was prepping dinner a friend called asking if I wanted to meet up with her  for a drink and I firmly declined..I have been trying to curb my spending a bit.. Anyhoo had another good night of sleep, got in X Trainer class earlier and gotta keep it moving while time is still on my side..Have a good day all, catch ya later

I am scared just the smallest bit about Marine Man. He is just a guy's guy type fellow, and a bigger guy than I am used to. Actually, I've never dated or gone out with anyone like him...makes me nervous. and I just hope I do not feel used after...which I don't think I will...but still. he is generally very busy, and not "available." I just hope i'm not making a mistake. I feel like it would be a good experience, bc I have never been with a man like him...I like experiences. haha.

Good Morning Late start to my day, had a long conversation with my brother last night so didn't get to bed til 1ish(really late for me)  My Nana is in the hospital and since my folks tend to overdramatize things, I'm feeling less stressed out  after speaking with my Bro.. She has the flu and dehydrated but at 92 recovery takes a little longer.

 

Completed X Trainer class and I have to keep it moving so I can get my chores out the way..  Catch up with you all later, have a happy healthy start to your week

Back from my day after laundry and meal prep for the week, I pretty much blew off the rest of my chores.. Just wasn't feeling it.. Took a long nap, chatted with my Mom for a bit and blew off some steam with a 15 minute HIIT  as well as a Relief class..

Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers for my Nana, it is appreciated

L- Eggwhite omelet with fiesta rice and swiss.. Bacon

I'm really very sorry to here about your Nana...I'm sending all my positive energy for her healthy speedy recovery. I know how stressful it can be when the ones we love are sick, but like you said... it's not as bad as you thought. Everything will workout.

I hope she recovers and gets out quickly. Hospitals and rehabs are bad places for the elderly unless someone is watching them 24/7. Sorry to be so blunt, but they're there to make money first and to take care of people second or third or fourth.

And they have a tendency to put them on medications they weren't on before they were admitted for the sake of convenience of the nurses and other staff.

Sorry to be a downer, but your family has every reason to be on guard until she's home.

I'll definitely be sending postitive vibes your family's way!

Mornin' V. I'm not trying to Lose weight, but as the weekend gets going and the Monday morning scales get closer I try to cut back on my eating and exercise more. ( cutting the lawn, tilling and gardening ) so I guess I'm in a cautious mood on Sundays. As far as my hunger I'm eating microwaved chichen tenders, apples, pickles or if I'm real hungry, its a bag of minipopcorn. I probably won't do any toning/core stuff until the weather turns cold again and I can't get out of the house. And by the way, I like your novels. Thanks, Coach!

Good Morning Well yesterday was even slower than the day before..This time of year it's hit or miss but I can always depend on my weekend warriors, LOL

Hey back from my day worked solo since the wind was really high..I guess the MOD didn't anticipate the amount of people who still wanted to sit outside so I did pretty good even after the slow start.. Came home straight after instead of stopping off for a "glass" of vino..I did Tues and Weds and who am I kidding it's rare that I only have ONE..LOL..Completed Pure Contact class, off to get some fuel and unwind..Good Evening!

I hate that feeling, when you wake up and realize it's time to go back to work. I got up yesterday, started to get ready for work, and then was very easily persuaded to just take the day off haha... but we all at some point must jump back into it. Good Morning I ended up working a double(more like a triple since I got there around 9 am) Saturday and it has been quite a while since I did one.. Since we close a little later on the weekend I didn't get home til 2am..Other than getting groceries I spent the majority of my Sunday resting.. Don't get me wrong the extra cash was awesome but I am not used to working the long hours like that anymore..To think I used to do at least 3 doubles a week, LOL

Feeling refreshed this morning and crushed Upper Elite class now I have to play catchup with my chores so I will catch up with you all later..Have a happy healthy start to your week

Back from a hectic day, didn't get all my needful things done just the really important ones.. Clean clothes and meals for the week.

Off to get some fuel and get ready for American Ninja Warrior!!

Yuck, I don't know if I'd have it in me to work a double these days... I used to do them all the time back to back and go out partying in between... ahhhh the joys of ones twenties, lol... You are so sweet for asking about IVF-I'm done with all the drugs and procedures for now, so that is a relief, and I'm in the dreaded "two week wait" trying to stay busy so I don't obsess!!!

I know what you mean about not getting everything done...I hope you do soon. as far as my legs, I am finally seeing a difference it what i'm able to withstand. I am so glad things are looking up. and, I think I may have to wait to get into the academy in July, not January...that would almost be a good thing, giving my legs a little extra time to heal, if that happens :-D
