Good Morning and happy Friday I was up prety early completed Push Circuit3 (35) Pretty cool morning due to high winds out of the north gusting at 25mph...My work day is uncertain but I am still prepping for the day...I shall talk to you all later

Good Morning Ladies Just started out my day with my favorite class Burn Intervals47..Now I am ready for the day!! First I have to get some fuel in me!! Catch up with you all ths evening

Hey ladies!! Ab Burner10 Stretch 10 completed..Nice chill day at work so no complaints

Time to chillax, read some diaries and fuel up!

B- Shakeology with organic OJ, strawberries, banana

L-Lean Turkey patty with ff cheddar, 1 slice Ezekiel 4-9 sesame, spicy mustard, greenbeans, sp fries

D- Polenta Lasagne, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, romaine, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, boiled eggwhite, ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, Glass of Malbec

1 gallon water, 1 scoop casein(pre bedtime)

Progress as of today - 93 lbs lost so far, only -1 lbs to go!

Good Morning Just completed a HIIT30 class, saving my scheduled Push for evening..Well I have to get moving and get some fuel before I head off to work! Have a good day ladies

 

Hey!! Back from a very long busy day!  Completed my Push Circuit2 40 class and it was awesome!! I am sure my arms will be screaming at some point but I am thankful for the delayed reaction..hahahaha!

Now it is time to read some diaries and fuel up, I worked solo today and I really didn't havve much of a chance to finish lunch  have a good evening!!!

B- Shakeology with fresh mango and strawberries

L- Raw almonds, cashews, pistachios, dried cherries, craisins, yogurt covered raisins. Mini lean turkey patty with ffcheddar, few bites of cole slaw

D- Lean ground turkey and mushroom loaf, 1/4 baked sweet potato with ff turkey gravy, spianch, boiled eggwhite, red pepper, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, ff feta red wine vin, lemon wedge, Glass of Malbec

 

1 gallon of water, 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Good Morning Just completed football practice/Burn It Off 30 and feeling good! Nothing like an early morning cardio to get the day started!! I stayed up a little late watching the Bears beat the Eagles It was a really good/close game so I had to watch it to the end....

I am going to attempt to get an early start on the laundry after I chat with my client so I can enjoy the rest of my day!! Have a good one ladies

You are absolutely a machine! Satsumas are a citrus fruit very similar to clementines. Easy to peel which is why I prefer those and clementines to oranges.

Good Morning Ladies I just completed a HIIT25 to get my day started..gettin my pump on later for my scheduled Push Circuit and I can't wait.. Week4 of my program is all about pushing to the next level with heavier weights, super slow so that the muscles will reach failure between 6-8 reps..Yeah!! Although I am off today, I have to hit the store AGAIN, I left my list at home and forgot a few well needed items hahaha! Oh well... I shall talk to you all later

Hey all!! Back from another pretty stellar day..A little more amped that the norm, couldn't be the testerone movie marathon today...Fight Club and  Enter The Dragon!! Lots of gratuitous unnecessary violence but man it was awesome!! Needless to say I was all pumped up and ready to go with my evening Push Circuit1 40 class..It was all that and then some.. I am alot stronger than I gave myself credit for, so I am hoping to be able to purchase some heavier weights soon(my set only goes up to 25) until then I have to add my own resistance by flexing the targeted muscles during the sets...At the end of the workout I was sweating more than during my HIIT class so I def got my pump on!! I added a stretch 10 class so I could get an extended stretch while the muscles were warm...

Well time to read some diaries, fuel up and get ready for Monday Night Football Bears are Playing the Eagles!! Rocking the Ditka "Da Finger shirt" For my Monsters of the Midway!! Go Bears!!

B- Shakeology with banana,strawberries and organic OJ

L-Shakeology with strawberries, Emerald Berry Blend

2nd Lunch- lean turkey patty

D- Turkey Loaf with mushrooms, steamed broccoli and califlower, raw spinach, boiled eggwhite, cucumber, yellow pepper, red onions, roma tomato, ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon wedge 2 glasses of Cabernet

1 gallon water, 2 scoops Jacked3d(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

My trainer does heavy weights - fast reps and heavy weights - slow reps. He says soon he will be doing light weights and very freaking slow reps with me. He says that his clients all laugh at him when he starts them off with such light weights at a such a slow pace, but by the end of the first set they are groaning in pain. He always gets the last laugh, lol

Actually there were some earthquakes in Oklahoma over the weekend. Some people reported feeling it in Texas (Ft Worth and as far away as Lubbock, which is way in West Texas) from what I've heard. I didn't. There have been quite a few small earthquakes possibly associated with gas well activity around Texas, but they've been like 2.4 or less on the Richter scale. The biggest one in OK over the weekend was something like 5.6 I think. I have a friend in Central TX who isn't near any gas well stuff and there was a small earthquake there too a few weeks ago. So there's your report--haha!

Good evening I am so digging the time change!!Woohoo..Although I am not digging less daylight, I still woke up at the usual time and when the alarm went off I was raring to go...I hope this continues but I MUST not hit the snooze button!!

I got in an early morning Burn Interval 45(was supposed to be a Fire45 but I was up to the challenge).Groceries done and spent the afternoon watching Football and the NYC Marathon..Just completed an Ab Burner15 and Recharge20.. Now it is time to chillax, read some diaries, fuel up and of course MORE football..Right now there is a really good game on and I am sure Getmeback is somewhere screaming her head off in a sea of NY fans...hahaha

Good Morning Ladies Pretty breezy day again but at least it is not raining!! Hopefully I will have a decent lunch shift, right now it is 50 degrees which isn't too bad however the temps are going to struggle to get out the 60's...Anyhoo I took the scheduled day off from Extreme/Fire...Muscles are a bit sore which also means this hybrid schedule is working so I should be seeing some muscle gain pretty soon Oh Yeah!! LOL hey I better get going so I can get this last shift out the way. Talk to you this evening!!

Now it is time to read some diaries, refuel and do some research for my coworker Christie who is determined to drop weight class for her upcoming bout the first week in February....If she is determined to do this, I have to make sure she is going to do this in the healthiest way possible so she still has strength and stamina to go every round..

Hey lady dropping in to say hi! :) there is an instructor at my gym who reminds me so much of your attitude and energy lol yesterday she was teaching a class and had everyone running laps around the room and at each end of the room are 2 doors and she was running laps allll the way around, out one door, through the gym, and back in the other door! Anyway, i thought of you and that would be how you would roll if you were instructing the same class lol takin it to the max! Have a great day :D

Hey Ladies Started out my morning out right with a Fire30 and spent some time with my client..Scrambled off to the bar(must stop hitting that snooze button LOL) Although I am usually in an hour before I am sceduled, I am a stickler for promptness and of course I need time to put things back in it's proper place since I have been away since Thursday(OCD much??)  Anyhoo I am hoping that Sunday's time change will balance everything out(if this makes any sense) I usually wake up on my own somewhere between 5:30-6 ish and the alarm is a backup reminder...

Stellar day at work and I completed a Lower20 and Ab Burner10...Gotta keep at "Project Ab Mayhem"  Well ladies it is time to read some diaries, refuel and chillax ..

B- Casein banana shake

L- lean turkey patty, ff cheddar, 1 slice Ezekiel 4-9 sesame, spicy mustard, 1 pear

D- lean pork roast, steamed broccoli, whole grain brown rice, 1/4 of a pear( baked)  glass of Sangeovese

Hi V. I've been reading but not posting or commenting much lately. Sleep is an issue again but 5:30-6:00 is my usual time to wake up, too. I want to start up on the Turbo Kick aagain since it's so cold outside, but I have to get a good nights sleep (or two) before I have the energy. Great workouts, as usual. Hang in there with the time change. I wonder if I will benefit from it as well......:o)
