Good Morning I just completed my HIIT30 and Sculpt30 classes all pumped and ready for the day..It seems my pesty little nocturnal friend is adjusting slightly to the time and was kind enough to take it down a notch so I am thankful for that..Hahaha.. It seems Bentley and Annie(my landlords dogs) are not a fan of him, they have been barking at the tree all morning...LOL

Good Morning I just completed a Fire55 and all is well...It seems that the noisy bird has set up camp in the tree..He started his nonsense around 11pm or so Even his buddies grew weary of his banter but that didn't stop him from carrying on a conversation all by his self..LOL I am hoping that this is just a pit stop for him and maybe he will take his show NORTH! Hahahaha  Well I better get going. inventory was last night so I am sure that the place is in a bit of disarray! I hope you all have a good day, chat with ya after my shift

Hey Ladies!! Another busy day at the beach..It was a perfect day weather wise!  I completed a Core20 class and I am off to unwind, read some diaries, get some fuel and  mentally prep for what I HOPE will be my last double EVER tomorrow.. My GM is no longer doing the schedule so I am THRILLED about that.. I hope you all had a happy healthy day!

L- Tuna and egg salad with ff cheddar, lettuce, tomato on multi grain deli flat

Hey girl! How are you?? I see you're doing amazing, as usual! I am still so amazed that you lost so much weight and are still going with eating super healthy. It really is a lifestyle change! You're such a motivation :) Wedding plans are going well! I don't remember if I told you but we set a date (Nov. 9, 2013). We have plenty of time but we want to start doing our research and preparing so we're not super stressed when it gets closer. We booked our church and reception hall... but that's about it lol

Good Morning Ladies I went to bed at a decent hour and had a good night's sleep despite the "Holler back" birds that were extremely loud in the wee hours of the morning..There are alot of trees in my yard and of course the ringleader of the gab fest was in the tree right by my bedroom window and let me tell you that little guy had lots to say..LOL It was kinda cool that the other one repeated everything. I just completed my scheduled HIIT30 and Lower20 classes. That way I can add a class in after work..Well I better get prepped for my day! I hope you all have a good one

Hey girls! I am back from my long day! This is the time of year that I LOVE and detest at the same time..I was just about to leave work a couple that I truly adore arrived from Norway..They made a beeline out the door with me along with the rest of staff that worked the afternoon to have a drink..This was not a part of my plans for this evening but these things happen, especially this time of year..Anyhoo I am so happy that I did my scheduled classes  this morning but I am still slightly bumming because I didn't have "Tony Time" LOL!! Well girls I must get going, read some diaries and get fuel

Sounds like you have a mockingbird in your tree. But maybe just chatty birds! I was thinking this morning how much it "sounds" like later in the spring here. It sounds more like early April than March (actually Feb 29th!! but you know what I mean). The birds here are chirping and the bulbs are blooming. I hope we don't get a freeze and get deprived of the spring blooms. KY spring is very pretty along about April-May. Have a good one.

Oh V, as much as I love to hear the birds - NOT when I'm trying to sleep! I went through some serious insomnia last year and I almost took a gun to those birds!! But like Holly, I think it was more late March early April. I heard the birds last week but was able to fall asleep anyway. I'm tired this morning and it's not from the birds. My boxer SNORED all night. I woke up every hour to try and move her, but it only frustrated me because she is so heavy I couldn't move her or rouse her. I hope she slept well... Have a great day!

Good Morning Ladies I just finished up with a sweaty Fire60 class and YOWZA! I am all pumped up..It was just what I needed because once again i stayed up far too late watching "The Godfather"  AMC is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the film's release..You know I have a bit of an obsession of all things mob related, I can't help it...LOL  Anyhoo I must get all my chores done PRONTO so I can enjoy my last day off!  Have a good one ladies

Hey all! Boy did the day go by way too fast..LOL I got my chores done and ended the day with my scheduled Ab10 and added some Tony time YogaX50.. I am off to see how goes it with you all and get some fuel.. Hope you all had a happy healthy day!!

V~ We had to go back to my parent's house after supper & our son's school function, but that is o.k.... We feel @ home either place. My mom's bed & surrounings are best for her @ this stage as much as possible.... We just have to decide whether or not to sell our house or make it income property one of these days. In our state, you can't have 2 "residences" for insurance coverage purposes, especially for contents... We have a lot of our things moved to the parent's home that is paid for & our home isn't mortgage free yet.. It may be within the year's end if all works out like we think it is going to...decisions decisions decisions & my dad even provisioned that inheritance taxes are to be paid by his estate...for the love!

Well it is probably no shocker that I didn't get any of my cleaning complete..I just wasn't feeling it..LOL I pretty much watched a couple of movies, zoned out and even napped a little..I did make all my dinners for the week so that was the extent of it..I ended the day with some Tony time Core Synergistics58 class..Now it's off to see how your day went and get some fuel..I hope you all had a happy healthy Monday!

Got it!! Wow he sure is eye candy!! He is really an great inspiration to work out just to watch him in action. 3 years ago I had a frozen shoulder and my PT was just gorgeous. I didn't mind working hard to please him and I didn't even mind when he hurt me during the physical and painful stretching of my arm and neck. He was a swimmer which inspired me to get back in the water for therapy purposes. I wouldn't mind swimming again because I really had results with that, but it is such a time investment because of the head of hair that I maintain. Chlorine just really did a number on it and 3 years later it is finally healthy again. Go work out girl and take him out for a protein shake later!!

I am going to lunch today at a place called Copper River Grill. I haven't been there before. I hope they have something like salmon and salad etc. Or chicken breast and salad....without too many added ingredients....I think I can choose healthy - I can also just ask them not to add anything extra to these items if I need to. Going to try for low carbs.....high protein. Thanks for the encouragement!

Good Morning Ladies Last night's shower was amazing! We had around 60 guests to show and surprisingly other than the "Boppies" and "Good night Moon"(book) there were no other repeats on the gifts.. They requested on the invitations  instead of purchasing congratulatory cards, that each person buys a children's book and sign it..That way Carter will get an early start on reading oh to answer Hollybelle's question, almost every gift idea I had was taken so I winged it..I gave him 4 books, a portable jungle gym, a walker/musical toy that shoots out plastic balls(I want one too!), snack organizer that attaches on the carseat, 10 super stylish outfits along with a straw fedora, sunglasses and an Evan Longoria(TB Rays) starter jersey..I was so hoping to find a comfy cute robe and slippers for Val's hospital stay but I didn't like any of the ones I seen(I am sure she wouldn't either) so I got her a gift card so she can select something herself...

There were so many gifts that Val's mom ended up renting a Uhaul to take all the gifts up to Jacksonville I was moved by all of the love that was shown to my girl, her hubby and  Carter

I arrived home a little after midnight and of course although I went to bed a lot later than the norm, I was up at my usual time(go figure) Although I was going to pospone my grocery run til tomorrow, I might as well get that out the way so I can unwind from my busy week without interruption..  I am sure napping will be taking place soon after that way I can get a good workout in later!! Well I will chat with ya later!!! Oh here is a pic from last night Val, V and Bianca (I am the one in the middle just in case hahaha)

Back from my day of leisure! After shopping for groceries I pretty much napped the afternoon away..Feeling refreshed I crushed a KenpoX and Ab10 class..I am so looking forward to chilling this evening..I am not sure if I am going to watch the entire Oscar Award show but def checking out the pre-show fashions for sure! I am a huge fan of Billy Crystal so hopefully he will keep the show interestingly humorous! Also one of my FAVE classic movies is coming on tonight "What ever happened to Baby Jane" and although that is airing a little late, I  will be tuning in!!  Well ladies I am going to read some diaries and get some fuel! My intake has been dissappointingly low the past few days..I hope you all had a wonderful weekend

Good Morning Ladies I didn't have to work my entire double last night..I was out of there around 7 which was AOKAY with me! Since it is my scheduled day off from my program I even had the chance to sleep in, well sorta..By the time 7am rolled around, I was wide awake! LOL..It's okay at least I have the chance to shop early for Val and Carter I already know what I am getting so I am hoping the trip will be quick and successful...Well I better get my day started! It is pretty foggy here today due to the humidity so hopefully this will burn off later..I am kinda stoked that after my double today I am off for the rest of the week We have so much to do to set up for the shower tomorrow, also I have to make the wings which is a bit time consuming so I gave up my Sat. afternoon shift away so I won't be pressed for time... Good Morning ladies Of course I stayed out far past what I wanted to..I arrived home around midnight..I had a really good time and equally matched water between drinks and I feel surprisingly really good especially after my Fire55 class...Well I have to keep it moving, I will catch up with you all later! Happy to be home after my busy day Thankfully the endorphines had me a buzz all day and after my Extreme Ab15 and Recharge20 I am sure to sleep like a baby tonight..You know it is crazy how one evening out can wear me out says the former party girl who used to do it almost every night! LOL After dinner and a few drinks we all wanted to go dancing but wasn't jazzed up about  potentially being harassed all night so we went to "Georgie's Alibi" an alternative bar that is packed with mainly guys and lots of drag queens!!

The music is always awesome so we danced the night away!  I am so happy that I went home when I did, the rest of them partied on..In Fact Christy and Grace were hurting pretty bad at work today and somehow I was blamed...Hahahaha

Anyhoo I am off to read some diaries and get some fuel.. I have been so hungry all day., My intake wasn't nearly enough last night for all of the workouts and dance marathon..

Your dinner sounds great! I'm glad you had luck with the low carb "crust". Thanks to you and the other girls, we did our own makeshift HIIT. We have been brisk walking 2 miles each evening, so we ramped up the pace and after 5 minutes we would jog or sprint for 1 minute and then drop back to brisk walk for 4 -5 minutes. We did this about 7 times throughout the 30 minute walk. We could feel the cardio kick in. I'll let y'all know in a couple days if it pushes the scale a little bit. Thanks!
