I was up prety early completed Push Circuit3 (35) Pretty cool morning due to high winds out of the north gusting at 25mph...My work day is uncertain but I am still prepping for the day...I shall talk to you all later

D- Polenta Lasagne, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, romaine, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, boiled eggwhite, ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, Glass of Malbec
1 gallon water, 1 scoop casein(pre bedtime)

Hey!! Back from a very long busy day! Completed my Push Circuit2 40 class and it was awesome!! I am sure my arms will be screaming at some point but I am thankful for the delayed reaction..hahahaha!
Now it is time to read some diaries and fuel up, I worked solo today and I really didn't havve much of a chance to finish lunch

Just completed football practice/Burn It Off 30 and feeling good! Nothing like an early morning cardio to get the day started!! I stayed up a little late watching the Bears beat the Eagles
It was a really good/close game so I had to watch it to the end....
I am going to attempt to get an early start on the laundry after I chat with my client so I can enjoy the rest of my day!! Have a good one ladies

I just completed a HIIT25 to get my day started..gettin my pump on later for my scheduled Push Circuit and I can't wait.. Week4 of my program is all about pushing to the next level with heavier weights, super slow so that the muscles will reach failure between 6-8 reps..Yeah!! Although I am off today, I have to hit the store AGAIN, I left my list at home and forgot a few well needed items
hahaha! Oh well... I shall talk to you all later
Hey all!! Back from another pretty stellar day..A little more amped that the norm, couldn't be the testerone movie marathon today...Fight Club and Enter The Dragon!! Lots of gratuitous unnecessary violence but man it was awesome!! Needless to say I was all pumped up and ready to go with my evening Push Circuit1 40 class..It was all that and then some.. I am alot stronger than I gave myself credit for, so I am hoping to be able to purchase some heavier weights soon(my set only goes up to 25) until then I have to add my own resistance by flexing the targeted muscles during the sets...At the end of the workout I was sweating more than during my HIIT class so I def got my pump on!! I added a stretch 10 class so I could get an extended stretch while the muscles were warm...
Well time to read some diaries, fuel up and get ready for Monday Night Football Bears are Playing the Eagles!! Rocking the Ditka "Da Finger shirt" For my Monsters of the Midway!! Go Bears!!

I am so digging the time change!!Woohoo..Although I am not digging less daylight, I still woke up at the usual time and when the alarm went off I was raring to go...I hope this continues but I MUST not hit the snooze button!!
I got in an early morning Burn Interval 45(was supposed to be a Fire45 but I was up to the challenge).Groceries done and spent the afternoon watching Football and the NYC Marathon..Just completed an Ab Burner15 and Recharge20.. Now it is time to chillax, read some diaries, fuel up and of course MORE football..Right now there is a really good game on and I am sure Getmeback is somewhere screaming her head off in a sea of NY fans...hahaha

Pretty breezy day again but at least it is not raining!! Hopefully I will have a decent lunch shift, right now it is 50 degrees which isn't too bad however the temps are going to struggle to get out the 60's...Anyhoo I took the scheduled day off from Extreme/Fire...Muscles are a bit sore which also means this hybrid schedule is working so I should be seeing some muscle gain pretty soon
Oh Yeah!! LOL hey I better get going so I can get this last shift out the way. Talk to you this evening!!

Still rocking the shades although it has been raining since the wee hours...It has started to dissapate and clear out in time for work...Swapped out my Core20 for Ive Got Abs15 since it is tougher and more triple threats(pushups). Now that the blood is pumping at a nice respectable level it is time to prep for my double..Have a wonderful weekend

Hey Ladies!! Back from a really good shift..I added a Burn Circuit3 35 this evening, because I was craving that super pump.. Now my day is complete!! Now it is time to read some diaries, refuel and do some research for my coworker Christie who is determined to drop weight class for her upcoming bout the first week in February....If she is determined to do this, I have to make sure she is going to do this in the healthiest way possible so she still has strength and stamina to go every round..

Started out my morning out right with a Fire30 and spent some time with my client..Scrambled off to the bar(must stop hitting that snooze button LOL) Although I am usually in an hour before I am sceduled, I am a stickler for promptness and of course I need time to put things back in it's proper place since I have been away since Thursday(OCD much??) Anyhoo I am hoping that Sunday's time change will balance everything out(if this makes any sense) I usually wake up on my own somewhere between 5:30-6 ish and the alarm is a backup reminder...
Stellar day at work and I completed a Lower20 and Ab Burner10...Gotta keep at "Project Ab Mayhem"

Happy Friday! I have the DVD's that come with the Shakeology order. I did that for about 4 months, which is what helped me get started on my WL this year. :)
