Burn Interval Class47 completed a little earlier than normal..I have been attempting to manage my time a little better so I won't be in a rush out the door every morning.. Not hitting that snooze button so many times is very helpful

!! I have some pretty exciting news to share with you..As of yesterday I am officially a Beachbody Coach
I was actually going to make this announcement later in the week but my very enthusiastic motivating coach/mentor extrodinaire Rachel(Holly's Daughter) spilled the beans on FB...LOL She has been at me for quite some time to do this so this was an exciting moment for her as well..
I kinda sat back on the sidelines and observed some of the other coaches and they all are very passionate at what they do...There are more than a few that are making a really good living doing this and traveling around at the expense of Beachbody...
I have to admit, I was a bit iffy about the sales aspect but I stand behind everything beachbody stands for which is" Helping to end the trend of Obesity" Jenelle(Chalene's sister) sent me an email a week or so ago and what she had to say to me was not only touching, it also started me really thinking that I am already coaching and just not reaping the benefits, so what's stopping me from doing this as I work towards my ultimate goal which is to train??? NOTHING
I know all that I coach might not be just as gung ho as myself when it comes to working out and proper nutrition or as say Christy (my co worker/ soon to be pro boxer)..I have been helping her shed lbs to make her weight for her upcoming bout in December... I am proud to say that she has made it to her weight category and now she wants to get lose more to go lower in class, so we have more work to do... I just want to pay it forward and help others meet their fitness and nutrition goals, just one would make me happy....
With that being said unfortunately in order to make my business flourish, continue on to become the fittest me I can be,working full time at the bar and give it my all I must make a few sacrifices.. You will probably be hearing less from me as time passes..I will make sure I at least check in with you all once a week..I just wanted to share with you all this new journey I am embarking on..It's exciting and scary at the same time but sometimes you just have to go for it!!!

Hey back from a very busy day!! I just completed an Extreme Abs16 and Recharge20..The ab class really helped with the severe pains that put me down for an hour due to TOM's arrival yesterday..I am feeling worlds better now and not even kidding that Core work really helps you in this situation...

I had a really good weekend really nice workout sessions yesterday starting the morning off with Burn Intervals, went to brunch with Val, Tracy and a few more co workers..Had the opportunty to see the baby's first ultrasound pics as well as check out all the potential names and the list will be smaller once she finds out Boy or Girl( she finds out Friday)... She also dropped the bombshell that she and Dennis were married at the J O P Sept6th
They want to have a more traditional ceremony next year, because they want to be financially sound for the baby's arrival.. It was truly an afternoon of surprise and celebration!
Feeling really full from brunch, I did an "I've got abs" class (16 minutes of torture, it hurts so good) and a recharge20 to wind my evening down...
I am doing my scheduled Burn Circuit40 this evening and it is off to get some cardio in now so I will catch ya later
Back from a busy day and this morning I tried out another new bonus workout "Fat Burn Challenge 35" and let me tell you so far I am beyond impressed at ChaLEAN Extreme

I happened to watch a talk with Anita Hill last weekend (and a bunch of other stuff surrounding the 20th anniversary of the Hill/Thomas hearings). It's on the c-span video site I'm sure--let me know and I'll get a couple of links.
The one thing I didn't know is that she had two witnesses to corroborate everything she testified to and they simply weren't allowed to be heard. She's been a law professor all these years.

Hey back earlier than usual...It was a nice sunny drive to work and even more beautiful on the beach, surf was up, nice temps as well as a comfortable breeze..As soon as I had everything set up, the sky got progressively darker, the winds picked up and here comes the rains, as well as wind gusts 30 + mph
That was some pretty serious gusts and dodging flying missiles( Salt and Pepper shakers, Napkin holders, Bottles etal) was not as fun as it looked in the Matrix..LOL... Needless to say I have an extra day off...So I am cranking up the Jagerator for anyone who wants free shots for Wet Wednesday..Legcramps? Umpqua? Glycrina? Getmeback?? Bueller? Anyone? Hahaha Just kidding(or am I
) Nawwww too early in the week for bad behavior...
Back and Burn Circuit3(30) complete...I resisted the "party monster" in my head today as well as the boys from work calling to go "surfing" since the outside bar was closed today..First off I am not that good of a surfer to begin with and the currents were much too strong and second I knew not much surfing would be done since they chose"Harry's Beach Bar" for our meeting spot.. I must also think of building on my nest egg for the months of December and January are uncertain...
So I chilled solo here watched Torque(horrible storyline with equally horrible acting BTW) I couldn't help myself but a cast of Hotties and Crotch Rockets( fast motorcycles) SWEET..hahaha If I didn't like life so much I would love to have a tricked out bike that went super fast
Anyhoo that was the boring extent of my day and now it is time to fuel up and catch up with my girls here...I hope you all had a wonderful day

Yea, we plan on having fun no matter the outcome. The last time we went to a GT game, I was pg with Ethan. GT lost badly and we drowned our sorrows at a Steak-n-shake sipping a huge milkshake. I was so sick the next morning, lol.
BTW, what does the 3 mean after "Burn Circuit" mean? Does that mean there are 3 (or more) different burn circuit workouts in Chalean Extreme? I know with TF, the number in the title meant how long that particular workout was.
