Yea, we plan on having fun no matter the outcome. The last time we went to a GT game, I was pg with Ethan. GT lost badly and we drowned our sorrows at a Steak-n-shake sipping a huge milkshake. I was so sick the next morning, lol.

BTW, what does the 3 mean after "Burn Circuit" mean? Does that mean there are 3 (or more) different burn circuit workouts in Chalean Extreme? I know with TF, the number in the title meant how long that particular workout was.

Good Morning Burn Interval Class47 completed a little earlier than normal..I have been attempting to manage my time a little better so I won't be in a rush out the door every morning.. Not hitting that snooze button so many times is very helpful hahaha...It is off to prep for my day and I will catch up with all of you this evening! Have a good one

Hey girlies!! Back from my busy day at work, completed  Ab Burner11 and now it time to pack some healthy grub for tomorrow's double, read some diaries and fuel up..I hope everyone had a STELLAR day!!

B- Casein banana shake

L- lean Italian turkey sausage with wild whole grain brown rice, 4oz kicking crab soup

D- Turkey Chili with 1/4 of a baked sweet potato, sauteed spinach and portabella, small version of my usual salad   Glass of Sauv Blanc

1 gallon water, 1 D4 and celsius(pre am workout) 1 monster rehab, 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Hey! I got a lot done this morning. you would be proud: I ordered and paid for the pretzel and the hoagie tray (which my sister in law agreed to pick up for me). I bought all the non-perishables for the party (cups, sodas, plates, napkins etc) and I bought all the liquor. I also packed all the coolers with dishes and plates I will need. The party is not at my house so I don't need to decorate but I do need to clean my house for the out of towners who are coming. Hubby agreed to clean up the house. So now all I have to do is get the rest of the food and find a costume and I will be ready to party.

I'm sorry to hear about your son...I lost a brother so I know how it feels. No one really realizes the amount of stuff they go through AFTER they come back. I know a lot of guys that wish they can go back cause spending almost a year in a weird place and then coming back home is a lot to deal with. thanks for the advice :) - hugs -

Good Morning Ladies !! I have some pretty exciting news to share with you..As of yesterday I am officially  a Beachbody Coach I was actually going to make this announcement later in the week but my very enthusiastic motivating coach/mentor extrodinaire Rachel(Holly's Daughter) spilled the beans on FB...LOL She has been at me for quite some time to do this so this was an exciting moment for her as well..

I kinda sat back on the sidelines and observed some of the other coaches and they all are very passionate at what they do...There are more than a few that are making a really good living doing this and traveling around at the expense of Beachbody...

I have to admit, I was a bit iffy about the sales aspect but I stand behind everything beachbody stands for which is" Helping to end the trend of Obesity"  Jenelle(Chalene's sister) sent me an email a week or so ago and what she had to say to me was not only touching, it also started me really thinking that I am already coaching and just not reaping the benefits, so what's stopping me from doing this as I work towards my ultimate goal which is to train??? NOTHING

I know all that I coach might not be just as gung ho as myself when it comes to working out and proper nutrition or as say Christy (my co worker/ soon to be pro boxer)..I have been helping her shed lbs to make her weight for her upcoming bout in December... I am proud to say that she has made it to her weight category and now she wants to get lose more to go lower in class, so we have more work to do...  I just want to pay it forward and help others meet their fitness and nutrition goals, just one would make me happy....

With that being said unfortunately in order to make my business flourish, continue on to become the fittest me I can be,working full time at the bar and give it my all I must make a few sacrifices.. You will probably be hearing less from me as time passes..I will make sure I at least check in with you all once a week..I just wanted to share with you all this new journey I am embarking on..It's exciting and scary at the same time but sometimes you just have to go for it!!!

Hey back from a very busy day!! I just completed an Extreme Abs16 and Recharge20..The ab class really helped with the severe pains that put me down for an hour due to TOM's arrival yesterday..I am feeling worlds better now and not even kidding that Core work really helps you in this situation...

Good Morning I had a really good weekend really nice workout sessions yesterday starting the morning off with Burn Intervals, went to brunch with Val, Tracy and a few more co workers..Had the opportunty to see the baby's first ultrasound pics as well as check out all the potential names and the list will be smaller once she finds out Boy or Girl( she finds out Friday)... She also dropped the bombshell that she and Dennis were married at the J O P Sept6th They want to have a more traditional ceremony next year, because they want to be financially sound for the baby's arrival.. It was truly an afternoon of surprise and celebration!

Feeling really full from brunch, I did an "I've got abs" class (16 minutes of torture, it hurts so good) and a recharge20 to wind my evening down...

I am doing my scheduled Burn Circuit40 this evening and it is off to get some cardio in now so I will catch ya later

Back from a busy day and this morning I tried out another new bonus workout "Fat Burn Challenge 35" and  let me tell you so far I am beyond impressed at ChaLEAN Extreme Brilliant!! I completed my Burn Circuit1(40) class this evening...

This weeks meals are prepped bagged, tagged and now it is time to fuel up and read some diaries..I hope everyone had a wonderful healthy start to the week

B-/post workout- 1 scoop Casein, 1 banana shake

L- lean turkey patty with 1/2 slice ff cheddar, spicy mustard

S- Raw Almonds, cashews, pistachios, craisins, raisins,dried cherries

D- Chicken breast marinated in Carribean jerk, Havana Lime and garlic, sauteed Portabella and spinach... Glass of malbec

1 gallon water, 3 scoops jacked(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

I've been meaning to tell you that I have the 3 Abs classes from Chalean Extreme (haven't tried them yet, hoping to today). Is there anything else you would recommend for good overall toning from there? I'm getting the individual classes but can get any of them. Have a good one!

Good Morning Today I am taking my scheduled day off from Exteme/Fire..Saving it for tomorrow so I can try that Burn Interval class again(it totally rocks) as well as my scheduled classses...

One more shift to complete and Val is coming to town..Normally this would mean  lots of shennanigans on tap however since she is pregnant how much trouble can we get into?? hahaha

I happened to watch a talk with Anita Hill last weekend (and a bunch of other stuff surrounding the 20th anniversary of the Hill/Thomas hearings). It's on the c-span video site I'm sure--let me know and I'll get a couple of links.

The one thing I didn't know is that she had two witnesses to corroborate everything she testified to and they simply weren't allowed to be heard. She's been a law professor all these years.

Good Morning I completed an unscheduled Upper20 and saving my scheduled Core20 and Stretch10 for my evening class...I have got to get going, I have been up pretty early watching CNN and somehow time has escaped me...I must get moving but I will chat with ya later

Back!! Core20 Stretch 10 DONEZO! YEAYYA..

Work was pretty decent and the day started out a little iffy, winds subsided but it threatened to rain most of the afternoon...I made out pretty good and had it not been for my blender bursting into flames this morning and my well needed restock of Casein I would have had a decent amount to pad my winter fund with HOWEVER I am now a proud owner of a really decent blender

Well I have got to get some fuel in me, I am super hungry

 Good Morning I just had to try that Extreme Abs 16.5 again! I felt like I could do more after knowing what was coming next and yeah it was still KILLER..LOL I am saving my scheduled Burn Circuit3 for later, now it is time to prep for work so I shall talk to you all laterHave a Stellar day!

Hey back earlier than usual...It was a nice sunny drive to work and even more beautiful on the beach, surf was up, nice temps as well as a comfortable breeze..As soon as I had everything set up, the sky got progressively darker, the winds picked up and here comes the rains, as well as wind gusts 30 + mph   That was some pretty serious gusts and dodging flying missiles( Salt and Pepper shakers, Napkin holders, Bottles etal) was not as fun as it looked in the Matrix..LOL... Needless to say I have an extra day off...So I am cranking up the Jagerator for anyone who wants free shots for Wet Wednesday..Legcramps? Umpqua? Glycrina? Getmeback?? Bueller? Anyone? Hahaha Just kidding(or am I) Nawwww too early in the week for bad behavior...

Back and Burn Circuit3(30) complete...I resisted the "party monster" in my head today as well as the boys from work calling to go "surfing" since the outside bar was closed today..First off I am not that good of a surfer to begin with and the currents were much too strong and second I knew not much surfing would be done since they chose"Harry's Beach Bar" for our meeting spot.. I must also think of building on my nest egg for the months of December and January are uncertain...

So I chilled solo here watched Torque(horrible storyline with equally horrible acting BTW) I couldn't help myself but a cast of Hotties and Crotch Rockets( fast motorcycles) SWEET..hahaha If I didn't like life so much I would love to have a tricked out bike that went super fast 

Anyhoo that was the boring extent of my day and now it is time to fuel up and catch up with my girls here...I hope you all had a wonderful day

Well, if you're kayaking or canoeing down your river then there's effort LOL. We saw a bunch of kayakers on our nature walk over the weekend and I can't wait until the kids are big enough to tube and kayak on some whitewater. That's an awesome workout!

She cannot be fake in her words or deeds. Not too many of them around like her! She has great experience with people and business. Especially for a person her age. lol, I had so many different things pop into my head when I started reading this. Once I got to the word "muscles", I realized that this was a health related quote. ;-) Anyway, I totally love the feeling of getting pumped up!! If there's one thing I could buy myself, it would be 3x/week sessions with my trainer. He makes me do things I didnt think I could possibly do. Not only can I feel myself getting stronger, I can see it! My muscles are blowing up and I love it!

I like the P90X program but I would not call myself a follower as I have only once made it through an entire video. My husband however is Tony Horton's biggest fan ever. I have the Slim in Six Series which is more my speed but still a great workout. I am pre-ordering the new P90X for my hubs in December. I may try it with him at that point because my ability and stamina is getting so much better with every workout. I would like to try the HIIT stuff eventually too but I have an old knee injury so I have to watch the high impact stuff.

Glad you are pumped!! Don't think that will ever apply to me. I'm more of a exercise for fun, sweat a little yes but having a burn, probably not. So exercise with some gentle toning- I think that kind of sums up my idea of exercise. There's room for many types of people , right?
