Hey back!! I just completed Extreme Abs 16? Not sure but OUCH...It hurts so good and just when I think I have done the toughest ab workout, Chalene tops it...LOVE IT give me some more...I can't wait to try the "Ive got abs" class I am imagining this one is even more KILLER..Hahah I also did the Recharge20 afterwars which is just what I needed to end the day

Just completed my "Burn it off"30 and wheewww! The best way to describe this class is that it was much like football practice meets HIIT class.. My suspicions were right when near the end of class Chalene credits her hubby who is a football coach for some of the exercises.. Well it is time to prep for my double now that I am pumped for the day

It is dark and raining like crazy here..Lots of storms are still out in the Gulf is headed straight for us.. Although I am still prepping for work, I am kinda hoping to have an extra day off but we shall see..

Hey girls! I just completed a Turbo Jam Fat blaster30 and Core20...I am just hoping that my evening cardio won't keep me amped all evening..I am doing a new class in the morning Burn it off, it combines cardio and weights so this should be a good one
Well I almost had the day off..It was a pretty nice soaking this morning so when I called to see what gives with work, my GM told me to take the day off but stay close to the phone..Less than an hour later, he calls me in..I figured as much so I was already mentally prepared for his shennanagins.. LOL It's all good, though, I have to get my winter stash at a cushy level..
I arrived home with 2 nice surprises in the mail, 1 was a thank you card from Nicky and I have to say for someone who just turned 4 his signature was pretty good, backwards h and all(Nicholas is his full name)..LOL Also waiting for me was my "Train Like a Freak" tees, I purchased 2 of them as well as some stickers they added in there..I am def putting them up somewhere in "Hell's Gym"(my lab)..
I must get some fuel in me, I didn't eat much today, just as I was starting to make a proper meal, I was called in..Time to grub and read some diaries!!

Hey ladies!! Back from my day...I just completed my Burn Circuit 1 and added an Ab Burner10..Let me tell you, I sweated just as much in those 10 minutes as I would in say a HIIT30 or Fire60 class..It makes the Ab10 feel like a walk in the park
LOL I can't wait to try the other new ab classes, I am hoping in 20 weeks, I will have super pronounced cuts...
Time to get some fuel and check out how everyone's day went here!!

Back!! Well I completed my Ab Burner10 class and OH Boy!! This is going to be just the push I needed for getting the abs more defined!! I cant' wait to try the Extreme Ab and I've got Abs classes
Okay so the Recharge20 class was a yoga class.. Well it took about 5 minutes to figure this out and I shut it off to wait til this evening.. I was craving some cardio so this evening I tried out the Fat blaster30 and it was sort of like a HIIT class but less intense..I did work up a nice respectable sweat so all was well.. I attempted the Recharge 20 again and to my surprise I actually liked it alot more than the stretch40 because it was not as intense a pace as the speed yoga...LOL I find it very confusing when Chalene is yelling push yourself and relax at the same time, almost like saying "crush it" and then saying "never mind take it easy"..LOL
Anyhoo I think I am going to like the program and as expected, i will be adding classes on the days that I feel like I can go harder, I can do more...
Project Ab Mayhem progress

LOL Saving this class for the evening and I think 3 days of no cardio is lame..I have to crush out a HIIT Class, woke this morning with lots of yaya's and getting more amped as we speak.. Time to kick off my day with a nice sweaty workout!!

Hey girlies!! back! I crushed out a HIIT25 in the morning and I completed the Stretch 40 class this evening..I tried not to listen to some of my amp inducing music and I really did try to relax and I am feeling bendy an a little less hyped up so I am making progress( I think) LOL..
Tomorrow are 2 new classes(Ab Burner and Recharge) and I can't wait to try them out

That was quite some storm last night/this morning and there is more to come.. Alot of areas had some major damage(winds here were45mph) and many are without power so I am thankful that we dodged the bullet in my neighborhood..
So I tuned in to Joel Osteen this morning and today was all about shaking off disappointments when life doesn't go the way we think it should...I really liked his analogy about getting into your car and looking through the big windshield to see what's ahead, and the tiny rearview to see what is behind..His thoughts were that what is behind you is not nearly as important as what is in store ahead... I just thought "well put"
Okay on that note, I gotta get going before another round of rains rolls through, the sky is looking pretty ominous...I will catch up with you all upon my return

Oh so I purchased my ticket home to Chicago for Christmas

Although I have the money to purchase my gloves, I decided to wait to have a comfortable enough cushion in the "rainy day/ winter fund" Last year in Dec- end of Jan, work was non existent due to cold and or rainy weather so although I will def have my gloves but I have to be finacially sound...

lol, I had so many different things pop into my head when I started reading this. Once I got to the word "muscles", I realized that this was a health related quote. ;-) Anyway, I totally love the feeling of getting pumped up!! If there's one thing I could buy myself, it would be 3x/week sessions with my trainer. He makes me do things I didnt think I could possibly do. Not only can I feel myself getting stronger, I can see it! My muscles are blowing up and I love it!

I like the P90X program but I would not call myself a follower as I have only once made it through an entire video. My husband however is Tony Horton's biggest fan ever. I have the Slim in Six Series which is more my speed but still a great workout. I am pre-ordering the new P90X for my hubs in December. I may try it with him at that point because my ability and stamina is getting so much better with every workout. I would like to try the HIIT stuff eventually too but I have an old knee injury so I have to watch the high impact stuff.

Glad you are pumped!! Don't think that will ever apply to me. I'm more of a exercise for fun, sweat a little yes but having a burn, probably not. So exercise with some gentle toning- I think that kind of sums up my idea of exercise. There's room for many types of people , right?
