Good Morning Ladies Just completed my scheduled  HIIT25 and Tone30 classes.. Now I have to get some laundry done so I can enjoy this last day of summerlike weather..The temps are expected to drop drastically for a few days, can't really complain though, it has been a pretty mild winter... Have a wonderful day ladies, chat with you all later

Back from my day! My trip to do laundry was put on hold because I had to see Chalene(my fitness mentor/life coach extrodinare just in case ya didn't know) was on "Live with Kelly" today.. I could have waited to see the clip but i just had to see her..hahaha

Anyhoo, laundry done, dinner for the week is made, bagged and tagged. I also completed a CardioX 43 class in this evening as well..Man what a great class and I am so looking forward to making a career out of fitness..Getting paid for doing something that you truly love, what a rush!  Well time to read some diaries and fuel the machine! Have a good evening!!!

B-Green Goodess shake with whey protein isolate,recovery fuel, blueberries, banana, organic OJ

S- Kashi Go Lean Protein Bar

1 gallon water, Casein shake(pre bedtime)

Good Morning Ladies!! Happy New Year Started out the day with a Kenpo 50 class and all fired up..Time to get a move on to shop for groceries, the fridge is pretty bare from vacay, back at ya later, have a good day

Hey ladies, had a nice relaxing day and winded it down with an "I've Got Abs" 15 class. I am resuming my weekly class schedule in the morning as well as adding in more P90 classes in the mix.. I am in week 12 of the 20 week program so I am already planning ahead for my next program which will be  an "Insanity/P90 hybrid and I am sure with a few Turbo Fire Classes cause that's how I roll.. hahaha!

Well time to read some diaries and get some fuel

Post A.M. workout-Recovery Fuel

B- Green Goodness shake with whey protein isolate and strawberries

L-Eggwhite Fritatta with Polenta, ff cheddar and lean turkey crumbles, 2 strips of extra lean turkey bacon 

D- Broiled skinless chicken breast, black eyed peas.. whole grain wild brown rice..Romaine, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, carrots, ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon wedge  Glass of Pinot Noir

1 gallon of water.. 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

i was invited to a NYE party, but didn't go because last year i went and got very drunk, hooked up with a guy at the host's house and the host used to like me. i was invited again, but decided that if my best friend wasn't joining me, i didn't want to go alone....kinda like you, i stayed home, but couldn't prevent the binge, unfortunately. i had a bit of a downfall. you impress me right now though, reading how gread you are doing!

Good Morning Just completed a HIIT15 class and now it is time to complete my last shift this year! I am so happy that I don't have to work tonight Not that i have big plans or anything, I just don't want to deal with the nonsense of the overserved..Time to prep for my day, chat with you later!

Hey, back from a busy day on the beach..Thankful that the revelers were tame and no shennanagins!  I finally unpacked from vacay so I can actually see my bedromm floor, haha.

As i mentioned not much slated tonight just chilling here just enjoying being off for the next 3 days.. Off to read some diaries and get some fuel

L-Turkey Meatloaf, ff cheddar, green beans

S- Raw carrots, coconut chicken

D-Broiled skinless chicken breast... Romaine, 1 boiled egg, cucumber, red pepper, red onion,carrot,ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon wedge Glass of Chardonnay .Glass of Sparkling White wine to toast the New Year

Hey back from my long day, I am so glad I got that early morning workout in, it gave me lots of energy for the day. I am so hoping to fall fast asleep in a few, I am still pretty wound up from my day, the adrenaline is flowing pretty strong..I am going to at least lie down so the limbs can have a rest if not the brain..I will catch ya in the A.M.

B-Green Goodness shake with banana, strawberries, whey protein isolate

L- Turkey meatloaf, ff cheddar, green beans

Good Morning I arrived home pretty late last night, slept in a little far past what I should have but I was exhausted..I only had time to do a HIIT class..I am going to crush a P90X class when I get home from work..Unfortunately I couldn't get the shift covered..It is actually pretty chilly here but I am sure they will want me to come in anyways so I better get a move on..Talk to you all later

Back! Work was pretty decent, lots of people still vacationing for the holidays.. My date with Tony went really well, it was a P90 Chest, Shoulders and Triceps 50 class an I added an Ab10..My arms are screaming from the bizillion pushups crushed, it hurts so good

Well time to finally catch up with you all and fuel up, I hope everyone had a stellar day!!

B- Green Goodness shake with strawberries and whey protein

L- Salmon, ff mayo, 2 slices Ezekiel 4-9 sesame, ff cheddar, green beans

S- Mixed Nuts

D- Broiled Chicken Breast.... Romaine, boiled eggwhite, julianned carrots, cucumber, red onion, red pepper, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon wedge

Unfortunately all of the flights back today had a stopover, mine is in SC.. I am hoping to arrive at my place before 11 pm, I must get a decent workout before heading to work in the morning...Anyhoo Gotta keep moving, I am sure I will chat with ya later

Hey Ladies Just a quick drop in to say hello! This is my last full day here and tomorrow afternoon it is back to my life in Florida.. My had the opportunity to get a really good workout today, HIIT20, Upper20, Extreme Abs16 classes and I wish I would have went ahead and got a lower class in as well but I didn't know how much time I had til the folks got back..No worries though because Thursday it is back to business and then some I had a really good visit with friends and family, but it will also be nice to get back to a set schedule with my workouts...Well I better get going so I might have the opportunity to catch up with you lovelies, I hope you have a stellar day

I made a mostly traditional feast but with "field roast" instead of meat... The field roast is amazing and entirely vegan:) Evenyone was skpetical but ended up loving it:)

Glad to hear you got some workouts in and had a wonderful visit with friends and family:)

Good Afternoon Ladies Just popping in to say hello! I had a late start to the day so I did my workouts at the Dojo down the street from my BFF's..I did a Fire 45 and Ab10 class..The guy at the front desk tried to convince me to do the kickboxing class/fight club but I declined..I am so bumming that I didn't, those boys were scrapping!!! Hahaha well time to keep it moving, last night here before going to the rents so it's time to get my drink on!! Just kidding, or am I???

Hey Just a quick break form vacay to say hello I completed a HIIT25 and Tone30 classes, and spending lots of quality time with my little Maddieshe is so funny and very entertaining for a 9month baby, I just can't get enough of her..I have ust one more day with her before I make the trek to my folks place and I should be able to chat alot more..Sorry I haven't been replying as much, I just don't want to be a rude guest...The baby is down for the evening so now it is time for some "adult beverages" and dinner
