Good Morning Completed a Fat Blaster30 class and doing my schedued Push class after my shift..Not sure of how busy my day will be, it is pretty breezy 57degrees right now...I know you are thinking not bad and it really isn't however being that close to the water with the winds gusting, it can be pretty chilly..I am still hoping for the best!!  Well time to get prepped for my day, talk to you lovelies later

Hey Ladies!! Push Circuit2  35 complete and my soreness in the Triceps from all those pushups yesterday are gone thanks to all the lower body work today... I especially love the single leg dead lifts, KILLS the glutes and hammies..

Work was super windy, super slow and I could have gotten out of there early but I helped out with inventory..The weather promises to be a little kinder tomorrow so hopefully I will do alot better tomorrow! Well Ladies time to read some diaries and fuel up. I hope today was a good one for you all

B- Shakeology with water, organic OJ, blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 banana(ate the other 1/2 post am workout)

L- Lean turkey patty, remainder of the Nut and Berry rice stuffing, SP fries

D- Lean pork roast, steamed broccoli, romaine, 2 boiled eggwhites, red pepper, cucumber, red onion, julianned carrots, cherry tomato, parmesean, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon juice, glass of Mendoza

1 gallon water, 3 scoops Jacked3d(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Progress as of today: 93 lbs lost so far, only -1 lbs to go!

I haven't orded P90X -2 yet but I want to get it from you. My credit card can't handle it until Dec 1 -- which is tomorrow!! So I will prolly be doing it this week. Keep on me in case a I forget. I did all but 20 minutes of the Yoga X video this morning. I remember when I couldn't get past the first 15 minutes!! Maybe I will get the Chalene (?) videos for myself soon. I am just so in love with Tony Horton -- I think I have a little crush on him. LOL!!

Thanks for the comment! Im still pretty stoked about the actual date that I chose. I found out I was gonna be a mom on that day. Before that day, I was sitting happy on a healthy weight that I got to just so I could become pg. It sure would be awesome if I could go full circle and be at goal on the same date 5 years later. Im so motivated to stay on track!!!

Do you think you'll be able to set a goal date for when you can become certified as a trainer...or better yet, a goal date on when to quit your current job? What an awesome countdown that would be! :)

Good Morning Ladies Just completed a Fire45 class all pumped on endorphines!! Yeah! Off to get my laundry done so I can enjoy the rest of my day! Talk to ya later

Hey!! Laundry done, and attempted to make a run to the post office to make sure I had enough postage on some of my Christmas cards and the line was nearly out the door! Needless to say I probably put way more stamps for some of my friends abroad, but there was no way I was standing in that line and I wanted to insure that nothing was returned due to lack of postage.. Luckily I had a page of 10cent stamps from last year so I loaded them up...hahaha!!

I completed my "Ive Got Abs" 16 class a little early today so I could knock around my punching bag around a bit just to blow off some steam...I really want one of the hanging speed bags so I can tighten up my skills..Maybe Santa will bring me one???? Hummm LOL

Anyhoo time to read some diaries, fuel up!! I hope you all had a STELLAR day

B- Shakeology with blueberries, strawberries, 1/2 small banana(ate the other half after am workout) Organic OJ

S- Raw Almonds, Cashews, Pistachios and Emerald Berry blend mix

Did my exercise this morning too. Great feeling, isn't it. For me it's more that I got it out of the way rather than feeling all those endorphines like you. Either way, it's done, right?

Errands complete, dinners for the week made, bagged and tagged, I even started on my humongous Christmas card list..I am hoping to get all done tonight and still have time to read my December issue of Muscle and Fitness mag..Gotta keep up with what the big boy powerhouses are doing!

Good Morning Well of course last night's dinner ended up to be quite a rager..Hahaha!! Dinner was really nice. Val and I shared a small salad and a couple of apps, Oysters Rock, Stone Crab and Smoked Fish Spread with crackers..I had a rumrunner there along with water.. So far so good, well that was until we went to meet the coworkers at Norman's Hideaway...Our intentions were to get some wings there, since we were still a bit hungry..HOWEVER as more people showed and 1more rumrunner later, I switched to Goose and Club Soda...Big Mistake, they went down so smooth and I didn't drink nearly enough water nor proper fuel to counteract the copious amount of booze...Needless to say I woke up severly hungover/still buzzing this morning!! I got up at 6ish this morning, chugged an Urban Detox, Aleive and water, went back to sleep..Up again around 11ish chugged more water went back to bed..Needless to say, I pretty much slept the day away.

Good news is I am about 99.8% and after I get some fuel I will be back at 100..I sweated out the last bit of toxins with a HIIT30 and Ab10 class, If I play hard, I have to workout even harder, hangover or not!!

Bad news is I have to play catchup with groceries and errands tomorrow so I have to get an early start..Other bad news is my Bears lost today  Well ladies time to fuel up and read some diaries

S- wings(apparently at some point we ordered and never ate them) zzzz

Good Morning ladies I worked my scheduled double for the first time in AGES at the outside bar.. It was quite chilly but we still had some that braved the elements..Anyhoo although I arrived home fairly early it took me a while to actually fall asleep..It is my scheduled day off from Extreme/Fire and 1 more shift to go and it is off for the next 3 days  Temps are suppsed to be in the 80's so I am sure I will be a busy girl!!  I will catch up with you all later this evening Have a good day ladies

Back from my busy day!! I was so looking forward to some well needed R N R this evening but Val made a surprise visit to town.. Although I am super stoked, I wish she would have given me the heads up.. I am pretty sure we will probably go out for dinner somewhere so I am hoping a nice shower will invigorate me! Well ladies time to doll up and i will catch ya later

Scheduled day off - good resting up. Off for 3 days soon will be good. I don't know how to handle the time off I've had lately - 5 days in a row! But I have been using it to get some good long walks in. Today is supposed to be the last day of our unseasonably good weather, so after this I'll have to bring it inside some. I like walking in cold weather, but my knees don't anymore.l

Good Morning Happy Thanksgiving!!! Kicked off my morning with a Fire30 and talking with my brothers who are super amped about the perfect weather for "Leaf Bowl"(annual friends and family football game in Chicago) I am so jealous!! I can't wait to play at the "Snow Bowl" Christmas Day!!

Well I have to get moving, work awaits this girl..I will chat with you after my shift

Hey Ladies!! Back from my long day! Work started out pretty slow and people slowly started trickling in..All in all a pretty decent day..

I completed an Extreme Abs 15 and although I was invited over to a few places for the holiday, I just want to chill and watch some football and mentally prep for my double tomorrow..Time to read some diaries and fuel up!!

Good Morning I was attempting to complete a HIIT20 class, the DVD wouldn't cooperate so I had to swap it out for a HIIT30..Later I will do my scheduled Push class...

So today is "Black Wednesday" ...Busiest day in the bar business Ever.. In fact it surpasses all other holidays as far as binge drinking...For the last say 15 years back, what started as college kids getting together then night before Thanksgiving to blow off some steam has snowballed into "medicating" before dealing with families..How this ties in with Thanksgiving?? I don't know..hahaha...I am just thankful that I don't have to work tonight and have to deal with the idiots that chose to drink and drive and risk everyone else's lives...Well that is my PSA for the day, I must get ready for work!! Talk to you after my shift

Back from a short stint in purgatory, oops  work ..It started out as a beautiful day, I had my bar set up and ready to go and as soon as my first customers rolled through, it started to sprinkle. Fire drill time Well we scrambled to pull everything off the tables and bar before it started to downpour..Although we were soaking wet, Christy and I had to go inside to bail out the 2 inside employees who were "in the weeds".. I still had a pretty decent shift seeing as though I walked out of there before 3...Honestly I couldn't be more relieved to be home early..As I was coming home. the police already were setting up DUI checkpoints and I say More Power To them!!

Ack yeah, drunk drivers. A drunk driver broke almost every bone in my dad's body in a wreck when he was 18. My dad is 65 with the body of a 95 year old man now as a result. Multiple surgerys, constant pain. The drunk? Nothing wrong with him. Back then the laws weren't what they are now so the guy literally got nothing. Few months later he went back out drinking and driving again, this time he killed a family and himself in a wreck. I just don't understand why people think it is ok to drink and drive!

Thanks for your comments on my pics. Photographing all the flowers in our garden (dozens of species!)during spring and summer seriously messed with my morning workouts as that's when the light is best. I'd spend the afternoon sorting out the morning photos and never get in a workout at all!

I love the smell of clean clothes. I think my favorite laundry soap is Tide's Febreze Sport, followed by Dreft (baby powder scented gentle detergent for baby clothes). :)

I just wanted to say that I saw the story about the do-it-yourself butt augmenter (only in FL :P). It's sad....but - before having such a delicate procedure done, wouldn't you take the time to check out the "doctor"? Apparently not. I just cannot imagine going to those extremes.

And I will throw out (and you know this) that I am booty challenged but I would never consider injections. I have actually noticed an improvement since consistently doing yoga and TF exercises for several months :) My mother is even more booty challenged than I am, and when I was in high school she got a fake butt to stuff in her pants. We totally mocked her and it lasted a few weeks and that was the end of it. I'll stop now ;)

Good Morning Ladies Started the day with a Fat Burner Challenge 32, I am doing my scheduled class this evening.. Well have to check in with my clients and get a little cleaning done, back at ya later

Hey Ladies!! Just completed Push Circuit1 35 class and dinners for the week are cooked, bagged, tagged. I tried new recipes from the Muscle and Fitness Hers Mag.. Since I work on Thanksgiving Day, I wanted to make a few of my faves and still keep it healthy..For me it is just another day in the life..I have worked so hard to acheive/attain the body of an athlete and my intention is to keep it tight, so holiday or not, I am still fueling the machine just like any other day.

Time to catch up with my girls here, fuel up and watch Getmeback's Patriots  play the Chief's .I hope your Monday was a  good one!!

B- Shakeology, Organic blood OJ, strawberries, banana

L- 3 eggwhite omelete with polenta and parmesean, 4 strips extra lean turkey bacon

D-Orange and rosemary roasted chicken breast, Nut and Berry whole grain brown rice stuffing, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, Nutty Rum Soaked Cranberry sauce, 2Glasses of Mendoza

1 gallon water, 3 scoops Jacked3D(pre pm workout) 1 scoop Casein(pre bedtime)

Progress as of today: 93 lbs lost so far, only -1 lbs to go!

Bourbon balls are a southern candy! Rachel and Will make them ALL the time - I think they should be reserved for Christmas or Birthdays only! Basically they are very simple to make. Butter (salted - the REAL stuff), powered sugar and good burbon. Mix all together, form in balls and dip in melted chocolate and put a whole pecan (which has also been soaked overnight in bourbon on top and your done! NOT healthy, of course.
