Good Morning ladies
Just completed my HIIT25 and feeling amazing!! I managed to shut it down last night around 10:30 and man what a difference...On my non double evenings that will be my nightly goal...I mentioned to Sweetpea last night, I used to work at a 5am bar(yes that is the time the bar closed) and my inner body clock has never been the same..I am such a night owl but with all the hard core workouts in the mornings I am working hard on changing it...Anyways time to prep for my day even though Mr. Sun has yet to make his apperance and lots of rain in the gulf.... Talk to you ladies later
Hey ladies!! i am back from round 2 Tone30.. Life is good!! It pretty much rained on and off all day and I was forced to work with the slackers downstairs, but I made some cheddar so no complaints...LOL!!!
Well dinner is almost done and i am keeping it a little lighter, because of the grazing I did today..It was not alot but when you are trying to gain muscle and get leaner, yes that 4 ozs of soup and the few fries I had does count... Time to refuel and read some diaries
B- pink lady apple, banana jumble
L- lean turkey patty 1/2 slice ff cheddar
D- lean boneless jerked pork ribs, 1 small baked potato, 1 ear of corn, Glass of Merlot

Hey lovelies!! Back from my day
AM Fire45 class crushed, I also added a Burn Circuit 40 class and the world is a better place.. Yeah!! Now it is time to get some fuel, read some diaries and get to bed early... I LOL as I read last quote here, it was posted this morning from one my fav workout sites on FB... Scott Herman!!! I was introduced to him by Sweetpea and he is def a true motivation and has some very creative workouts, one of them featuring AB work done with using a pillow... Anyways I always peruse sites like his, Chalene's and Tony Horton for ideas.....
With all of the grueling workouts I have to at least lie down at a decent time so I will be 100% amped and ready... If this is how the athletes are doing it, then so will I...HURRAH!! Train extra hard and get plenty of zzzzzz's 
B- banana

Man I really did well with not crying. not spending money, drinking pretty decent wine along with keeping it classy....HOWEVER it was a big fat Super Fail with the stupid shots that magically appeared pretty much all night
They were pretty sugary and wayyyy too sweet for my taste.. It also lowered my inhibitions....I would have never made out with the bearded guy with the nut hugging skinny jeans had I been sober...LOL Okay maybe I would have, he was kinda cute

Well I am thinking another nap at this point would kill any chance of sleeping at a decent hour this evening...While I wait for my energy to rev up before my class I will tell you my funny story....
SO after my entry here this morning, I tidyed up a bit( after party was at V's) I heard some serious snoring going on in my gym/spare bedroom...It was Jason(bearded skinny jeans guy) LOL
I let him sleep it off and took a nap myself and i woke up feeling worlds better J however was still hating life... I shared my urban detox, advil and lots of water..He expressed the need for food and offered to spring for lunch since I stopped him from driving drunk last night, so I loaned him another pair of skinny jeans to wear( JUST KIDDING)...We got dressed and went to O'Bistro for lunch....As we sat and chatted it up getting to know each other,( he mentioned the fact last night that he is a skateboarder) and when I asked if he had to go to work later, he replied, "naw just practice a bit, just one of the perks of skating for a living"..
I thought this was his HOBBY so duhhh to me...LOL That also explains the apparel.... 
Yup that was my lightbulb moment of the day...LOL Anyways, he is 27 really smart and very funny.. As he showed off his battle scars I tried to contain my enthusiasm... How awesome is waking up every morning and go to a job that you LOVE doing!! We came back to my place, took another little nap, shared a few kisses... He lives in Orlando which is not to far away but for one I am not into long distance relationships, in fact I am not sure if I am a relationship kinda girl...I am not a very good when it comes to compromising so that is a huge road block that I am not sure I am willing to give up..
Anyhoo although he is super cool and has all the makings of someone who can keep my interest, we didn't make any false promises, one thing is clear that we will hang out again, as he departed, he says to me "Now that Val is leaving(he is BFFs with her boyfriend) I am stoked I still have a reason to visit St. Pete....Awwww Gross!! LOL
Okay I am ready to crush my HIIT Class, I"LL BE BACK!!
She's back all hopped up on that Killer HIIT20 and added the Ab10 again to help along with "project Ab Mayhem" and 20 pushups for roll call holler back this morning
I was a bit behind with prepping food for the week, but all is bagged and tagged and dishes are done...Now it's time to read some diaries and refuel

Today was my day off from Turbo so I slept in...I really needed it..... That heat is no joke when you have to work outside..It rained on and off all day and they finally let us go around 7pm when the sky completely opened up..
I had the chance to watch the ustream broadcast live from "Camp Do More" Chalene's fashion show!!! There were lots of super cute Turbo Gear that I WANT...LOL I am hoping that next year I will be in the audience....Tickets for this show sold out in 1 hour
... Well ladies it is time to get the lead out to prep for my day

Hey girlies!! Back from Round2 Circuit burn 40...This class as many of them this week was not on the schedule but Chalene always says "do more" so I obliged...With vacation coming up in 3 1/2 weeks I have to intensify my workouts as much as I can...I am still going to follow the schedule as slated on my 3 weeks of vacation, but I am sure my two adays won't happen as much but I sure am going to try!!! LOL
I am so looking forward to spend some quality time with my friends, and family in Chicago

I know you don't have a boardwalk where you are and I don't think it's quite as in your face as this area, but I'm definitely seeing some of the stuff you describe in the way of drunken tourists and just ridiculous behavior. Put some clothes on people, this is a family area!
We're having a great time, we just got the boys to bed around 10:15. WAY past their bedtime, but they've been sleeping in for us, so it's worth it!

Just completed Core20 and Upper20...Just wanted to add those classes to rev up the ante with getting super toned..I am hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening and read a bit...With Val's move coming up in a week, it is inevitable that a surprise visit will more than likely happen...I guess I should enjoy it while I can, she is the only girl I hang with, the rest are the fellas...Don't get me wrong I love hanging with the boys, but I think I may be turning into one.... LOL It's bad enough I grew up in a household full of boys and now that my only girl friend who is into sports is leaving, I don't have much of a choice...Things could be far worse I suppose...LOL

Man last night was quite the experience....We arrived at the game just as it started...The seats were killer and there was a comfortable distance from Ray(unidentifiable non descript team mascot) he is very frightening and since no one really knows what he is, how do you terminate him if ya have to??? LOL
Well our time at the Tropicana was short lived...Put 2 amped up chicks that suffer severe cases of A D D and stir....There was far too many things to look at other than the game as well as dicussing her move...By the bottom of the 3rd inning we were in tears
As we all know there is no crying in baseball so we had to say base into space, peace, see ya later...LOL We ended up at Central Ave Oyster Bar
We had raw oysters, teryaki salmon, sauteed mussels in white wine, shroom caps(no not psychadellic) stuffed with spinach and feta, bread with olive oil, garlic and parmesean, 1 bottle of Pinot Grigio and 1 glass of Pinot Noir for desert....
I also met a little tasty treat oh say 6'5 dark hair blue eyes, jacked up, looked like dude from "Bones" David Borneaz?? (I am sure I butchered the spelling) We noticed him as he made his entrance...He sat at the bar with his book that he pretended to read when the entire time he was listening to our convo...By the way the book "Sophie's World" (yes ladies we must pay attention to detail)
He kept shooting glances and smiles my way and I pretended not to notice...LOL hahaha Anyhoo by the time his friends showed up he was already mezmerized in the Vzone You really can't blame him
Now right about the time we parted ways I noticed something that I normally do first and foremost when meeting a guy...Check the ring finger....Sure enough nice tan line where the ring was I am certain was on a few hours before....Game over... Hey I don't roll that way, I could stand on my soap box for day to preach the disgust of cheating hubbies and the insecure whores(yes you did read that right) who choose to date someone elses guys, but that could take years...LOL
We made our exit and on to Bishops had a Goose and soda, and went to PBG for an un needed night cap of red wine and now I find myself a little hung over
LOL!! It was a really nice night but I am still paying for it DEARLY...It's okay I am sipping on some Urban Detox to wash the Advil down...I am sure Val is hating life right now out in that hot ass sun slinging drinks...Okay I think it is time to take a trip to sleepy town so I can crush that HIIT class later...I am so sure there will be no laundry today.....

Hey ladies!!! the fog has lifted and I can see straight again...LOL I crushed a Fire20 and Ab10 and feeling great what a way to kick off week 10 of Turbo Fire...I am waiting for my appitite to apppear so I can fuel the machine...I slept most of the day and got sidetracked when "What about Bob?" aired on HBO...It is one of my fave comedies and Bill Murray is hilarious in this movie...I love his shirt that reads "Don't hassle me I'm a local" Hahahah..I am wondering what Moogy and Kat will have to say about Bill, I hate losing cool points with them...LOL

I LOVED David Boreaneaz back in his Angel days. I am thankful my ex-fiance introduced me to Buffy and Angel because that guy is super-delish, lol! I tried watching Bones, just so I could continue my celebrity crush on him, but I just couldnt get into the show. Oh well. Too bad that the dude you saw last night was a scumbag!!

I usually go to sleep around 10-10:30pm. I am definitely a morning person and wake up around 6:30-7am even on weekends. I've always been like that. I don't think I could work nights and be in a good mood...Anyway, it feels good to watch sunrise once in a while. :)

Great job turning in early! Those are some crazy hours you used to work. In college I remember closing around midnight (waitressing) on weekends and then coming in for 6 for the breakfast shift. Ugh, but I was young ;P Have a good one!

Thanks for your comments yesterday - I really appreciate it. I'll be checking out the article you mentioned about exercise. Years ago I did find that I loved Jazzercise, but I've been hesitant to try it again because of my poor fitness level, and the monthly cost. I'm not sure I'd be able to keep up with it. I'll have to think about it.

Early to bed and early to rise will make you healthy, wealthy and wise. I wish I could claim that one but it is an old English saying that I used to hear when I didn't want to go to bed as a child. I know you are healthy, but the wealthy and wise would be great!!!! LOL I slept without the princess last night and got in 11 1/2 hours, I must have been a tired nana!! Exercise report on fb!!!
