Good Morning ladies  Just completed my HIIT25 and feeling amazing!! I managed to shut it down last night around 10:30 and man what a difference...On my non double evenings that will be my nightly goal...I mentioned to Sweetpea last night, I used to work at a 5am bar(yes that is the time the bar closed) and my inner body clock has never been the same..I am such a night owl but with all the hard core workouts in the mornings I am working hard on changing it...Anyways time to prep for my day even though Mr. Sun has yet to make his apperance and lots of rain in the gulf.... Talk to you ladies later

Hey ladies!! i am back from round 2 Tone30..  Life is good!! It pretty much rained on and off all day and I was forced to work with the slackers downstairs, but I made some cheddar so no complaints...LOL!!!

Well dinner is almost done and i am keeping it a little lighter, because of the grazing I did today..It was not alot but when you are trying to gain muscle and get leaner, yes that 4 ozs of soup and the few fries I had does count... Time to refuel and read some diaries

B- pink lady apple, banana jumble

L- lean turkey patty 1/2 slice ff cheddar

D- lean boneless jerked pork ribs, 1 small baked potato, 1 ear of corn, Glass of Merlot

1 gallon of water, 1 D4(pre am workout) 1 Monster absolute zero, 3 scoops C4 extreme( pre pm workout)

Progress as of today - 92.9 lbs lost so far, only -0.9 lbs to go!

I usually go to sleep around 10-10:30pm. I am definitely a morning person and wake up around 6:30-7am even on weekends. I've always been like that. I don't think I could work nights and be in a good mood...Anyway, it feels good to watch sunrise once in a while. :)

Hard to change sleep habits. I'm trying the opposite- to stay up later & sleep later- so far it's not working. Hope you are more successful!

Great job turning in early! Those are some crazy hours you used to work. In college I remember closing around midnight (waitressing) on weekends and then coming in for 6 for the breakfast shift. Ugh, but I was young ;P Have a good one!

Thanks for your comments yesterday - I really appreciate it. I'll be checking out the article you mentioned about exercise. Years ago I did find that I loved Jazzercise, but I've been hesitant to try it again because of my poor fitness level, and the monthly cost. I'm not sure I'd be able to keep up with it. I'll have to think about it.

Early to bed and early to rise will make you healthy, wealthy and wise. I wish I could claim that one but it is an old English saying that I used to hear when I didn't want to go to bed as a child. I know you are healthy, but the wealthy and wise would be great!!!! LOL I slept without the princess last night and got in 11 1/2 hours, I must have been a tired nana!! Exercise report on fb!!!

Good Morning Lovelies My plans of going to bed at a decent hour was sabatoged by Jane's Addiction live concert on You Tube...I can't resist Perry Ferrell he is just the kinda crazy that I like...LOL

I slept in a little and now it is time to if I am ready to deliver that can of whoopass on that Fire45 class yet..LOL  With no more distractions with parties and such, I can now concentrate on fine tuning my moves.There is always room for improvements, as Chalene would say, "everytime you come to class, you put in a little more, you have more energy to deliver cause you know it will give you results"

 

Hey lovelies!! Back from my day AM Fire45 class crushed, I also added a Burn Circuit 40 class and the world is a better place.. Yeah!!  Now it is time to get some fuel, read some diaries and get to bed early... I LOL as I read  last quote here, it was posted this morning from one my fav workout sites on FB... Scott Herman!!! I was introduced to him by Sweetpea and he is def a true motivation and has some very creative workouts, one of them featuring AB work done with using a pillow... Anyways I always peruse sites like his, Chalene's and Tony Horton for ideas.....

With all of the grueling workouts I have to at least lie down at a decent time so I will be 100% amped and ready... If this is how the athletes are doing it, then so will I...HURRAH!! Train extra hard and get plenty of zzzzzz's

B- banana

L- Lean Turkey patty, 1/2 slice ff cheddar, lettuce, chipotle mustard

D- jerked chicken breast, wild brown rice, iceberg lettuce, red peppers, red onions, broccoli, cucumbers, ff feta, sunflower kernels, turkey bacon bits, red wine vin, lemon wedge

1 gallon water, 1 Celsius, 1 D4(pre am workout) 3 scoops C4(pre pm workout)

I hope you enjoyed your class! Im really bummed I couldnt do mine this morning, especially since the boys gave me plenty of opportunity to do so! I just didnt feel comfortable about jarring my stomach around while its feeling so sensitive. If I feel better, Im going to experiment doing a workout during Mason's nap. Hopefully, E will stay out of the way, lol

Good Morning Ladies Man I really did well with not crying. not spending money, drinking pretty decent wine along with keeping it classy....HOWEVER it was a big fat Super Fail with the stupid shots that magically appeared pretty much all night They were pretty sugary and wayyyy too sweet for my taste.. It also lowered my inhibitions....I would have never made out with the bearded guy with the nut hugging skinny jeans had I been sober...LOL Okay maybe I would have, he was kinda cute LOL 

Okay I am now going to attempt to sober up a bit...Back in a bit

Well I am thinking another nap at this point would kill any chance of  sleeping at a decent hour this evening...While I wait for my energy to rev up before my class I will tell you my funny story....

SO after my entry here this morning, I tidyed up a bit( after party was at V's) I heard some serious snoring going on in my gym/spare bedroom...It was Jason(bearded skinny jeans guy) LOL 

I let him sleep it off and took a nap myself and i woke up feeling worlds better J however was still hating life... I  shared my urban detox, advil and lots of water..He expressed the need for food and offered to spring for lunch since I stopped him from driving drunk last night, so I loaned him another pair of skinny jeans to wear( JUST KIDDING)...We got dressed and went to O'Bistro for lunch....As we sat and chatted it up getting to know each other,( he mentioned the fact last night that he is a skateboarder) and when I asked if he had to go to work later, he replied, "naw just practice a bit, just one of the perks of skating for a living"..

I thought this was his HOBBY so duhhh to me...LOL That also explains the apparel....

Yup that was my lightbulb moment of the day...LOL Anyways, he is 27 really smart and very funny.. As he showed off his battle scars I tried to contain my enthusiasm... How awesome is waking up every morning and go to a job that you LOVE doing!! We came back to my place, took another little nap, shared a few kisses... He lives in Orlando which is not to far away but for one I am not into long distance relationships, in fact I am not sure if I am a relationship kinda girl...I am not a very good when it comes to compromising so that is a huge road block that I am not sure I am willing to give up..

Anyhoo although he is super cool and has all the makings of someone who can keep my interest, we didn't make any false promises, one thing is clear that we will hang out again, as he departed, he says to me "Now that Val is leaving(he is BFFs with her boyfriend) I am stoked I still have a reason to visit St. Pete....Awwww Gross!! LOL

Okay I am ready to crush my HIIT Class, I"LL BE BACK!!

She's back all hopped up on that Killer HIIT20 and added the Ab10 again to help along with "project Ab Mayhem" and 20 pushups for roll call holler back this morning

I was a bit behind with prepping food for the week, but all is bagged and tagged and dishes are done...Now it's time to read some diaries and refuel

B-ZZZZZZZZ Urban Detox and Advil

L- Turkey burger with pepper jack(no bun) zucchini fries, marinara, 1 absolute peppar extra spicy bloody Mary with celery and blue cheese stuffed olives,

Too funny we had similar meal plans of turkey burgers and zucchini. How do you make zucchini fries? Cut them in strips, san, and bake in oven?? No, don't make it myself. I noticed it as a new product in the freezer section, six whole prawn wontons in a delicous broth (you add the water before microwaving for 3.15secs and only 98 calories!!!!! Yay!! The wontons would be easy to make, it is the master stock the chinese use that is the killer. I just can't get it right!!! Lub you:)

Sunday!!!!! YES!! It is off to shop and get a little Turbo in before Val's official going away party tonight.

I am sure the waterworks will be plentiful LOL  We have already said all we had to say to each other so I am feeling alot better about her move, despite the reason behind it...She is 23 years old and before she went with me to Chicago last year, she has never been out of Florida...I am hoping she will have the opportunity to see the world outside of our little bubble and prosper

Well I have to get my groceries done so I can get some more rest...

Hey girls!! Groceries done, Upper20 and Ab10 complete, now it is off to get some fuel and go to Abbey Road for the party..I am really trying not to spend lots of dough, because my vacay is coming up so my plan of attack is to have a nice glass of vino here at home(the wine selection there is underwhelming to say the least) LOl and sip on a Grey Goose there and lots of water..

I am sad to see her leave but my evenings out can be a bit expensive...LOL This is an entire new attiude for me as far as un needful spending, and I have to say I am pretty proud of that fact

Good Morning Ladies Today was my day off from Turbo so I slept in...I really needed it..... That heat is no joke when you have to work outside..It rained on and off all day and they finally let us go around 7pm when the sky completely opened up..

I had the chance to watch the ustream broadcast live from "Camp Do More" Chalene's fashion show!!! There were lots of super cute Turbo Gear that I WANT...LOL I am hoping that next year I will be in the audience....Tickets for this show sold out in 1 hour... Well ladies it is time to get the lead out to prep for my  day

Yea,I definitely wont be doing them every day, even if she wanted me to. My knees and ankles cant handle all the fast and hard jumping! I'll probably do them a max of 3 times / week and do Fire Classes as my cardio the rest of the time. I seriously need to sit down and write up a schedule that works with my gym schedule, lol. I wonder if there are any 2011 daily planners left on the store shelves? My main calendar doesnt have enough room for all of my exercise activities AND boring things like doc appts, anniversaries, and birthdays, lol.

Hey girlies!! Back from Round2 Circuit burn 40...This class as many of them this week was not on the schedule but Chalene always says "do more" so I obliged...With vacation coming up in 3 1/2  weeks I have to intensify my workouts as much as I can...I am still going to follow the schedule as slated on my 3 weeks of vacation, but I am sure my two adays won't happen as much but I sure am going to try!!! LOL

I am so looking forward to spend some quality time with my friends, and family in Chicago...I can't wait to have a Nanatini...My Nana makes the Best Martinis on the planetI am so happy that I wwill be there to celebrate her 84th Bday  Aug26?? or is it the 27th??? Must get that info PRONTO!!! LOL

Wow 1/2 gallon already, whew you are staying hydrated! I am terrible at getting all my water in, usually add Crystal Light during the day to add some flavor lol. Hot as heck here too, try to cool out there! Id have my own mini fan strapped to me ;) lol

It's nice on the shore here, but we went inland to the zoo Tuesday and Holy Hell! And it was just in the mid 90s. I can't imagine what you're dealing with down there.

I know you don't have a boardwalk where you are and I don't think it's quite as in your face as this area, but I'm definitely seeing some of the stuff you describe in the way of drunken tourists and just ridiculous behavior. Put some clothes on people, this is a family area!

I know right??! It will be crazy if there really is none this year. I love lazy football Sundays and will definitely miss them during the fall/ winter since there is nithing to do outside in the cold weather, so what better than watching football? Lol we should just get a bunch of fans together to raise money and buy out the nfl hahahahaha. Dude season tickets would be awesome! Ive never been to an actual game and its on my bucket list to do one of these days with my husband...preferably a playoff game ;) skins of course LOL

We've got a beach system - John builds the fortress walls, I build the towers (and today I made bonus sandmen to guard it), Jake brings up buckets of water to fill the moat, and Nate jumps in the moat and rolls around in the mud. After repeating this for several hours, Nate passes out on the towels under the umbrella haha.

We're having a great time, we just got the boys to bed around 10:15. WAY past their bedtime, but they've been sleeping in for us, so it's worth it!

Hey ladies!!! I am back from my day!!! It was super hot super slow and it is great to be home!! LOL... I swapped the tone for a Lower20(same target areas but more challenging) and added an Ab10...Now my evening is complete!! It is off for some fuel and catch up with you ladies here...

B- Apple

L- turkey taco meat, ff cheese, mango salsa, hot sauce,

D- jerked chicken, 1 small baked sweet potato with cinnamon and nutmeg, 1 ear corn, salad

1 gallon water, 1 D4 thermal shock(pre workout x's 2)

Still gathering info...Are the supplements you got at CVS just glucosamine or is there some condroitin in them, too? Are they tablets or capsules? Sweetpea suggested crushing them and putting them in something, but the ones I've seen are capsules and very big. I wonder if I could open capsules and dump in something? More later...

Ugh feels like i have 50 pounds to lose at this rate! But thanks im gonna try my best to take them off by the new year. Im so jealous of your turbo fire time...doubt my boys would give me a break to do anything like that and i love what sleep i do get too much to wake up at the crack of dawn. but maybe once logan starts sleeping later than 630am i can start doing something like that. You are such a turbo machine, you go girl!!! Glad to be able to post now ;) ugh NFL needs to reach a deal already!!!!!!!!

Good Morning ladies I slept in a little later due to Val's late evening visit and between that and the afterburn effect,  it took a while to fall asleep...I am now ready to destroy the fire45 class and this evening a Core20 to work on Project Ab Mayhem with an Upper20 to get the guns pumped!! Yes!!

Hey Lovelies!! Back from my day!! Just completed Core20 and Upper20...Just wanted to add those classes to rev up the ante with getting super toned..I am hoping to enjoy a relaxing evening and read a bit...With Val's move coming up in a week, it is inevitable that a surprise visit will more than likely happen...I guess I should enjoy it while I can, she is the only girl I hang with, the rest are the fellas...Don't get me wrong I love hanging with the boys, but I think I may be turning into one.... LOL It's bad enough I grew up in a household full of boys and now that my only girl friend who is into sports is leaving, I don't have much of a choice...Things could be far worse I suppose...LOL

Well ladies it is off to read a few diaries and get my head straight to prep for my work week...

B-Banana

L- Cottage cheese, 1 banana jumble

D- Turkey taco meat with salsa, hot sauce, ff cheddar, lo carb tortilla.... romaine, cucumber, orange peppers, red onions, broccoli, ff feta, sunflower kernels, red wine vin, lemon wedge, Pinot Noir

1 1/2 gallons water, 1 celsius, 1monster rehab, 1D4 thermal shock(pre am) 3 scoops C4 extreme(pre pm workout)

Progress as of today - 92.9 lbs lost so far, only -0.9 lbs to go!

Yes, I pay for it so much when I do my knees wrong. Even walking LONG distances 3+ miles on concrete is hard on them. Uneven surfaces drive me nuts, too. I have been riding bike and that strengthens quads and SEEMS to have helped. Also have been thinking about doing front leg extensions on bench - that may help. Also stationary wall sits - not as hard on the knees and moving squats. We'll see what I can work in. You may be able to take the Glu/Condr capsules. I just can't. Hint: be sure to take them with food so won't upset the tummy. I'm happy to have found at least one way to take the joint juice stuff - where there is a will, there is a way...we just gotta keep working on it! Have a good one.

Hey lovelies Man last night was quite the experience....We arrived at the game just as it started...The seats were killer and there was a comfortable distance from Ray(unidentifiable non descript team mascot) he is very frightening and since no one really knows what he is, how do you terminate him if ya have to??? LOL

Well our time at the Tropicana was short lived...Put 2 amped up chicks that suffer severe cases of A D D and stir....There was far too many things to look at other than the game as well as dicussing her move...By the bottom of the 3rd inning we were in tears As we all know there is no crying in baseball so we had to say base into space, peace, see ya later...LOL We ended up at Central Ave Oyster Bar We had raw oysters, teryaki salmon, sauteed mussels in white wine, shroom caps(no not psychadellic) stuffed with spinach and feta, bread with olive oil, garlic and parmesean, 1 bottle of Pinot Grigio and 1 glass of Pinot Noir for desert....

I also met a little tasty treat oh say 6'5 dark hair blue eyes, jacked up, looked like dude from "Bones" David Borneaz?? (I am sure I butchered the spelling)  We noticed him as he made his entrance...He sat at the bar with his book that he pretended to read when the entire time he was listening to our convo...By the way the book "Sophie's World" (yes ladies we must pay attention to detail)

He kept shooting glances and smiles my way and I pretended not to notice...LOL hahaha Anyhoo by the time his friends showed up he was already mezmerized in the Vzone You really can't blame him

Now right about the time we parted ways I noticed something that I normally do first and foremost when meeting a guy...Check the ring finger....Sure enough nice tan line where the ring was I am certain was on a few hours before....Game over... Hey I don't roll that way, I could stand on my soap box for day to preach the disgust of cheating hubbies and the insecure whores(yes you did read that right) who choose to date someone elses guys, but that could take years...LOL

We made our exit and on to Bishops had a Goose and soda, and went to PBG for an un needed night cap of red wine and now I find myself a little hung over LOL!!  It was a really nice night but I am still paying for it DEARLY...It's okay I am sipping on some Urban Detox to wash the Advil down...I am sure Val is hating life right now out in that hot ass sun slinging drinks...Okay I think it is time to take a trip to sleepy town so I can crush that HIIT class later...I am so sure there will be no laundry today.....

Hey ladies!!! the fog has lifted and I can see straight again...LOL I crushed a Fire20 and Ab10 and feeling great what a way to kick off week 10 of Turbo Fire...I am waiting for my appitite to apppear so I can fuel the machine...I slept most of the day and got sidetracked when "What about Bob?" aired on HBO...It is one of my fave comedies and Bill Murray is hilarious in this movie...I love his shirt that reads "Don't hassle me I'm a local" Hahahah..I am wondering what Moogy and Kat will have to say about Bill, I hate losing cool points with them...LOL

Nice story about Tasty Treat. Too many people like that! It would def be a better world if people were more honest with themselves and with others.

I LOVED David Boreaneaz back in his Angel days. I am thankful my ex-fiance introduced me to Buffy and Angel because that guy is super-delish, lol! I tried watching Bones, just so I could continue my celebrity crush on him, but I just couldnt get into the show. Oh well. Too bad that the dude you saw last night was a scumbag!!

Awesome quote, V! Several things to say for you today - Had to laugh at several comments above - David B - is so cute! My "type" is scruffier, but I married out of my type-more clean cut, etc.! Dinner menu sounds wonderful! LMBO at the comments about the ADD girls and the mascot!!! Last, but not least - about daughter. I DO actually agree that our dear Rach is VERY mature in some areas - just not in others - but hey - who the heck is - especially at 19/20! She is my darlin' girl, nevertheless! I love her SO! Thanks for your comments. I missed you there for a day or so. I'll report on workouts later today. I am TRYING so hard.

Part of being a dating professional is having the ability to ID the losers (ie- too small, throw 'em back, etc). Work was fine; have lots to learn but it's great to get the mind active again. Plus, it's wonderful not being near the refrig all day. I know that is helping my mind and body. :)

Im glad I previewed it first. I would have been completely lost if I didnt do that. I wasnt perfectly in sync with them, but I did my best. Im glad I had my curtains closed though. Im sure I looked like a fool bouncing around in my sports bra and shorts, lol. Oh and I was out of breath by the end, which is a good sign that Im finally getting some high quality cardio in. :)
