(Building a stronger body)
Weight: 134.1

Good Morning Completed a HIIT25 and Ab10 class...And it is off to the showers..There are a few storms out in the gulf again so not sure how much of my double I will actually complete..I hope that everyone has a wonderful start to their weekend, Back at ya later

Hey girls!! I suffered through a shift with a non needed coworker in the afternoon I would have made KILLER dinero if he wasn't there(he is NOT a drink slinging star tender) HOWEVER between the time he left and the night crew showed, it was already raining pretty fierce..By the time the storms rolled in I had my purse on my shoulders and really ready to go..Hahaha..I was all set to go home and Pat asked  me to go to "Harry's Beach Bar" With my brain stuck on "vacay mode" how could I say NO???

Now I am super hungry and it seems that maybe I should increase my intake again especially when I can feel my metabolism burn as I sleep and wake up extra hungry..That is the main reaso why I am buying Casein when finances permit..It is quite effective for when the body is at rest(sleeping) it is also suggested to add 10 g's with equal parts whey(post workout shakes)..Anway, if you ar looking to pump up the brawn, this is a great wat to go about it..

Food is pretty much the same PLUS protein shakes..Organic cottage cheese has Casein in it so until I can rationalize spending more on suppliments, this will suffice

Hope the bad weather stays elsewhere for ya!

KayBee on 09/09/2011:
I asked you about the soap because they open the packs before delivery and sticky hands are everywhere :P. OK, I know it's not a high-value item but one can never know what the others' hearts desire! LOL ...

Umpqua on 09/09/2011:
"The showers"....are there other folks showering in there? You don't need to answer that ;) Have a good one!

Maria7 on 09/09/2011:
Hello, there...I see you are still getting your classes done. :-)

glycrina on 09/09/2011:
Hope your double is going well and hope you get all your hours so you have the money to pay for all of your fitness equipment. LOL.

liza36 on 09/09/2011:
I love Moogy's comment from yesterday! I had the same thought. You rock, just plain and simple!!

biscottibody59 on 09/09/2011:
It'll be interesting to see how the mask thing goes for you:-)

Another day of working the TF--woo-hoo!

liza36 on 09/09/2011:
By the way, thanks for the tough love! I know if I don't buy it, I can't consume it. It's that easy, right?!

moogy on 09/09/2011:
Maybe just a single shift for you today V. Lovely jubbly!!! Catch up with you later:) Lub you:)

hollybelle on 09/09/2011:
Thanks for the thoughts. It means a lot. You are still invited to come to KY - so let me know some timeframes.

panda22 on 09/09/2011:
Aww yeah i dont blame you for the waterworks, trust me! I feel for you too, its hard having a friend leave :(. Girlllllll i would welcome that, i feel like im always the one in my "workout buddy" relationships who has to do the motivating, so when my motiation level goes down im lost and it SUCKS cuz i dont have the other person to slap me back into reality!

thinkpositive on 09/10/2011:
You should go to Harry's Beach Bar after a long day. Enjoy!

Good Morning Completed my Fire30 and the world is a better placeYeah!! Oh If ya have an 5bucks to spare Muscle and fitness Hers has a few really good articles and workout tips you can use at home or at the gym...Also a few tips from the pros on nutrition, their personal food fumbles and how they fix them...It is the Sept/Oct issue...

Well time to hit the showers and start my day!! I hope you all have a stellar day!!!

HEY HEY!!! Work was ho hum..I arrived home a little later than the norm and I so wanted to get another class in(although it is "recovery week")  but as i was driving home, i noticed the gas gauge dangerously clinging past the empty point so I stopped at the gas station...As I pumped my gas, I was greeted by Christian(Owner of the bar "Abbey Road") where he invited me out for drinks on him so what the hay?? YES..We went to his bar and I had to stealthily sneak out after a 2 glasses of vino...

Now it is time to refuel and read diaries..

You know, I have a hard time concentrating during yoga too. I don't want to punch anyone (haha) but it's hard to quiet the mind. Something to work on I guess. I don't do yoga enough to practice that part.

Nice job getting in your turbo.

legcramps on 09/08/2011:
Good Morning V! Have a great one today :)

I used to do more yoga, but it's fallen off the track in the last year or so. I hear you about not letting go and therefore not getting the most out of the workout - I always used to get the giggles at the end of the workout when it was supposed to be "quiet time".

getmebackto150 on 09/08/2011:
Good job getting your workout in yesterday... Your yoga thoughts crack me up... Have a great day today!!

glycrina on 09/08/2011:
Hey! Congrats on completing the Fire30. I don't know what it is but it sounds like an accomplishment!/

"Your time is limited, don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinion drowned your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." Steve Jobs

Good Morning ladies Off to a super late start...There were some major storms out there in the early hours...And boy was it super noisy and scary...Storms that were brewing in the Gulf had quite a few waterspouts(tornados in the water)...Ususally the dissapate or break up in the water but a few of them reached land as full blown tornados...I normally can sleep through this with no problem but between the thunder, lightning and winds that sounded like a freight train passing through had me a bit sketched out.. Needless this lasted til say 5ish and this started around 2ish??? I am super pissed I overslept Not a chance for Turbo before work...It is still raining now so maybe they won't need me inside...Not counting on it but an extra day off would NOT hurt my feelings at all...LOL

I am off to prep for my day though talk to you lovelies later

Hey hey!!! Back and not a bad day...My presence was greatly welcomed and verbal appreciation came from co workers as well as my GM's room silencing hug that he gave me( this guy doesn't even shake hands with people)

Well I completed Core20 and instead of the stretch40(yoga) I swapped it out for the "Power Yoga DVD Umpqua gave me...Thank you again... Okay this is more like I thought yoga should be....HOWEVER, I have some serious deep rooted issues..LOL  My A D D and "ego issues" as Brian Kest" would put it would not let me fully embrace the class....At first I was angry and wanted to punch the dude, then i started wondering if he was a good kisser(me thinks so) LOL ...Then I started thinking about how I was gonna crush my fire class tomorrow,  wondered what Val was doing, then it drifted off to just hot boys in general...LOL My head was all over the place, I am a maniac.. hahaha  I really do feel less tense but probably would have got alot more from this class had I "let go"...Although this class is not scheduled for a few more weeks, I have time to psych up for this one again...LOL

Well I have to get some fuel, I didn't get much a chance to eat again today, I was on a solo mission....Much love to ya!!

B- 1 pear, cottage cheese

L- lean turkey patty, ff cheddar 4oz kickin crab soup

D- turkey taco meat with black beans brown rice and corn, hot sauce, 1 low carb tortilla, romaine, cucumbers, yellow peppers, red onions, sunflower kernels, ff feta, red wine vin, lemon wedge Sangeovesse

1 gallon water, D4, Monster Rehab

Nice to have the discount at GNC. Those products can be expensive.

Hope your day at work goes well. I know you'll put in Turbo time later. Do you ever miss a day of workouts, or have a day of rest? Just curious. Have a good one.

Umpqua on 09/07/2011:
Yikes on the tornadoes! I hope it's a good one for you, wherever you end up :)

getmebackto150 on 09/07/2011:
yikes on the super severe weather! Glad you are safe!!! You will find a way to fit that turbo in if I know you!!

~WI~ on 09/07/2011:
My son works at GNC and those discounts do help! We had two very severe storms that moved through my city on Saturday, 70mph straight line winds, sustained for over an hour. It was downright scary! I hid in the tub LOL. You have a wonderful day superwoman! :)

moogy on 09/07/2011:
I am just laughing at Liza's comment. She obviously doesn't know you well!! Miss out on a day!! Not likely unless we tie you down. Sorry you had a bad night, I love storms but of course so far south our's don't come with tornados. I will check back in a while to see if you had to work or got a Turbo day to yourself:) Lub you:)

moogy on 09/07/2011:
It would seem that you are not quite understanding meditation and yoga, unless of course you are meditating on hot boys!!!! Glad you had a good day despite your minds meanderings. At least you gave it a go:) Good for you V:) It is 12 noon and I am feeling a little better than this morning, I think that I am on the mend:)

thinkpositive on 09/08/2011:
I remember when I was young :) and took yoga & just didn't get anything out of it 'cause at the time I needed to do something active. Now I need it ( but still don't do it) to keep me limber. So I get what you're talking about.

hollybelle on 09/08/2011:
Sorry about the storms - scary! I hear you on the yoga thing (must be ADD, too). I just have to be in the right frame of mind to do it. I love it when I am, but when I'm not.....I have been trying to practice relaxation and meditation techniques lately so maybe that will pay off.

"One mind, any weapon." - Hunter B. Armstrong

Good Morning Ladies It is rainy, windy and super dark again...The sun made a brief appearance around 7ish the sky was orange and faded to darkness...This storm popped up outta nowhere winds are 50mph....With no signs of easing up soon, I am going to wait it out or a bit but I have to get groceries....Well time to get my day started...

Hey Hey!!! I'm back...The rains were kind enough to show a little mercy on me while I shopped.

Considering I had nothing in my fridge, I did really well on keeping it a little above my budget..At GNC however, I almost spent just as much...I was out of many of my supplements and my brother usually hooks me up but he was till waiting to get them...Thankfully my new BFF at the GNC was not only super chatty, he ended up extending the 20% discount to me  as well as telling me the days to come in where either him or the other guy that trains at the gym next door is there...I stayed there a bit longer than anticipated we talked workouts it was a bit refreshing to speak with someone whith so much passion about what they absolutely love.

Well i have this weeks meals all cooked bagged and tagged..Completed Greatest HIIT's20 , Upper20 and Ab10...Now it is time to get some fuel and catch up with you lovelies here...

B-Cottage Cheese banana

I pushed myself to another rung on my exercise routine. I am at rung 20! (20 situps, 20 toe touches, 20 double leg lifts, 13 push-ups plus 10 girly push ups, 50 jumping jacks, and running in place for 400 steps per leg.) I know it doesn't compare to you, but it is an improvement for me and I feel good doing it every day. :)

I read up a little on that mask (never heard of it)--kinda hardcore. My impression is that IF you ever had to go on CPAP therapy (have to have a mask and air forced into your nose or mouth or both) it would be a total breeze after that torture--haha!

moogy on 09/06/2011:
Sounds like a quick dash out and then snuggle in for the day. I am sure you will find something to amuse yourself:)

"Your future is NOW!!! Don' be late." Chalene Johnson

Good Morning I slept in as you can imagine..I actually got up at the usual time, and man was the rain coming down in buckets..As I lay there contemplating whether to get up and start unpacking, and start my day, my eyelids protested and shut that idea down...LOL  I am still feeling a bit sluggish so I am sure another nap will be in order before TURBO FIREI also really need to get some food for today...My plan was to save the big grocery shopping til tomorrow so today I can unpack instead of living out my suitcase for the next few weeks...I also need to tidy up a bit...I left the place in pretty good condition so that won't take long...

OOOH so I have some new toys for my evergrowing "wish list" the only down side to reading MMA and Muscle and Fitness is I want all the new equipment...Okay the top of the list is powerpunch gloves...They are SWEET!! They are gloves with detachable resistance bands..This would def up the ante with getting the arms shredded up http://www.powerpunchfightgear.com/   Next on the list is The Elevation Mask...This is the coolest toy ever..It increases lung capacity, increases anaerobic threshhold, and the best feature is the Eye covers for Claustrophobia Training...Okay I am getting all excited now, so I am gonna stop...Hahaha

Well I guess it is time to get motivated and start unpacking ...

Hey ladies!!! I had a bit of a delay today because I pretty much napped the day away, made a super quick run to the store for dinner and bfast tomorrow...Got home and destroyed my Fire45ez class and added an Ab10 class to work on Project Ab Mayhem...This is supposed to be recovery week 16 of the 20 week program..In actuality this is reall week 17 for me but I decided to do an extra week of advanced cardio training while I was on vacy since I wasn't able to do my 2 aday workouts while in Chi....

I am going to do a few more progress pics for the Turbo Fire camp tomorrow that is if my expert photog Tracy has the time...This time I am hoping that the bloating from TOM is gone..I did the calipers to check the body fat which is still at 18% so I am going to go extra hard to get it lower/leaner...

Speaking of I must get some fuel...With not much in the fridge or cabinets and my sleepathon today, I did not get much in the way of proper nourishment...I have to get some Casein pronto for the days I sleep longer, it is also suggested to take 20 g's right before bedtime to increase muscle mass..

B- Grape Nuts...zzzzzzzzz

L-zzzzzzzzzz

D- Broiled boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 ear of corn, 1 cup long grain brown rice with sazon  2 glasses of Pinot Noir

1 gallon water, 1 Monster absolute zero

Progress as of today: 92.9 lbs lost so far, only -0.9 lbs to go!

Umpqua on 09/05/2011:
That's some seriously cool gear! You're going to be a tricked out 2nd level wizard in no time ;P The Eye thing sounds interesting, John is claustrophic and I wonder if he could benefit from something like that? Hope you're having a great day!

glycrina on 09/05/2011:
Wow V: I get excited about getting through a yoga video and you are a powerhouse! My band plays rock cover tunes and I sing anything from stevie nicks to katy perry. I love singing but the pressure is getting to me. Thanks for the all of the info.

moogy on 09/05/2011:
Ummm, V, I am not sure how to put this, but are you sure you didn't pick up some S & M mag by mistake?????? Don't forget you are suppose to be saving your money so you can get out of St.Pete's. LOL Seriously though save your money and keep mags with your and ask admirers to buy stuff for you!!!! Birthday pressies, Christmas absolutely!!! No stunning girl should have to part with her hard earned cash for bondage, sorry, training gear!! Lub you:)

moogy on 09/05/2011:
Just the usual princess behaviour, I don't feel like that, that is not what I wanted, I don't like that, there is always something not quite right. I had had enough and so a ban was put in place to try and help her realize that she is a mortal and not a princess in real life. Of course, her mother isn't helping - she is giving her Turkish Delight to soften the blow. And we wonder why she thinks she is a princess!!!!!

moogy on 09/05/2011:
That is what my daughter says "We created her" after such a break between the boys. I was so thrilled to have a girl, I know we have turned her into the princess she is now. Of course, we didn't know we would get another girl, who is living up to her second name Joy!! Just a delight!

thinkpositive on 09/06/2011:
New toys are fun- hard to picture the Elevation Mask though. Yes, we need to ease back into life after vacation.

Good Morning Ladies The picnic was Awesome!!! It was so wonderful to see the adult versions of everyone!!!  Not so awesome is my tummy...I am usually super careful when I eat other people's food....I have such a delicate stomach that anything out of the norm can be devastating...I am hoping this issue will resolve before my flight later....I stuck with mainly protein so it must have been the spaghetti?? That is what happens when I don't stick to my rules of "when in doubt, ask what's in it"..

Anyways I am going to lie back down for a few and hope to feel better

Hey girlies I am back in St. Pete Yayyyy(NOT) LOL after my nap I felt worlds better but still a bit weak...I had enough time to get a healthy whole wheat veggie wrap and a bag of baked olive crackers to take on board with me...While I waited for my wrap to be made, I had a glass of Cabernet...Not the healthiest for the first thing I ingested so I had some gatorade and lots of water to replenish the electrolytes....

So on the plane I sat across the aisle from a little boy and his super cute dad on my first leg of the flight..As I sat there eating my wrap the kid smiles at me and fires away with the questions... LOL His dad looks over and says "Let me know when you have reached your limit, he can go on and on" LOL I told him no worries, I am used to the interrogations...Hahaha..Cute dad tells his son to at least wait til I am done eating to chat it up so he decided to sing to me while he patiently waited for me to finish breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Not too sure it was 4:30 ish...

Father and son were wearing matching USF tees so when I asked if they attended Notre Dame game in South Bend, the dad starts chiming in as well...The kid continues to tell me all about his adventures in Chicago...The dad kinda nodded off and 20 or so minutes into the flight the kid fell asleep as well...I perused my Muscle and Fitness mag, jotting down so notes for my reseach  in Whey and Casein powders....

We arrive in ATL. a little earlier than the ETA so i had an hour and a half til my flight to Tampa...Still feeeling a bit hungry, I searched my options for more fuel...With not alot to chose from on the healthy end, i opted for a Spinach and Artichoke Dip, hold the chips sub celery...I had another glass of Cab and lotsa water while i waited for the food...

I could see the departure gate from where I sat so I waited til the last possible moment to board...Before i could arrive at my seat, I heard "Dad the pretty lady is on the plane again" Aww!!! Dad says "hello again" Dad was sitting in the aisle seat across from mine...The kid asks dad to switch seats so he might have another round of 150 questions...LOL I decided to turn the tables on the kid and hit him with every question possible..Hahaha...

Trevor(the kid's name) offered to share his Bose headphones with me so I could "jam out to the classics with him" LOL For a 5 yo this kid was pretty smart, has exceptional taste in music(although he is NOT a fan of Opera, he made that quite clear)..He also had the bluest eyes that would make your heart melt...

Trevor and I were bff's before long...His dad leans over and says"I would have offered you some peanut butter cookies on the last flight but by the looks of what you were eating and the mag you reading, I assume that you are a body builder, your arms are jacked..I have a few friends that are bod builders and they all have strict diets...BUT would you like 2??? Trevor and I made them.." How could i say no...Plus I was still a bit hungry....They were deeeelish!!

At this point Dad was kinda flirting of course so was V... I checked out the ring finger and not a trace of a tan line nor ring..Convo floated from working out, Chicago and Clearwater(where they live) to where I work...I was tempted to give this guy my digits but I think if he is unattached and interessted, he knows where to find me...can't be too forward, ya know....

Anyways, it's getting late 130am..I need to sleep so I can crush out a super duper pumped up fire class and realease a few yayas!!! I havent had a decent turbo yell in a while...LOL

Nite Nite

Hope your "ill" doesn't linger--have a good trip back!

moogy on 09/04/2011:
I hope you get it out of your system before the flight. Avoiding the bathrooms on flights is an absolute necessity!!!!! It probably wasn't anything yucky you ate just that you have been eating the same foods for so long you through yourself a loop eating 'strange' foods. There may be an up side, you may be too sick to return to St. Pete's!!!!! So you have a choice, sick at home or well in St. Pete's. I know, hard choice.!!!. Wouldn't well at home be wonderful??? I would send a hug but I am afraid you may throw up on me!! Lub you:)

Good Afternoon Ladies HIIT25, Upper20 and Ab10 done, done and done!!! I had to get that under my belt before my last full day here.... Today I have a picnic to attend with classmates from Jr.High...I am so excited to see everyone.. Hey Ladies!! Fire 60 under my belt and I wanted to get in an Ab10 at some point in the day as well...Time to get my day started!!!! Back later

glycrina on 09/02/2011:
Thanks V. We would be flying from the Philly airport. Newark is close to but I hate that airport. I started looking at rentals online. I would like a 2-3 bedroom so I could invite my parents or my in-laws or some of my friends (a jacuzzi would nice too). If you know any reputable places let me know. I guess we could rent a car but I would rather not; I am a nervous driver. any help would be appreciated.

Umpqua on 09/02/2011:
Woot! Hope you're having a good one!

selina on 09/02/2011:
115lbs in a year is a lot! small goals sound like a good idea! Good job doing your fire 60 today, stay well!

glycrina on 09/02/2011:
Um, I guess for about a week, I would like to keep it around 1250 but if it all inclusive (meals, flight and stuff) then 2000. Of course cheaper the better. I was actually thinking the week of Jan 14 to the 22 if it's cheaper. I think I get MLK day off in there too.

legcramps on 09/02/2011:

h82bfat on 09/03/2011:

thinkpositive on 09/03/2011:

Good Morning Ladies Well it is obvious that my brother's idea of dinner was in liquid form...I guess that was my bad to assumed since he request I wait to eat that we might go out, go to Nana's, I would have been okay with him bringing something he made....Well none of that happened...He walked in with a bottle of vino and goes "what's for dinner?" Hahaha!!! Real mature...OOH I have an idea let's go to Nana's Yeah!!!!  Although she didn't expect us, she always is prepared for company...In fact as we arrived my Dad pulled up with KFC..... I guess he was thinking along the same lines...Although my Nana offered  to make something else for me, I had a grilled breast  made a cucumber salad.... Of course Nanatinis were desert...LOL

I had plenty of hydration throughout the day so all was well this morning for my HIIT30 and Core20...It was supposed to be Fire55 but Tom did another sneak attack, also, you know how I love to sneak that heart pumping Cardio in there just cause and Core is awesome with getting rid of the cramps....

Well with only 4 short days left here I am going to try to maximize each day to the fulllest...I am hoping for a play date with the nosy ones...This time I am ready for the barrage of probing questions

Back at ya later

Back again and WHEWWW The inqusition is getting pretty personal...I seriously felt like I was being interrogated by the cops for reals(not that that has EVER happened, I am just saying it would probably be alot like that)..Haha  It is all good, I want them to know as much about me as possible..Now I am feeling kinda horrible that I am missing out on alot that is going on so I am going to spend as much time with them as I can.. My sister thinks I am just being nice when I offered to let them stay overnight so she could have an impromptu "Date Night" with hubby so I am hoping she will bring them back...

Hope you enjoy the last few days of your vacation!

selina on 09/01/2011:
Sounds like you are having a wonderful vacation with your family: enjoy the last few days, my friend!

Umpqua on 09/01/2011:
Good job scrounging up dinner at Nana's house! Have a wonderful rest of vacation!

biscottibody59 on 09/01/2011:
All I can say is B Jenner looked really good before he had his nose lopped off. He was the 1976 Decathlon gold medalist I think--tiny shorts pole vaulting. I wonder if he just had too much of the "sweet bird of youth" pecking away at him and then the thing had to be reconstructed--haha!

Hope your day goes your way!

h82bfat on 09/01/2011:
I LOVE cucumber salad!! ~ ~ You know, I OFTEN joke around that I was in the best shape of my life when I existed on mostly "liquid dinners"!! Bruce musta said that way BEFORE he met Kris.... ;c)

panda22 on 09/02/2011:
Grrr unfortunately no.....for one thing we didnt get the Skins game in our area, and for another we passed out early! Lol its been a crazy looong week! Glad you are doing well, miss ya!

glycrina on 09/02/2011:
Hey V -- this may be a stupid question but what airport is siesta key close to? If we were to get a rental in siesta key where would be easiest to fly? would we have to rent a car to get there from the airport?

"Life is not the sum of what we have been, but what we yearn to be"

Jose Ortega y Gasset

Good Morning Ladies Fire30. Upper 20 and Ab10...Although I could have easily crashed when I arrived home this morning, but I must stay true to the commitment, to myself...I am sure that a nap will be taking place sometime today but right now, my endorphines are off the charts..YEAH!!

Okay last night was so cool, we went to an Pub where my buddy Paul plays accoustics he is in a local band called "Mr. Blotto" and it was awesome that the rest of the band mates showed and we got ourselves a free concert!!! Yeah!!! Aw man not only do they write alot of music, they also put interesting spins on alot of songs...My fav is when they do anything that Stevie Wonder made!! Check them out on You Tube...One of my fave songs is Nebraska

Okay I am getting filled with lots of emotions and thoughts on going back to FL.... This trip has sealed the deal for me, I really hate St. Pete...With the exception of my out of town regulars, there are not many normal law abiding decent people there...I was beginning to think that the entire world's morals and ethics were out the window...Naww it just seems that the dregs of society all seem to gravitate towards that area...I am sure if Shauna C is reading this, she is probably shaking her head in agreement...Don't get me wrong, I am not including the entire state, Lauderdale/Miami area is amazing, up in the panhandle rocks as well... It is time for me to make some plans/save to get outta there soon...But  I have to complete my first goal of getting certified before anything else and then I will ponder where my next move will be???????

Back later

Hey girlies, I am awaiting the arrival of the"Evil Spawn of Satan" #2 As you see dinner has not been very substantial but he insists on me wating for him..

While i am waiting, I want to share with you my plans to take up boxing to bide my time between transition...

Back in a few

B- 2 eggwhite omelete with red pepper, green beans, 2 slices low sodium turkey bacon, 1/4 of an apple fritter

L-Lean turkey Taco meat with black beans and corn, on 1 low carb whole wheat tortilla, hot sauce, 1 small gala apple

S- handful of mixed nuts

D- 2 glasses of malbec..

Progress as of today: 92.9 lbs lost so far, only -0.9 lbs to go!

Umpqua on 08/31/2011:
Wise move in getting the certification under your belt. Then you'll be free to go wherever the heck you want!

"You'll look up and down streets. Look 'em over with care. About some you will say, 'I don't choose to go there.' With your head full of brains and your shoes full of feet, you're too smart to go down any not-so-good street. And you may not find any you'll want to go down. In that case, of course, you'll head straight out of town."

shaunnac on 08/31/2011:
OMG how did you know I was shaking my head? When I came across that I kindof looked around like oh is V watching me? Part of the reason my hubby and I talked about moving to Georgia. Of course now that his dad might have cancer that has been put on hold. I don't know where your next move might be but I do know where ever you go good things will follow!

shaunnac on 08/31/2011:
As far as a replacement. NO clue which is actually a little scary but we can only go up from her...hopefully....

sweetpea1977 on 08/31/2011:
Yes, definitely get certified first before making your big move. In the meantime, you could always do research on places to live to give your mind something positive to think about while you're stuck in St. Pete. :)

moogy on 08/31/2011:
Excellent news V. I would love to see you doing something you love and has meaning to you and living somewhere you love (with someone you love!!!! - had to try!). Maybe a little on and off during the next couple of days due to computer downstairs being fixed. Lub you:)

h82bfat on 08/31/2011:
Getting certified will definitely give you so many more options & in this economy, who doesn't need more options!! Sounds like you've got the right attitude to "bide your time", whilst you prepare for your BRIGHT future!

RYC: Same wavelength here:-) At least we know this and can now act accordingly--haha!

moogy on 08/31/2011:
Oh! V! You went and sat in a whole pile of it with your comment. Was it not you fair maiden who bought up the importance of morals and ethics???? I suspect that underneath all that tough outer carapace there is a heart that yearns for true love, one which would allow you to be the real you!!! Ha! momma knows you better than you do!!

thinkpositive on 09/01/2011:
Sometimes it takes getting away from things to see life as it is. And I know how you feel about leaving your family. It's hard....
