Good Morning Ladies Fire45ez and Lower20 completed!!! Now that the folks are out and about, I can work on the last project for casting call...It is next to impossible to do this with so much activity surrounding me so I am going to get to it ASAP, I'll be back to read and respond!!!

Hey Ladies!!! Well after hours of unsuccessfully getting my videos(via camera that i didn't realize had the capability of shooting videos so DUHHH) uploaded to the computer( I am so incredibly CLULESS to this stuff but by trial, error and ALOT of help from Umqua I am learning alot...I felt like such an idiot when #7 showed up, pressed 1 button and PADOW, we have liftoff,but for some strange reason in the middle of each video the footage froze my words went into super slo mo FAWK! Redo, double

SO I shot another one, uploaded it to the computer...I am now waiting paitiently for a little break from the television, which happens to be in the same room as the modem for my Laptop...It is 8pm here so I am hoping since my Mom was up and out bright and early, bedtime might be a little early....

Anyways I am going out with David later (the guy that I had the awesome date with Xmas time) He has to be back on the set pretty early in the morning out in the middle of NoMan'sLand (the company he owns is doing catering for the new Superman movie) but I am so ready for a few drinks and a little Shennanagins

Well girls I will chat with ya in the Am!! Wish me luck with the upload...

B- 2 eggwhite omelete with ff cheddar, red peppers, fresh cut greenbeans, Hotsauce, 4 slices extra lean turkey bacon, 1 carrot muffin

L-lean turkey taco meat, 1 low carb tortilla, ff cheddar, hotsauce

Good Morning Ladies Fire 60 and Ab 10 this morning, i would have got up at 6 like I planned but #2 showed up...We watched the VMA's and polished off a bottle of Cabernet in the process...LOL So all in all I had 3 glasses instead of what was posted below...

Wow what an amazing show last night!!! Anyone else watch it??? I am sure Panda did... I love how lady Gaga stayed in character all eveningBest performance of the evening IMO was Adele...Man that chick has some pipes on her...

Well girls, without much on the agenda today, I am hoping to formulate a plan to take over(Pinky and the Brain much??) hahaha later lovelies

B- 3 eggwhite omelet with tomato, ff cheddar, hot sauce, 3 slices  extra lean low sodium turkey bacon,1 small pear

S- Handful low salt mixed nuts

L- lean Turkey taco meat with black beans, corn, 1 small low carb whole wheat tortilla, watermelon cubes

We watched a documentary about the new WTC Tower 1 last night. It is going to be one beautiful and indestructible building. I look forward to the day when I can see it and the rest of ground zero's buildings and memorials.

Hey V, thanks for asking about me. I've been very embarrassed that I regained some weight and haven't been brave enough to post until recently. To make it easier, I promised myself that I would just post my meals (saving time and emotional energy) and just stick to counting calories. I really wore myself out trying lots of different eating styles and I felt very burned out on dieting while not having really met any goals. So, I'm back to the one thing that worked for me. Counting, and it's very intimidating for me.

Good Morning Ladies, Hope all is well in your worlds Completed an Upper 20 gotta pump up the guns!!!!!...Last night my niece and nephew came over for a play date, and they are just pulling up in the driveway for a rematch of Monopoly, Upwords and Uno...They are hanging with me til my Sis shift is over so I will be back with my meals later...

Okay I have to say that either the rules of Uno has been drastically changed or these kids are making up their rules as they go along...They are pretty cutthroat(the rules and the kids) LOL !!!! hahaha back later

Hey!! Long day of fun and games and laughing at my niece and nephew, for an almost 12yo(niece) and 11 yo (nephew) they sure are pretty nosy..Just a sample of a few of the million questions....."Why aren't you married" "Why don't you have kids are ya old enough?" Of course my personal fave "Are you rich" Yeah, I wish...LOL 

Needless to say there was little time to eat between the interrogations and games so I am off to get some fuel...Catch ya later

Morning Lovely Ladies I survived my drinkathon at Nana's(see pic on yesterday's post)...LOL I think I had alot more to drink on her birthday than I did for mine.... Hahaha!!! I am in pretty good shape though because bedtime is really early around these parts, and although this im day off from turbo, I still managed to get in an Upper 20 and Core20...I had to put in extra work, I forgot to add that piece of birthday cake at Nana's... OMG  I am not normally a fan of cakes but this one was really good....It was vanilla with HUGE fresh strawberries between layers and instead of that sugary frosting, this one was more of a light? whipped cream with a hint of strawberry goodness...I am trying not to think about the amount of calories/fat I consumed with that one teeny slice, but I can't help it...

Well because my Mom tagged along with me(my dad was already there with Nana) she actually witnessed my Nana's coaxings to have just one more drink, it won't hurt ya....Hahaha!!! She didn't want me to leave last night, but my mom made me.... She also had the opportunity to see that she re ices the same drink that she sips on all night while she sits back and laughs at the unsuspecting victims that she lures in everytime... LOL

Anyways it is time to get a move on and start my day!!! Not sure what's on the menu but I will post as the day progresses

And she's a smart girl, she knows what she does. :-)))) Knowing her style, I can imagine her proposing/accepting a proposal without making extra rounds around the subject, hihi... :D

Come to think of it, though, I can't remember if I've heard her say much about nutrition, at all on Turbo Jam. Where does she weigh in on nutrition philosophy? Good Morning Lovelies I swapped out my Fire 60 for a HIIT30 because I was craving that afterburn... Mission accomplished!!! I went extra hard It is crazy how 11 fire drills for 1 minute per drill is equvilant to running 7 miles  and still burn 9 x's more !!!for the next 24 hours....Not bad right???

Well I am not a fan of my hair...It is super cute but this chick does NOT know the difference between trimming the ENDS and  a friggin Cut.... It is only hair and it does grow back but I did express the need to be able to still pull my hair back into a ponytail when i get back to Fla.....

Not sure what is on the agenda today but my sister is off so I am sure we will grab some lunch(maybe in liquid form) Just Kidding( or am I???)  Later on I am going over to see my Nana, she turned 84 today!!!!!

Just went ahead and cancelled the card ordered new one under diff number. I think I may have thrown it away with newspaper. I think I checked pockets of everything I wore las weekend, but no card. I may find it when I do laundry, but that's the breaks. I had a haircut yesterday, too. I like mine, but have had "too short" cuts in the past. Of course I have my hair very short and a ponytail is a distant memory for me! Can you style as it is short and put a sweat band on forehead? I have to do that. Might feel cooler with less hair (hey - trying' to look on the bright side). :o)

Sorry about your hair, I'm getting sick of dealing with my short hair and am probably going to let it grow it. I had to put a handkerchief over it today to go out, it was that unruly! Happy Birthday to Nana!!

Many years ago I had a short haircut, and went to someone new to get it trimmed. She took a razor to the back - I said, what are your doing? I was bald in the back! How she ever interpreted trim to mean take every hair off, I have no idea. Not my fondest memory! At least hair grows back, right?

Good morning Lovelies Just completed my Fire55 and Ab 10....Now i am rarin to go!! Oh Yea it's ON

 

Hey girlies, I'm baaaaack!! Well only for a few, I gotta hit the hay soon, my mom made an appointment at the salon for 8 AM So now I have to get up EXTRA early to complete my fire classes...I am not sure what I am getting done there and if my Mommy was up, I would ask her...LOL  I guess I don't look "girly" enough for her...Hahaha Well I am hoping that the novelty of me being here will wear off so I might have a tiny window of V time to tell ya what has been going on, and mainly to see what is going on in your lives..

 

Pre workout 1 D4 1 Monster Absolute Zero 1/2 gallon water

B- Old fashioned Rolled oats with fresh nectarine slices nutmeg, cinnamon, 2 slices turkey bacon

L- lean turkey taco meat, ff cheddar, fruit and nut trail mix

Oh, yeah - Tower of Power is great from the late 60's early 70's and beyond. Still playing strong. You'll remember their songs when you hear them, I think. I am a sould and R & B fan to the max (although I like all kinds of music). Not husband's cup o tea, but he's going!!!

speaking of bargain hunters -- I did that as a Halloween costume one year - wore a safari hat, wore safari-type shirt with long receipts and coupons bursting out of the pockets and carried a small grocery basket from Osco (which I borrowed from the store w/its permission). Costume won rave reviews for originality... :0) Hope the salon time with mom is fun (a break from your saloon time)

Good Morning Divas I got up extra early completed my Fire30, Core20 and just as I started my Lower20, my oldest brother's physician arrived for a basic checkup...I had the wooden door opened and thought I had locked the screen door, so it startled me a bit because he wasn't due here til way later so when he walked in I was seconds away from going Mortal Combat on his ass...LOL....

Since my parents were not here, I have to complete the lower class later, and my bro has a clean bill of health... Anyways, I just wanted to pop in and say hello...I shall return...

Good Morning Lovelies I just completed my Fire45ez, Upper20 and Ab10... Not sure if there will be a gym workout with one of the brothers today so I didn't want to leave anything to chance.....My oldest brother who has Down's Syndrome was highly entertained by the workouts and I had a nice round of applause after each class...I guess the workouts tired him out because he is crashed out..LOL

The folks are out and about so I have some time to catch up with you all and then it is time to get some fuel...I hope everyone is having a wonderful Tuesday

Hey Ladies!!! What a long day and I have yet to see the entire brood of siblings yet...My sis popped in for a sec and then the youngest came by and we talked fitness...Okay he is Beyond  ripped, almost to the point he is losing his neck...I can't even pick him up anymore 

He did ask for cardio and ab workout suggestions, his former trainer turned workout buddy is kinda old school barbarian, hittin those weights long and hard with without little regard to the cardio aspect, and hey nothing wrong with that but to get extra lean, ya gotta put some HIIT and ab work in...He also expressed an interest with changing up the way he eats so I gave him a few mags and books I have for my future meals when I start the ChaLEAN Extreme... he took the books but he said he was secretly hoping he could come for lunch and dinner EVERYDAY while I am here I think I need to go to  "Sam's Club" Houston we may have a problem... Hahaha

We got so worked up about this we crushed the Ab 10 class(2 in a day for me and the obliques are screaming) LOL When he expressed that all the beach body ab workouts are way in your face straight to the point( he completed p90x and Insanity and BTW he is NOT A fan of ANY of the yoga classes either) but he had a few choice words about Chalene's 10 minutes of torture...LOL

Well ladies I must get going my plan is to get up and complete my class super early so I can get out and about...You know Wednesday is happy hour at Nana's, Free Nanatinis What?? My grandma would never charge us...LOL

Thanks for the advice on my contractor from hell. I do belong to Angies List but probably will not pursue damaging this guy's reputation in fear of retaliation since we are not here for much of the year. It would be clear to him that it was me who had made negative comments. I am trying to stay positive& hoping that the project will look decent. I didn't feel the earthquake but my son in law did and many others living here in CT. Crazy! Earthquake & a hurricane coming our way.

Hi V! Thanks for thinking of me! The earthquake was very scary, to tell you the truth. It felt and sounded like there was a freight train passing right on top of the house. The china cabinet (as well as medicine cabinets all over the house) opened up and breakable items fell onto the carpeted floor. The glass that covers the fireplace popped open and fell off. Books from the bookshelves fell out onto the floor. A heavy item fell on top on my husband's car in the garage (his most treasured thing, haha) Luckily nothing happened... to the heavy item. The Maserati is ok, too. All is well. Just a bit shaken. I've experienced many earthquakes before, but would never dream of having the biggest of them all in Washington DC, of all places! Thanks for thinking of me! Enjoy the rest of the summer!

Good Morning Ladies hahah!! Just kidding, Good evening, I just got my internet back up and running after 4 DRUNK DIALS from #2...Two quick things I have to say about that, well most importantly I can't be blamed for getting him intoxicated since a few cities separate us(he lives and works in the burbs) And last, that must have been a hell of a "work lunch meeting", It started at noon and he is still there LOL Well at least he has the company limo to chauffeur him and his guests around...From the sounds of it the meeting was a HUGE success..

Well I got my Fire60 class in without interruption, and going to get another class in if #7 is not going to the gym..I am hoping to get some new ideas from his former trainer who is now his workout buddy..You can never have too much useful info ya know...

I am super excited to see the Fam..They seem to be the only ones who truly understand that once you have reached your goals, you still have to keep at it and ontop of things so it will never be a problem again..This can be done ...It is crazy how many times in the last few days how pretty much everyone says"Oh you can eat this/that, it won't hurt you, isn't that what vacation is about?" Well for me not really, for one I am still on a mission, and that is to build a rock solid body of muscle, of course muscle requires the proper fuel...Don't get me wrong I am in no way depriving myself of food but there are certain things I could absoultely live without and never miss...Besides I must get "camera ready" just in case....

Well I am off to spend a little more time with MOM, you know how she feels about the computer...I will be back when the Rents go to sleep.... Missed you lovelies

Great that you are working out on vacation so steadily! Hope the former trainer has some interesting tips for you - but you are already so knowledgable. I don't like that "oh, just eat this you can stand it..." stuff, either. My mom and dad are the worst and it's always stuff like snickers candy or Ho-Ho's!

Good Morning Lovelies Just got back from my evening out and about...Went to see my buddy's band "Jack Straw" play Love the numerous "Dead" cover bands...He even gave me a shout out and the band played "Looks like Rain" for me!!! The words lyrics brings tears to my eyes...LOL A few of the songs get to me like that...Okay before I go total girl on ya, I will stop..LOL!!!!

I am anxious to see the family and hit redo on last week's workouts and go extra hard extra long, in hopes of hitting the gym with #'s 3 and 7....Ditka made it impossible for me to workout yesterday, he was so NOT feeling the Fire kept jumping on me and barking the entire class!!!!

Well girls gotta go the baby is crying, time for a puppet show!!! Hahaha

My husband has been hooked on "cover" hands this summer - most noteable - "Get the Led Out" Led Zepplin cover band that he says is great. Myself - I am more 70-80's soul fan. We are going to see Tower of Power right here in Lexington KY on Thursday night. They are playing at a little bar that does concerts called Buster's. Can't wait - I have been listening to them on You Tube all weekend to refresh my memory! Ditka must be a Turbo Dog! You should tell the BB folks you are so good you even made a convert out of a former FBI drug sniffing pooch!

Rock on girls!! Our bands must of been the best, I mean the youngters keep bringing out remakes, cover bands and we still love the music. The Who, Led Zepplin, Black Sabbath, T-Rex, the list could go on!! Love it!!
