RYC yesterday, I do have the upper body band as well, and I will definitely try to mix it up. I'm starting Brazil on Monday so no Shakeology for a while, but if I recall correctly, 1 or 2 of Leandro's classes use free weights so I can alternate. Have a good one!

RYC your comment, yes the commercial had the same affect on me yesterday morning... I'm sitting there eating my breakfast and this commercial comes on... by the end of it I was all teary eyed! It was a trailer for a movie that's going to be on CNN this Sunday night at 9pm... it's called Girls Rising. It looks really good... I've DVRed it and am really looking forward to watching it.

As for my trainer, yea I'm really looking forward to our journey together. I really think this could be my shot to finally get to where I want to be, and not just get there, but maintain!

RYC - slowpitch started in the middle of May; I am on a team but I haven't played yet. I'm nervous about not being able to back off when I play; i'm an All or Nothing kind of person ;) so instead i'm taking myself out of the game for a while yet, until i'm confident that I won't hurt myself.

Good Morning Just finished up a Turbo Fire Upper class..It's been a while since I used the  resistance band as opposed to weights..Slightly different pump when you use your own body weight as resistance..When I go in for round 4 of the Asylum program,I'm going to alternate free weights and the band for that super pump!

Well I better get going and prep for work..Have a stellar day all

Back from a really hot day ..Added a relief class after work..

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, blueberries and strawberry

L- Chicken Breast with rice pilaf and green beans

S- Kicking Crab soup

D- Lean Slow cooked pork and steamed broccoli.. 2 glasses of red wine

Good Morning I wanted to do some core work so I did Back and 6 Pack class this morning, now that the obliques are screaming at a respectable level, I am content..LOL  Off to prep for work, catch up with you all later.. Have a wonderful day

L- Same as yesterday plus cucumber

Good Morning Since it is recovery week for me I decided to revisit a few  Turbo Fire classes.Today I did a sculpt class and it was a bit strange not being yelled at by Shaun T.. LOL

Anyhoo it's back to the grind, leaving for work early to allow a little extra time to arrange the bar back to the way it should be..Catch up with you all later, have a wonderful day

Work was not as painful as expected, LOL Had to satisfy my Shaun T craving by doing a relief class and now my day is complete..

yeah, it was a mostly quiet weekend, just getting everything done like oil change and other necessary errands. I picture the next few weekends to be similar and just getting together with friends for dinner. it's good to just chill for awhile!

I like a mean trainer too! I do not like when people are overly kind...or too easy...how can you get in a good workout...and when that doesn't happen, I also slack off!

Good Morning So far a low key weekend for me.. I worked my full shift Saturday, the rain held out til alot later thankfully. went out for a bit.. After getting groceries yesterday I got  some of my meal prep done..The rest of the day was all about R N R.. Slept in this morning, got in a Core class.. Well my clothes are not going to wash themselves so I better get to it..Catch up with you all later, have a happy healthy start to your week

Good day off, added an Ab Shredder class and off to catch sunset before dinner

L- 2 scrambled eggs with ground turkey and cheese on 2 slices of Ezekiel 4-9 low sodium bread

RYC last week... at first I thought maybe I wasn't eating enough, but I've printed out my diaries for the past couple weeks for the training session on thursday and now I'm wondering if I'm eating too much... As far as the juice, I don't go to bed hungry, but I am going to start eating cottage cheese before bed. I guess I feel like I've tried so many things with little to no success lately I'm hoping for some guidance from this meeting on thursday.

Good Morning Completed X Trainer class to end my 8 week program! I am anxiously awaiting Shaun T's new program to be released sometime in July so I may just do another round of Asylum 1 and 2 in the meantime.. Not certain of my last shift for the week since it is a 70% chance of rain today. Still have to prep just in case they need me to work inside which I would totally be okay with..

Morning! As for the travel, I've been traveling all around the Mississippi river. SO, from Wisconsin down to Lousianna and then even to Oklahoma for the tornado help. Its been a crazy bunch of weeks! BUT im happy to be someone stable for the moment. Have a great day V!

As for this weekend, no plans except having my apartment cleaned for the first time by an outside housekeeper which I am quite content doing once per month as it is a more rigorous cleaning than I would do myself. I did weights yesterday, too. I wanted to go to the pool, but lately I feel I get very tired or exhausted. Yesterday I turned to food after getting those feelings and felt just miserable the rest of the day.

I have a lot of errands to do, like oil change, dermatologist, physical therapist, swim, etc., tomorrow...I will try to get it all done. I feel overwhelmed with driving to the activities!

I hope your weekend is going better. I think I need some more fun plans!

Next week I am taking off Wednesday and going back to the doctor for follow up results of my legs, which are not ready for walking for exercise yet, but getting another MRI to see the progress.

Good Morning Up and and at it for Speed and Agility class! The only thing missing during the workout was sunrise thanks to Tropical Storm Andrea..It has been raining here all night, so far nothing intense, very thankful for that..With that being said it is certain that my outdoor bar will be closed today but I still have to prep just in case they need me to work inside(hope NOT)..

Better get going so I will catch up with you all later, hopefully sooner, LOL.Have a stellar day

Back from a boring rainy day..The storm produced alot of wind and moisture and although alot of areas were hit pretty hard, my neighborhood was spared of flooding and tornados so I have alot to be thankful for..  Added Pure Contact and Relief classes instead of going out to the storm party...Andrea has exited and now that the sun is out I am going to catch sunset before dinner..

Good Morning didn't have the opportunity to post after work yesterday but the rain held out for us and it was a decent shift... I added a relief class in the evening and caught some of the Ray's game with a friend. Completed a Strength class this morning and off to prep for work..Have a wonderful day all

 

Well the rain held out til 2:30.. It was a light sprinkle so we had a little time to close shop before the downpour.. At home before 4 so I took the opportunity to get in Ab Shredder and Relief classes in early.. It is official we have our first Tropical Storm due to arrive tonight/tomorrow.. Once again not severe but Tropical Storm Andrea will bring lots of rain to the area and exit quickly(or so they say, LOL)

Anyhoo off to get some fuel and chillax...

Good Evening!

And yes the bf and I are the same way... little things BLOW UP...ya wanna know what our fight started over hahahaha... who was going to get to make the marinade for the pulled pork!! SO STUPID... but because we're both so stubborn we always think we're right and our way is better.
