Hello! It's been many years since I have been on dietdiaries, but here I am again, now a Vegan,(non judgemental though) and wanting to lose 35 pounds.(I am a shortie!) I get a ton of protein as a vegan but I need to cut down on all the delicious carbs. My plan is to try to stick to a 1400 cal a day diet, (my fitbit tells me I burn circa 2100 cals on days that I work), do a little fasted cardio in the morning,weight training in the evening and occasional hot yoga. Also I desperately need to write down what I eat on a daily basis for the sake of accountability. Nice to be back after so many years! Have a good day everybody :)
