Some days, I don't care anymore, you know what I mean? I get tired of trying to lose the weight. Deep down, I know that I want to succeed so I stick with it.

It's ok to get tired of it, maybe try less hard! Maybe you are trying to do too much at once. take it day by day. Ohio, above, gives good advice.

I also get tired of it. right now though I've got a wedding and i'm focused for that. But, it takes a lot of personal resolve and focus to try to lose the weight. It didn't come on overnight & will not be lost overnight. Losing is hard. You have to change your habits at least a little bit. But the good thing, is it doesn't all have to be done at once. Baby steps. That is what I do. I hope I helped you.

I know how you feel. And then I think, If only I would have stuck with it, I could have lost my weight years ago and then I wouldn't have spent them all still trying to lose it. confusing I know, but get it done!

I feel the same way as Inner Peace. How many times if I would have just stuck with it. I always feel that way come summer time especially when it's time for clothing shopping.
