Lost 2.4 more pounds. Thinking about starting nutrisystem maybe..

Thursday~

Breakfast-Cereal and 1% Milk

Snack- Granola bar

Lunch- 1/2 chicken sandwich

Snack-Yogurt

Supper- Subway (Chicken)

Desert- 100 cal. snack

Total Cal- unsure

Did my excercises today, only a few days until easter, not looking forward to resisting all of the chocolate, but I will do my best not to eat anything too bad .

Great job yesterday! You will do good on Easter, just remember how bad you want to succeed! You don't have to resist ALL of the chocolate, just have a small treat and call it a day and that way you won't feel deprived =) You can do it!

Wednesday (Week 4)

Breakfast-Cereal,1% milk

Snack-Banana

Lunch- Chicken Sandwich on whole wheat

Snack- Jello with a BIT of whip cream

Supper- Soup and a grilled cheese (was grilled in a grilling thing without butter and stuff)

Desert - Yougurt

Total- 1210

Didnt get around to exercising Wednesday

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Bowl of oatmeal and glass of water (usually have skim/1%milk but we were out )

Snack: Celery

Lunch: Pita thing with fat free cheese and lean meat (same as yesturday).

Snack: Source yogurt

Supper: A simple salad with letuce, tomato and fat free dressing; chicken breast on a whole wheat pita (also bought chicken at costco-for one peice its only 80 cal and 1 gram of fat!).

Did my excercises right before supper, but I dont think I am going to get around to go for a walk because its still pretty rainy out

Did pretty good this week. My friend offered me these new pizza things that they are making at my school, and I turned it down! Looked delicious, but I am really proud that I didnt take it

Total amount of calories eaten today: 978!

Started dieting about 3 weeks ago. I've been doing pretty good as far as excercise goes... just a bit snacky (on low fat/calorie stuff-but it adds up). This week I'm gonna stop snacking. If I do end up wanting a snack I will go for celery or something.

Today I had:

Breakfast: A cup of skim milk and oatmeal

Lunch: Whole wheat pita thing with fat free cheese and lean meet.

Supper: Veggies, 1/2 cup of whole wheat rice, and samon ( I bought the samon at costco, it only has one gram of fat, and 120 calories!)

And, I did have a few snacks : 1 pear, a granola bar and a handfull of black berries.

All together it added up to 980 calories.

I wasnt planning on having the granola bar, but I got my lunch mixed up with my sisters, who had my veggies,lol.

Also did Slim in six before supper.

Hopefully this week goes better than last, good luck everyone

Thank you :) I dont have a calorie goal, I just try not to go over 1500 or so.
