From tomorrow on I want to experiment with a new concept: meal repetition! I'll eat (relatively) the same thing every day, so that it takes out the guess work and will power!
Here's the game plan for tomorrow:
Breakfast: green smoothie of some kind. Prolly will include spinach, oats and coconut oil. Let's see how that tastes
Lunch: salad with chicken+tofu+cheese. Already in fridge, ready to be consumed!!! Will drizzle olive oil on.
Dinner: any kind of soup in the cafeteria.
Let's do this!!!!!!!!
