I've started messing around with an updated look for the website. Nothing's functional, but if you're really bored, you can take a look at www.dietdiaries.com/2005/index.cfm.
I'm trying to keep the format fairly plain and easy to navigate. I'm not a big fan of homepages with so much content that you don't know where to click.

Sorry there haven't been any updates to the site as of yet.
I have ideas and intentions, just no extra time right now. New baby due sometime over the next 3 weeks, bought new house, still working on remodeling old house to get it on the market to sell, along with the regular things like work, family time, church, etc.
Unfortunately I don't see myself being able to get around to much in the way of updates / changes for another few months.
I just wanted to try to keep everyone "in the loop" and hope everyone can cope with the current site structure in the meantime.

any likes / dislikes on color schemes?
I'm kind of leaning towards a softer color for the main parts of the pages (to replace the red), maybe a pumpkin would be nice.

Diet Diaries.com future updates / changes discussion
About a month ago, dietdiaries.com changed ownership hands. I assumed basic webmaster duties for the site in order to keep it from being shut down. It's my intention to begin updating the site over the next few weeks and would appreciate any comments / suggestions you have to offer.
Please be patient in waiting to see any new additions and updates, as I already have a fulltime job along with a fulltime family. I'll most likely just start setting the site up in a seperate directory and just leave the current site's setup alone, so as not to cause any downtime / non-working links for the site. Because of this, it may be a few weeks or even a month+ before any changes are noticed.
You can click on the "read comments" option on the right to see the discussion thread. Click on "make a comment" to add a comment.
Please also list any items in the current website that you would like to see remain or items you wouldn't mind seeing gone.
