This is the 5th day in a row at 231 lbs. I'm ready to see a change, 229 would be nice. It usually works that way, I'll be hovering around the same weight for a few days and then drop a couple lbs. I was really hoping that tonight would be the night. Now I'm hoping that tomorrow will be the night.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm, about 125 ounces of water today. Low carb yogurt for breakfast. I fell off the wagon for lunch, on purpose. It's been almost a month with no chinese or mexican food. I was out with my wife and daughter today and just decided I'd like one or the other. My wife loves chinese food, but hates anything spicy (mexican), so that settled it. We went and ate chinese food. I thought about trying to "low carb" it, but there wasn't much on the buffet that wasn't breaded and covered with a bunch of sauce. I then decided that it was only one meal in a month and wouldn't matter, so I ate 1.5 plates of whatever looked good. I even ate the rice and noodles. It tasted good and I'm fine with the little deviation for a meal. I wasn't hungry for dinner, so I just skipped it.

Back to the diet plans again for tomorrow.

No pop, nothing after 7pm, about 140 ounces of water. Low carb Slim Fast for breakfast. A frozen dinner for lunch. Nothing for supper. I did try a small sugar-free Reese's peanut butter cup as a snack inbetween breakfast and lunch.

The past few days I haven't been taking in many calories. I haven't been hungry at all during the day, but somewhere around 8pm I've been noticing I'm feeling kind of hungry. Unfortunately that means 2 or 3 hours of feeling hungry before bed. When I wake up in the morning I'm not really hungry again, but I still try to eat something.

Large sandwich wrap for breakfast - low carb wrap, ranch dressing, pastrami, cheddar, swiss, bacon, salami, pickles, lettuce.

Lunch was a steak and salad w/ blue cheese dressing.

Nothing much for dinner. I wasn't hungry, so I ate another piece of swiss cheese. It may have been the first time my 20 month old daughter tried swiss. She spit it out right away. She does love cheddar and american. I'm not positive if I really "like" swiss or not, but it's nice for a change. It's just got a different flavor.

Frozen low carb entree for lunch. It was a failed attempt at low carb chicken chow mein. I ate most of it anyways, but I won't be buying another one of those.

Today was kind of a boring day. I didn't have anything planned and it just turned cold and rainy, so I was stuck inside all day. I wasn't hungry, but I started craving all types of food. I ended up just frying up a small can of Spam, which I was craving. I ate most of the can, but it was a small one so it was alright. I was still craving a bunch of other stuff and kept thinking that cheating just one day wouldn't hurt. Well......I made it through the rest of the day without caving in to the cravings.
