No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Forgot to eat breakfast. Lunch was Pizza Hut buffet, I ate lots and lots of pizza, breadsticks, salad, etc. I'd hate to know how many calories were in that feeding frenzy. I was actually hungy again by the time dinner came around and had a cold cheese sandwich, just cheddar and 2 slices of white bread. The only real redeeming thing I did today was to get pretty decent water intake. I guess a small victory could also be claimed on the fact that I chose not to butter the bread for my sandwich.

After eating as much as I did for lunch, I was kind of expecting an increase in my weight, maybe it'll show up tomorrow. If it doesn't show back up, I'm down 40 lbs, with only 10 more to go to my first goal.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Slimfast for breakfast. Mongolian Grill for lunch, ate lots. Nothing for dinner. Not enough water and I'm actually feeling hungry now. I've been craving late night stuff at Applebee's lately. The past couple of days it's been for desserts, but tonight I'd kill for some boneless buffalo chicken tenders dipped in blue cheese dressing. I even brought it up with my wife and she said that she was up for it, but we had to wait until our now 2 month old daughter ate again before leaving. Well an hour later and my laziness has beaten back my buffalo tender desires. Usually laziness is a bad thing, but in this case it's stopped me from eating past 7pm tonight. I'm still craving them though, so tomorrow for lunch.......it's Applebees time.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Slimfast for breakfast. AYCE buffet (Golden Corral) for lunch. Let's just say I got my money's worth. Nothing for dinner. Didn't get enough water intake today.

I'm not hungry, but have really been missing those late night dessert outings.....hitting a restaurant at the end of the day, 8 or 9pm, for some pie or other dessert. I've been craving Applebee's Hershey's Chocolate Cake or their Apple Chimi-Cheesecake.

I'm kind of happy I haven't given in to the late night dessert cravings, otherwise I probably wouldn't be seeing the numbers on the scale getting smaller. I'm inching towards my first goal of 199 lbs. Only about 13 pounds to go. I'm already down 38 from my beginning weight, so hopefully the next 13 won't be too much trouble. Thirty-eight pounds sounds like a decent number, but 50 sounds much nicer.

For 38 pounds down, I don't see too much of a difference, however my wife mentioned today that she's noticed that my tummy has shrunk quite a bit.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Nothing for breakfast. Chinese food for lunch. Slimfast for dinner. Quite a bit of a workout, picked up playing the drums again. I've got a couple blisters and a sore back.

I came home from church band practice tonight around 8pm and was kind of thinking I'd like to go out to Applebees for desert, but my wife wasn't real interested, so that's all that stopped me tonight.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Breakfast was 2 soft-boiled eggs and 2 pieces of toast with butter. Lunch was Wendy's breaded chicken sandwich with fries and a Diet Coke. Supper was a few bites of beef stroghanoff.

No pop, no snacks, nothing after 7pm. Not much water today. Slimfast for breakfast. Super greasy full-o-fat fluffy taco and fat alberto along with chips and salsa. Nothing for dinner.

I'm starting to see my first goal as being within reach. Only 15 more pounds to go to my first goal of weighing 199 again. I can't decide what I'm going to do when that day arrives. One option that I've been dreaming about is to drink some Mtn Dew and eat some cookies, candy, cake, chips, pie, cheesecake, and everything else I haven't had for the past 3 months. But I know that's how I got this way in the first place. If I were to do it one day I'm sure that it wouldn't hurt too much, but it'd be kind of depressing to gain a sudden 5 pounds and have to lose it again. Unfortunately being a male I don't care too much about clothes, so buying myself a "new wardrobe" isn't any type of an incentive, in fact it's more like a punishment to have to go clothes shopping. I like the clothes I have now and tend to like things to be a little baggy anyways. There's really nothing "weight dependent" that I can think of for a self reward, except food. That's always been my problem....I love food! I like to eat it, cook it, watch Food TV, discuss it, etc. Even being on a diet I still have Food TV on while I'm working. I don't snack and I'm not hungry, but I so look forward to the next meal when I get my next chance to eat something.
