Home: kombucha 100

Office: 2 dates 100, coffee with milk 50, banana 120, wrap 100, with honey 50, peanut butter 200, belvita crackers 230. total over here: 850

950 - omg stopping eating!....this was all beore 10am. didn't realize how much it was adding up!

1pm well-timed Lunch: 550 (some grain / cracker, potato pancake not oil though things, cabbage, 1 egg, 1 egg white

Snack: kiwi 50

Snack 2: maybe - not sure. granola bar 100.

1650...ouch!....but really, it's ok. today will probably be high cal. i told ricky i'd drink with him tonight, well, maybe just a taste? i'll stick to mostly my veggies i thinnk....i'll have to bring them over to eat...........even though i planned on eating them at lunch here...ah well.

Dinner: out to dinner with Ricky and to pick up my hamster from him since i asked him to keep the hamster one extra day so i could go to the gym yesterday lol and Ricky is good to me!

I have dates here...I forgot about those until I read about yours. How do you like those belvita crackers???? Denny likes them....I see today that they now have coconut ones too....sounds good.

Coffee and Baily's 250 Wine 100 Egg drop soup with chilli sauce 50 .... 250 600.... Rice sauce 250, shrimp 150, veg 200 1200....all eaten in 1.5 hours lol 1350 1650 1700 .....

2050 today - approx.

2day : - 2200 good.

Work: one cookie 30, banana 120. coffee with milk 50, wrap 100, with sf jelly, peanut butter 150. 450. and another cookie from coworker. 60.

11am snack: nuts...hopefully only 150.

Flight to Vegas is NY time at 5:10pm.

We get there Vegas time at 8pm (NY time 11pm).

Leaving work at 1:30pm.  Ricky driving me to airport at 3pm.  Arrive at airport at 3:30pm.

4day: 2190/day.

6:30am kombucha but didn't work bc body wasn't ready to poop this AM after many days gettng up later.  even had extra kombucha. 100.

10am Breakfast at work: banana 120, coffee that tastes like absolute a$$ 50, wrap 100, sf jelly, peanut butter whipped 200: 470

8:30am snack:a granola bar too 100 - actually had this first, before the breakfast lol. craving sweets bc i am a little stressed / pulling hair out.

Lunch: healthy leftovers....looking forward...some thai tofu / veg soup, leftover seared tuna from sunday night, leftover little bit of mashed potatoes...cabbage i think...and some leftover thai okra...i have food, that's for sure...tuna 100, half matzah cracker 50, okra dish 100, tofu and veg soup (small) 100, little bit of mashed potato really good 100, small bite of a tasty brownie 50, small bit spinach 50: 550....

plum & dates 100

after work: another granola bar, water with my stevia 100  we'll see how i am feeling...100 special k crisps - red velvet flavor is very nice...this brand is tasty.

dinner: TBD - a burger in a wrap i think...with leftover mustard greens indian style 800 cal tonight. 

2250 today not as bad as i thought :)

PACKING after work, Vegas tomorrow.

a bit busy...feeling a bit torn around. it'll pass.

Lunch break today at work is to be slow...reading my book and eating...will not be held up for ANYONE...last of the peaceful moments before a trip. ..may pick up extra kombucha today after work on way home - yes.

i do go to work tomorrow, leaving at 1:30 to go home and park car and take taxi to airport at 2:30pm...flight is 5pm to Vegas. blah. just trying to smoothy go thru the day, read at lunch. good to relax.

It was a relaxed day until i left for the massage at 3pm...then, at 5pm after the massage, it got REALLY busy.

good gym workout.

dropped hamster off with Ricky also.
