Hey...so, school started yesterday for me...and I'm stressing already..I'm taking 6 classes in my last semester and I don't know where my money or my time is going...ugh...anyways, I'm sticking to my healthy eating habits and excercising when I can..I'm taking a gym class to help me keep excercising at least twice a week...when I'm gonna have time to otherwise I'm not sure..but I will try my best...I may not be able to post here as often as I like...but I will whenever I get a chance..I have a notebook that I write in everyday what I do to keep track of myself..its easier to jot down things as you are doing them sometimes then logging onto a computer..but I will be back and forth on here...... I hope everybody keeps up the good work to reach their goals...until next time

I know the stress you must be feeling. My daughter is at college right now...with tutition to pay, work to do...and attending classes. SHe feels it also and put on the freshman 10 pounds. You are doign great to journal your thoughts and eating patterns. Thats great. Keep up that good work.

Hello everybody, didn't get a chance to write over the weekend...saturday went pretty well, didn't eat much at my friends house, thats because I really didn't like the selection of food..lol...I'm not a big seafood person...but I had 1/2 and english muffin with margarine and jelly and for lunch I had a tuna sandwich...

Sunday, I didn't excercise, because I had a bad allergic reaction to my friends cat, so I was all medicated on benadryl, and I slept until 1pm and then I hadda get ready for work, so I just ate some plan old tuna and 1 slice of bread...but for dinner I had a cheeseburger, no fries...

Today, still not feeling too well...but I did get some toning excercises in for the abs legs...no real cardio before hand besides warm up because its hard for me to breathe...for lunch today I had chicken noodle soup..and for dinner I had chicken dumpling soup..LOL...and I had a slimfast ice cream bar for dessert after dinner...

It really helps to have a journal to write in on the days I don't get to post here, this way I can still keep track of myself...I hope everybody is doing great, I will read some entries now before bed..nighty

I am not a seafood person either. However, I did try shrimp scampi this weekend and I loved it. My friends talked me into it. I had some trouble getting over the texture of it but once I got past that, it really was delicious. Sounds like you are doing well with everything. Keep up the good work. The diary does help you keep track and stay more motivated.

Last night was defintely fun...dinner with the girls though, now I'm feeling very bad about what I ate, but its not often that I have a cheeseburger and fries, so I'm gonna kick my butt today working out..lol...but I defintely had fun...its been awhile since a group of us have gone out just to relax and eat...

Today, I'm about to start my workout, probably just a 30min walk, because I have to do some laundry and whatnot...I had a quick breakfast, I had half an english muffin with margarine and jelly...I'm looking to eat tuna after my workout and for dinner, not sure because the beau and I will be going to a friends...so it is whatever she is cooking, but I will eat in proportion...ok guys, I'm gonna read a few entries and then off to do my thing...hope you all have a great saturday!

Hey there...just got done from excercising my legs...boy, I feel it already...I could only do 30mins worth of excercises because I'm a little behind scedule...I have to meet up with some friends in about an hour...we are making plans to go to New Orleans during spring break, so we are going to be doing some research...and then theres dinner tonight with an old friend, and then a party at a co-workers..boy I will be running around a lot today..so far I have eaten, eggs(1 whole egg, and 1 egg white) and half a bagel with margarine...I hope everybody has a great friday!...until later

Hello all...today was a good day...I excercised early in the morning..did walk away the pounds plus abs...for breakfast I had a bowl of cereal, lunch tomato soup, and dinner rice, peas and carrots and chicken...ok, well this is gonna be short today..very tired and wanna get up early tomorrow to excercise...hope you all had a great day!

Hello there, today I am very sore..I worked my arms so much yesterday...=0)...I didn't feel like getting out of bed early today, so I didn't...I was a bit tired...so I didn't get excercise in today..depending on how I feel when I get home from work, I'll jump on my bike...so I will watch what I eat closely today, just incase I don't get any excercise in at all...I hope everybody is having a great day..Until later..Update:Mac and cheese for lunch, dinner, stuffing, chicken and corn...thats it...not too bad, but not great either..didn't get that excercise in..will do tomororw morning though...night all

Hello everybody..Happy Tuesday!...at least I hope everybody is having a good tuesday...I am writing this entry before work, so that is why its a happy day right now...anyways, I had a wonderful workout this morning...I toned my arms, back and chest...I did a one mile walk with Yoga stretches at the end...I must say, it felt really good to stretch in some of the poses they have...I think everybody could use some yoga stretching...I don't think I will go past the beginner moves, but we shall see...Foodwise, so far so good...I had a small bowl of mixed fruit for breakfast before my workout, and after my workout..for lunch, I had a small bowl of tomato soup, with 2 slices of bread...I couldn't finish all of it, because I wasn't too hungry, but I wanted to eat something before work...ever since I had my gallbladder taken out last summer, if I don't have something in my stomach, or I go a long time without food, I get a little pain...ok, well that is all for now..I hope everybody is having a wonderful day...Until later my friends...=0) Update: For dinner, I had 2 pieces of chicken, white rice and string beans...going to the movies later, so I'll probably have a small thing of popcorn(no butter)...

Hello everybody!!..I am feeling wonderful again today..lol...work was stinky, but I had a great morning, so even work could not kill my mood...each and everyday I feel stronger, and feel like I'm getting somewhere healthwise...today I excercised 30min on my bike and did Ab excercises...I did them last night as well after I posted...I was reading Denise Austin's slim your female fat zones, and she said the abs can be worked out daily, because they heal faster...so thats what I will be doing if I have the time to fit it in with the other things I want to do...and food wise I had my tomato, spinach, etc..soup...I had a pasta dish for dinner which included, chopped veal and tomato sauce, and a slimfast ice cream bar...so I did very well today...=0)

Tomorrow I plan on trying out some yoga moves...don't know how well that is going to go..but I am going to try that, and some pilates just to mix stuff in besides the bike and my walking tapes(which I have taken a break from recently because I was getting a little bored..but will probably start doing again tomorrow)...Anyways, I do hope all of you had a great day!...=0)

Feeling really really good today...yesterday was our(the beau and I) anniversary..and it was a great day..we spent the day in the city..and we walked around..walked 5th avenue..where we stopped in Tiffanys and he bought me a beautiful sterling silver cross...we walked in Central park, which looks beautiful with snow over the hills...we went to the village and ate japanese...needless to say..it was just a great day...and I did lots and lots of walking, so that was my excercise...I didn't eat bad at all, I had toast with butter and jelly for breakfast, then ate japanese for dinner..I had boston and California rolls(in them there is avocado, cucumber, seaweed, rice, shrimp, crab), a small salad, some chicken and brown rice...and for dessert and small bowl of Vanilla Ice Cream..=0)

Today, was a lounge around day...watched lots of movies...but I did excercise..whoo hoo..45min on my bike and leg workout...Food wise:Breakfast French Toast(2 slices)Lunch: Tomato, spinach, potato soup Dinner:Chicken, butter squash and stuffing..yum..Dessert: Frozen Vanilla Yogurt w/orange soda...yum...ok, I'm going to look at some entries now..I hope everybody had a great weekend...

I have been sick the last 2 days...and its that time of the month...so I'm getting it double...I haven't excercised since Wed...so tomorrow being that I feel a little better, will get some excercise in..as for food, eh...I've been ok...not good but ok..I had some ice cream...my throat was calling for it..lol..anyways...I'll be up to speed tomorrow..so goodnight all
