today has been hard again but still have resisted snacking on anything but cucumber sticks i think its because ive been in the house bored most the day.....thanks for everyones comments though reading thoses and others ntries really helps me remember what i stand to acheive and distract me from temptation. But i am really aiming for 5 lbs this week as its my fiorst week back at weight watchers and i am on target yay.... now i did make it to the gym but once there me and my friend were both still aching from yesterdays boxercise class so only managed 20 min cardio and about 2 min floor before giving in to the sauna lol it was really strange at the gym as well because just for the day they swapped the mens and womens changing rooms around no idea why??

my mates boyfriend was round today stressing about his finance troubles he ate about 3 choc bars and a packet of crisps(hes 1 of those irritatingly skinny blokes) before remembering i was dieting at which point he suddenly swiftly put his second pack away and apologised bless him i keep telling him its ok to eat in front of me as long as he doesnt rub the food in my face or offer it to me lol .... so resisted temptation again wicked

WI points for the day are 34 (sorry bout my bad maths yesterday)

water drank 2 pts stayed on diet plan 2 pts no points for exercise but at least did a little

no binging or snacking 10 pts commenting on others DD entries 10 pts saying positive in entry 10 pts

Progress as of today: 4 lbs lost so far, only 82 lbs to go!

Good for sticking to your healthy eating plan it is hard though.I don't know about you but i forget sometimes that i am on a healthy regime as i am so used to just getting up from the couch and straight to the kitchen.My younger daughter has a tendency when she is eating her "goodies"to come right up to my face munching and licking her lips, she soon shifts herself when i pretend to get up.I'll catch you again,Julie.

okay so today i started of badly by having 3 crumpets with cheese for breakfast... However i made up for it by having a no point ww soup for lunch and tea just chicken and rice with a garlic tomato sauce. plus i havent binged or even snacked since last week. :) My gym buddy was back just in time for our sunday boxercise session at the gym and it wa so hard today i think paul(the instructer) wanted to kill us off today. But good news was i survived it and felt great afterwards for doin it. I definately recommend boxercise classes to everyone they are so fun and you can work as hard or light as you want plus lots of men jumping around in boxing shorts and vests phwoar... I weighed myself this afternoon and ive lost 2.5 lbs in 4 days i was really happy its definately going the right way.....

thanks to everyones comments this site is really helping in my weight loss journey as for yesterday i agree my housemate is trying to saboutage my diet but she wont succeed not this time !!!

My WI challenge points for the day are 26 pts as follows

drinking 8 glasses of water 2 pts exercise 45 mins 2 pts stuck to diet plan(ww points.. just) 2 pts

Didnt binge or snack (yay) 10 pts left + messages on peoples DD 10 pts Said + in my own DD i think so 10 pts

let me know if this is wrong i am new at this

Hey everyone Thanks the comments of support yesterday.i love this site reading what others are going through is a real help and knowing that others r going through similar to me is a comfort. I have just returned from the supermarket and have successfully resisted every temptation in there yay!!! Even though i was with one of my housemates who was/is v. inconsiderate to the fact i am on a diet. She dragged me down every crisp ,biscuit, chocolate, cake and bread isle and bought items from each.... Then once home by this point v.annoyed at her but unable to say nething as it is me thats dietin not her she opens up a box of mini donuts and eats everyone of them while staring at me so i have left the room to write this as to stop me either eatin the kitchen or shoutin at her.... Other than that i have had a very successful day again and have walked to the shops (30 min) so exercise for the day is done. Just got to resist snacking and cook a healthy dinner and i'll be done. Hopefully the rest of the day will be easier.

Ooo, I think somebody's *jealous* of your efforts! Why else would she put so much effort into trying to ruin your diet? Forget about you, What does that say about HER? Perhaps the only way she can feel good about herself is to see you miserable about yourself. Something to "chew on", so to speak. Stay strong!!!

I am new to this found it while looking for some inspiration on the net I am a 20 yr old female who is trying to loose weight. I live in birmingham england . I have just started the weightwatchers meetings and diet programme it is ging very well so far but as we know is still difficult. i have had a good day today though i went to the gym when got up with my housemate i am so glad she jnoined with me its gives me more motivation to go.... I stuck to my diet all day mainly because i have kept myself busy. Not really sure what else to write so thats it for today good luck to every one and keep going.
