Weight: 141.0

Day 5 24th sept!! Morning!! Well after being a little annoyed that I ate to much yday I'm managed to lose a little I am know 141 exactly!! I want to try and lose the extra 1 by the weigh in 26th!! Had my normal breakfast 250kcal! Friends invited me to the beach for the day to take her Lil boy!! Had to crackers with cream cheese before leaving 100kcal Lunch pack of sushi 125kcal and a yogurt 70kcal!!  Picked at the baby's biscuits and food trying to encourage him to eat! For some reason he had a bit when I did!! 100kcal!! We had some prawns and sauce on the beach 200kcal!! When got home had another 2 crackers and cheese 100kcal and a yoghurt 70kcal!! Went to the gym, did an hours cardio burnt 400kcal and 10 mins core work!!  When home I had 2 more crackers and pâté 100kcal!! I did have a good day but again I picked all day!!  See what the outcome is tomorrow!!

Today Day 6 25th may Weigh in 141 pounds!! Same as yday a Lil disappointing hoping to be almost at 140 by now!! I'm still eating ok maybe it's the snacking or maybe because I'm doing a lot of exercise my fat is changing to muscle which weighs more!!  I'm not really sure but I really would love to be 139 something I have never been under 140 in my life so that 1 pound under will make me smile for my holiday! Had usual breakfast 1 egg and palma ham!! 180kcal!! Helping my cousin out in his kitchen today so I hope I avoid all the food around me!! This will be a test of my willpower!! 

Progress as of today: 3.1 lbs lost so far, only 5 lbs to go!

Hi everyone I'm back with my second dates blog!! My account of yesterday.., 23rd May Day 4 Weigh in 141.6 only lost half a pound!! But still a loss soo in 3 days I have gone from 144.1 to 141.6!! that's 2.5 pounds not bad going! Only another 4.5- 6.5!! I think snacking on my mums dinner at 10pm didn't help me shed the extra 0.5 pounds!! Today is another extremely sunny day, going to relax until about lunchtime and then get down the gym hopefully it will be empty!! Can have a good hour weight session abs,arms,shoulders and mainly the legs!! I need to try and be focused today no carbs whatsoever and no sneaky snacking!! I would like to be 140.something when I weigh in the morning!! 140.9 would be a good start that will be another half and day 5 ideally 140 and day 6 under 139.9!!my goal is to be under 139.9 by day 7!!

Breakfast I had my usual eggs,ham and pickle 250kcal cup of normal tea and cup of peppermint and nettle tea!! I drink a lot of fruit yea more so now than normal tea!! 

Went to the gym did an hour of weights no cardio as the gym had no air conditioning!! Did 20mins focusing on legs, 20 mins on arms and 20mins on waist!! 

Didn't have any lunch snacked all day had 2 crackers with pâté and 1 cracker with hummus!! Made a jug of iced coffee used about 1 pint of milk but I only had half the jug during the day!! My friends came round for a BBQ this was my first test I told them I wasn't eating carbs And they didn't seem phased!! I had 2 small burgers and a small sausage and a big bowl of salad this meal was probably around 650kcal I prob could have avoided eating the other burger or sausage!! I had a small glass of pimms but this was from a big jug with very Lil alcohol as driving later!!  I think I did well but think I could have been a little more strict!! 

I gave in I had a sweet smoothie Lolly!! Low fat and 80kcal but still I gave in!! Consumed around 1000-1200kcal today!! We shall see in the morning if it makes a difference on my weight!!

Hi everyone, I've been keeping a little diary for my weight loss and am going to put it up on here as it is always nice to hear everyone's opinions and ideas etc!! I'm aiming to lose around 8-10 pounds not a great deal but enough for me!! I'm only 5ft soo according to the doctors I'm overweight I should be around 126 but I'm never going to be that weight!! I'm going on holiday in June so I would be nice to have lost some off the weight by then!! When I first diet I lose quite abit quickly then my body starts to slow it down! I'm currently on Day 4 starting today! So here goes..... 20th may!! I didn't eat a great deal yday the 1st day of  My holiday diet! My starting weight is 144.5 pounds 10 stone 4.5!  I would love to get to under 10 stone roughly 9.7!! But I need the willpower my body stops dieting at 10stone!! 

Breakfast I had 2 boiled eggs, I piece of palma ham and pickle totalling 250kcal roughly this was about 10!! Didn't eat then until 3pm Didn't feel that hungry if I craved any food I just had a finger tip amout of pâté!! Late lunch had a salad with a little dressing around 100kcal! Dinner I had home made soup! It was lovely 150kcal Had another tip of pâté!! All in all a good day consumed roughly 600 kcal!! Quite low for me but i havent felt hungry been eating alot of oranges throughout the day!! Went to the gym had a great workout!! Didn't drink enough water tho!! 

21st May Day 2 Weigh in 143.1 dropped 1 pound!! I want to try and half a pound a day hopefully totalling about 8-10! Breakfast  2 boiled eggs, ham and pickle same as yesterday 250kcal had this around 830! Didn't eat until around 3pm I had some home made soup 150kcal and 2 crackers with pâté 100kcal!!  I had a few oranges throughout the day but then had dinner around 6/7! I had a chicken kebab and salad!! A proper butchers kebab not a Turkish one!!  Didn't feel to hungry through out the day need to keep myself busy!! Went to the gym usual 30mins on treadmill and 15 weights on legs then 15 mins on arms and stomach!!  Overall a good day around 600-700kcal consumed!! Not eaten any rubbish yet!!

22nd May Day 3 Weigh in 142.1 lost another 1lb overall 2lbso far!! It is exactly 3 weeks until my holiday and I'm more determined than ever to lose the weight!! Another 6-8lb would be great!!  Breakfast Same as previous 2 days ham,egg,pickle 250kcal, No tea just yet just 1 pint of water!! Had a glass off diet lemonade and diet redbull!! No calories but prob should have avoided as full of sugar!! Will try and remember!! Lunch Crab and pickle salad!! Half tin of carb 75kcal salad 0kcal and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese!! Again should avoid the cheese but was a tiny amount!!  Another pint of water!! Looking in the mirror I feel like I have lost a little weight but everything still wobbles when I walk sooo a way to go yet!!  Rest of the day Had some soup when got a little hungry 100kcal and a few slices of chicken 40kcal An hours cardio work out in the gym!! Didn't do any weights couldn't get past the men!! Must make sure I do weights tomorrow!! Did drink 1.5l of water!! Soo far I have consumed around 500 kcal!! 

Picked at some food in the house my mum had made pasta bolognaise I didn't touch the pasta but had several large spoonsful of pasta and a few slices of chicken again!! Probably consumed at least another 250kcal this was at around 10pm which is far to late to be eating!!  Soo around 700-800kcal today!! Still not a lot of carbs which I'm happy about as that's all I tend too eat!!

And now we are back on track to today day 4!!
