Scale the same today. Yesterday I did well but didn't get time to post to my diary. I managed to avoid a major pig out on Wednesday, but I still ate more than I planned. B: 2x ezekiel bread (160)peanut butter (200) honey (100)cereal (200) milk (80)=740 woo too much L: canned soup H tea =320 S: apple =100 D:frozen dinner Amy corn tamale bowl=420 Total = 1580 I might add coffee in there with 20 call of Milk.

Progress as of today: 12.4 lbs lost so far, only 17.6 lbs to go!

Really craving a giant pig out right now. I ate half a biscuit and 2 spoonfuls of sprinkles. Maybe the combination of butter and sugar will quickly dispell the craving. It could be because I've cut down on toast and sandwiches a tiny bit from my menu. I guess if I had to define the craving I'd say it is for some kind of cream stuffed pastry. Maybe if I can get the baby to sleep I can watch some TV and forget about it.

Heh, funny because today I was tempted to stop at the bakery to get pastry for my boys. Then I thought better of it! I hope you were able to conquer your cravings today.

I almost stuck to my meal plan yesterday, but I did eat an apple and a half slice of bologna after dinner. This morning the scale is up only 1 pound, so could be from TOM water weight. Hopefully.  There's no preschool and no swimming classes today, so I can stay at home and get some chores done. Have a great day!

B: 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg (180) 1 slice toast (130) earth balance (40) milk  (20) coffee (5) 1/4 cup blueberries (20) = 395

L: I think I'll either make soup or eat a salad out if I can get the children in the car to run an errand = 400

S: apple + 1 tbsp peanut butter= 200

D: 4 oz steak(175), 2 cups frozen veggie stir fry (70) 1 cup quinoa (160) 1/4 cup soup (50) = 455

Total = 1455

 Scale was down a little this morning. Its TOM today, so I am feeling sluggish and I know the next few days will be a challenge.

I went to Body Pump this morning, and I am feeling slightly more capable in the class. I look in the mirror when we work out and I am suprized by how large my thighs and arms look. Its so strange to me, part of my problem is when I am at home I look in the mirror and think I look fine and then in public I see all the weight I've put on very clearly.  

B: 7 egg whites (140) toast w/ Earth Balance (150) coffee w/ ff milk (25) = 315

L: Amy's French Country Veg. Soup (260) 1/4 bean burrito (100) 1/8 candy bar (35) tea (0) raspberries (30) = 425

S: banana (100) tbsp peanut butter (100) = 200

D: bowl of frozen veggies (2/3 cup peas (70)   1 cup stir fry veggies (35) quinoa 1 cup (160) 265 + 4 oz ribeye steak 175 = 430 

 Total = 1370 

 

Progress as of today: 13.4 lbs lost so far, only 16.6 lbs to go!

Lunch: 500 soup, bites of bean burrito and ONE bite of candy bar (100) raspberries 1/2 cup (33) = 633 

Progress as of today: 12 lbs lost so far, only 18 lbs to go!

I think breakfast was around 600, so that leaves 300 for dinner if I'm going to stay below 1500 for the day. Seeing as I am unlikely to be able to meet that goal, I'd better shoot for 1600 and have 400 for dinner. If I have a small salad I can still have an apple or banana. Otherwise there will be no snack at all.

Scale is back to where it was so I'm glad Eating Breakfast with the kids and had all bad choices so I got a salad. Not as bad as I expected. B: 2 cups lettuce. 3 Oz salmon, croutons 1/4 cup, olive oil basal mic vinegar. 2 bites French Toast 2 bites croissant. Coffee ffmilk

 I have been having a rough time getting into a routine. Also my scale jumped up this week, and I am not sure why. Could be diet, or the body pump class I suppose, I will keep monitoring it. 

B: 2.5 toast (320) iCBINB (50) 6 egg whites (120) decaf (5) ff milk 1/4 cup (20) = 515

L: Large bowl of veggies ( 1/2 cup wheat berries (140), 2/3 cup peas(70), 1 cup broccoli(50)) + 1/2 tbsp ICBINB (25)+ apple (110) = 395

S: decaf w/ milk (25) banana (100) 1 tbsp peanut butter (90) = 235

D: Salad w/ tomatoes carrots (30) + 1/2 chicken breast (60) + 2 tbsp olive oil (240)+ 1 tbsp basalmic vinegar (14) = 345

Total = 1490

 

Progress as of today: 9 lbs lost so far, only 21 lbs to go!

I seem to be able to post from my phone now. That's great. I'm working on eliminating snacks because I think I ever identified them as the place where I'm taking in too many calories. I still need to post to this site everyday. Yesterday B kale salad w/salmon 3oz =350 L: wheat berries w/ mixed veggies and butternut squash (500) then I went overboard nuts raisins (400) bite of frosting (50)=950 D:boneless skinless chicken thigh (200) white rice with butter (500) jello (200)= 900 Total=2200 There's an honest picture. Luckily today is a new day. I also did an hour of body pump.
