Good evening everyone,

Well so far so good Today: B- mullerlight yoghurt and coffee L- homemade turkey burgers and salad D- jacket potato beans and salad

Liquids sugafree dilute juice x4

No exercise today - rest day although I have done housework and cleaned the fire out ready for a cold blast heading our way on Saturday although our cold snap is not so cold as others I fear!!!! Stay warm everyone x and happy Friday x

Progress as of today: 11.5 lbs lost so far, only 30 lbs to go!

Good evening,

Ugh!!! Was going really well until 3pm when I was invited out for tea!!!!! Disaster struck had chilli and rice which was fine then had the most enormous lemon cheesecake!!!!!! I then went to meta fit and hula but got a terrible stomach ache and had to stop!!!!!! What a day everyone ......so to finish off had 3pints of larger ........ Better day tomorrow!!!!!!! Fingers crossed x

B- rindless bacon, egg on 1 slice of toast ,coffee L- chilli and rice 2x lime and soda lemon cheese cake Exercise -half hour meta fit and 15mins hula

Then 3 pints of larger and 2 packets of bacon rashes

Lost it again .......bedtime x

Good afternoon all, Have been working hard recently in the exercise department metafit and hula swimming and running and walking but my diet is driving me crazy!!! I can't seem to stick to what I know will help me loose weight!! I find myself eating everything o shouldn't !!!! I know that cooking from scratch is the way forward and I totally enjoy doing it ..... but for some reason I'm not doing it!!!! I could cry!!! Exercise is up there but I'm sabotaging my progress because of what I put in my mouth!!!

Ok rant at myself over wipe the slate and move on today so far has been good day...

B- banana and coffee L- Sunday roast dinner D- home made veg soup liquids - coffee sugar free iron brew and 3 x water

This day will go well !!!

Learning to eat the right things and making the life change is hard and can drive us crazy but for me I do not call it a diet because diets have always failed for me. I call it a life changing eating habit that will and has to become a way of life. The option are not good if I want to stay healthy. Have a great day.

Yes exactly I am struggling with choosing the healthy lifestyle choices I know I like but keep on choosing the unhealthy option and I don't know why!!!!!

Good evening all, My week has been a hectic one but food has been not good!!!!!! I have eaten for England!!!! But I'm back at it and my only saving grace is that I have exercised well this week So today's food B- bacon and mushroom 1 slice toast L- homemade chilli D- Turkey slices with pizza topping cheese Tom mushroom peppers and onions with dry roasted potatoes Liquids - coffee tea sugar free lime cordial x 4 glasses Exercise 1.48 mile run

Good evening all, Well the snow did not arrive and I went to work as usual! The forecast has snow tonight and we have another weather warning Amber this time so a little more severe...... but as yet .... there's no big deal out of the window!!! So I'm not building my hopes up !! The day has been good in general.....

B- banana and coffee with bran flakes L- minestrone mug shot with 2 oranges and coffee D- cod in a sweet chilli sauce with carrots cauliflower rice and roast potatoes 2 x diet coke S- 1 pk walkers ready salted crisps

Exercise

Half hour zumba in the circuit 1 hr zumba

Evening all x Another good day here in north east england we are awaiting the snow and have a weather warning in place so fingers crossed for a snow day and I get to crack out the skis !!!!

Well it's been a bit of a week work is tricky and the other half is working away so the daily routine is all over the place however here is today's meals B- special k porridge coffee L- chilli and rice banana water D- cheese and onion sandwich tea apple

I went to hula hoop class and metafit all good Stay safe everyone in the storms x

Funny, I never knew that existed. And BTW, that cheese and onion sandwich sounds good. I used to eat onion and tomato sandwiches years ago and they were so good. Gave me death breath, but I loved them so! I think it was my great grandfather who used to make them...
