I have a small loss from a couple weeks ago. I've been good but not great with food and calorie counting. It makes a difference spending a little time every morning planning and writing out meals. So, here I am!

Down a bit more. Great! Yesterday for dinner, I purposefully didn't eat carbs. That always seems to jumpstart weightloss, so I saw some scale movement.

Ah! Finally a little scale movement. I've lost five pounds since restarting this weight-loss task, so I'm going to celebrate somehow today. I think I'll buy myself some lotion from Bath & Body Works. They have this delicious-smelling, triple moisture body cream that I want to get. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

I also had a 'treat' for being down -7 since about 3 weeks ago...I bought some coconut shampoo and conditioner for my hair. It smells SO GOOD. I got mine at the Dollar Tree, but this was a treat for me. Hope you are having a nice day. :-)
