(Balanced diet and gym time)
Not to sure if this 'current weight' is accurate or not because I am away from an actual scale. I plan to be back where I can use one in a couple days. I am making my weigh in days Friday mornings. I am not a fan of weighing right after the weekend because those tend to be days that are less structured than weekdays.
My goal is simple. Get healthy. My plan of attack is simple. Eat healthy foods, exercise, get enough water and sleep. I am not so much concerned with my ending weight, moreso my body fat percentage and the way my clothing fits. I am 5'7 so I know weighing 120 is not ideal for my body type lol. I am not looking to be stick thin.
I am planning on reaching my final goal in a year. If it happens before that, great, but I am not falling into the 'get there in time for summer' trap because, quite frankly, it IS summer pretty much. A year is more realistic. Time to lose fat, build muscle, and tone :)
Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 10 lbs to go!
