Good morning to all

yesterday was very good food and water.

Had a wonderful time with brother and s-i-l always a pleasant event when we get together for a weekly breakfast.

Remainder of the day was regular routine.

Today I have to get some housework done again - the job is never done.  It is perfect day for that cloudy and rainy.

House work...sometimes you just have to let it go!! I do and then do marathon cleaning. Good luck. Click the picture icon - the mountain with the sun, it will ask you to upload and browse, be sure to click the second tab to upload from your computer when it pops up or it won't let you look. Good morning all

Yesterday was a good day food and water.

Thought I would weigh-in since it is Monday and the beginning of the month plus wanted to see if the loss of yesterday was still there and yes it was so I start my month of June at 218.

Today going out for breakfast with brother and s-i-l our regular get together to catch up on what went on during the past week.  It has really become a routine with us.  I will miss that while I am away during Winter time. 

Challenge for the month to keep pacing myself and keeping myself on track.  Trying to adhere to my routine I have been on.

Good morning to all

Yesterday was a good day food and water.

Last day of the month decided to get on the scale to log in my weight for the month.  Surprise down 1 lb now that is a bonus for my month - total 4 lbs for the month.  Very satisfied with that.  Ready for the month of June.

Another rainy day.  Finally got all my pictures transferred from my desktop to my laptop.  Also transferred some of my music and videos.  I hate it when I change over from one computer to a new one.  Since I am not good at this stuff my son has to do it.  Don't like the new system on this one but will learn again.

My wish to you all is a wonderful healthy month of June.

Yesterday was a good day food and water

Nice to have another successful day.  June is just around the corner.  I enjoy starting a new month it always puts my determination in play to see how I can work this month and loose a few more pounds.  Every month for me is a new challenge because I enjoy changing the needle on the chart a little in the right direction.  Not quite sure what the game plan will be yet but working on it.

Right along with you :) I will work my tail off thru June to make sure I am beach-ready with my ankle - not to walk on beach, but to just enjoy the beach! lol...I should have been good to go this summer if I didn't rush into jogging last month...one day I will think more logically like you and some of our other members on here. At least I have you and a couple others offering me at least advice to take care of myself :)

oh...and more along with being right along with you for a "new month..." I sometimes think that way, sometimes not. You've motivated me to take a short time goal and keep it short-term...but slightly longer...ONE MONTH goals...what a good idea!

Good morning guys

Yesterday was good food and water.

This month will have been a 3 lbs loss month which I consider real good with having been sick for half of the month.  Hopefully next month will also be good.  4 months to go to on my goal time. 

My body seems to be on a maintaining mode more then a loosing mode of course it is so much easier to be on maintenance then loosing.  I have to find that little knotch lower then maintenance to keep on loosing.

Did not go out yesterday today it is a must.

Nice job this month Puddie! I hope you do go out and enjoy the day today! As for me, I doubt I'm even motivated to do laundry...meaning I may skip the gym this weekend again to rest my ankle....thanks for all your kind words, it means so much!

Yesterday was a terrible day food and water lol lol one of those days - had not had one of these days in such a long time - I had to laugh about it.  How sick.

Anyway today is a different day and I have that out of my system well it will be out of my system I guess in a few days lol.

Out for breakfast with a friend this morning and that went well.  Now I have to get some of my work done.

Good morning all

Yesterday was a good day food and water was 6 glasses now that is miracle.

Had a great time went to pick up my grandson to go hit balls at the driving range and ended up with son and grand daughter coming also.  Between the 4 of us we hit 330 balls.  Of course I am feeling it today especially around the waist. I thought my sholders would be sore but not that is good. 

Going out to breakfast with brother and S-I-L this morning we are trying a new restaurant just behind the Casino on a small lake - hope it is nice enough to sit outside on the terrace.

Good morning all

Yesterday food and water on track.

Today going over to my son's just for a small visit.  Cloudy but suppose to clear up.  It will be hot and muggy. 

Yesterday my food intake was low and I was worried about it but I decided that if I am not hungry then that is ok not going to eat just to make up calories.  It was definitely a diferrent feeling from wondering how can I lower my calorie intake.  I really try to eat only when I am hungry and that has worked up to now. 

Now if I could do that with water that would be great.  One thing about me is that I rarely feel I need to drink I have always been that way.  I never feel I have to drink.  I could easily have a coffee in the morning and not drink anything till supper time and even then it would be a glass of something with my food and then nothing else for the day.  Anybody else like that - not having urge to drink. 

Anyway drinking as always been my problem.
