Good morning

Yesterday was a good day food and water a little low almost 4 glasses. 

Today is my official weigh-in day and it remained the same but I do not have anything to complain about the week has been a very successful week last Sunday Apr.5th I was 231 and Sunday Apr. 12th  I am 225 - 6 lbs down. 

Having company over for dinner tonight and that is good so nice to eat with somebody across the table.

Tomorrow morning going out for breakfast with brother and S-I-L. 

Having a busy week filled with social activities and appointments.   Life is getting a little busy.  That is good.

Good morning

Yesterday was an good day food and water low again 3 glasses.

Definitely have to work on that water again - such a struggle.  I rather have the water struggle then the food struggle.

The play last night was very good but a little long my tail bone was a little sensitive after being seated so long even with the break in between. 

We are having a beautiful day weather wise and the 4 first days of the week will be mid to high teen C.  It will be perfect weather to get my patio ready.  The table and the windows need to be cleaned.  Looking forward to sitting outside and taking some of the rays.

Not much on my agenda today but I will be watching the last round of the masters.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was an excellent day food and water was up to 6 glasses.  At least I have the water up for now I know I have a hard time maintaining the water but I certainly try everyday to do it and that is as much as I can do.

I weighed myself this morning because I felt a move in the way I felt and I was right down one more pound.  It is getting real interesting the closer I get to my first goal of 200.  I realize that at one point pounds will not be falling off as easily and as fast as the process as been the past 8 or 9 months but I will deal with that at that time.  The important thing is keeping my eating healthy and just keeping myself on track.  The results are the bonus part of this process. 

So today a little bit of a lazy day and then going to see a play with my new friend that will be fun.  It is nice to have company again.

Good morning

Yesterday was good on the food but water was super low.  Will have to do much better with the water today.

Dinner went real well and I even got beautiful flowers as a gift.  Always nice to have fresh flowers in the house especially at this time of the year when the weather is a little bit cloudy and rainy.

Going to see a play on Saturday another night out but will not have any eating issues with that and that is a good evening when I can pre-eat and then go out. 

I got a real good night of sleep and even got up late.  Dishwasher is going and I am just having a nice coffee trying to get my day going.

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day for food and water still at 5 glasses - still working on it.

I am looking forward to my company for dinner.  Anytime I can have company for dinner is nice because eating alone all the time gets to be boring plus I get to use the dining room table which I don't do when I am alone. Good old TV tables - I know that is not exactly the perfect thing to be doing and should make an effort to get back to eating at the table.

We are getting snow and rain again and in two days they are forecasting 15C and 19C really unusual weather it seems it just can't make up its mind to be Winter or Summer.

Good morning DD pals

Yesterday was a good day for food and water was 5 glasses - don't know when I will be able to get it back up to 8.

Accomplished a lot yesterday - still getting things done in the house little by little I will get it all done.  I guess when I left last December I must have said I will do it when I get back - I don't think I will do that next Winter when I leave because it sure has kept me busy since my return.

My friend is coming over for dinner tomorrow night.  Will be interesting to do some entertaining again.  I am looking forward to seeing him again. 

The weather is finally warming up the weekend will be in the teens but some rain.  I am looking forward to going out on the driving range. 

That is it for me have things to do today again and have to go to the store and get some last minute items.

The driving range sounds like fun. Do you golf? I did a bit way back in high school and college and my boys are interested so I think we'll take them to the driving range when our weather warms up. Have a good one!

Yes I do but I am a terrible golfer but enjoy the game. There is just something about swinging at a ball as hard as you can lol. I am hoping that end of April or really early May the range will be open here.

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day food and water also 6 glasses.

I got back on the scale this morning to see if it was 226 and it is a solid 226 since it is the same again today.  Sometimes I am not quite awake when I get on the scale in the morning and yesterday was one of those.  It was a wonderful surprise the second time I got on.  Time to move on to my next week now and do what I have to do.

I am having company over on Thursday and planning an easy dinner and a safe dinner.  All the basics.

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day food and water low again - really having a hard time bring my water back up.

Today was my weigh-in day and the scale moved down 3 lbs.  I am glad it has started moving again.  Last time the scale moved was on March 24 I hope this little plateau I was on is over but we will see. I am happy to be in the 20s now.  It always feels good to change number.

My brother is suppose to pop in today I have not seen him since December and on Thrusday I am having a friend over for dinner.  Enjoy more having people over then actually going out for dinner to somebody elses place.  Its all about control.

Anyway today is a good day and wishing you all a good day.

PS - I wrote this real early this morning and after I decided to go back to bed and finish my night sleep.  When I woke up I thought I would get back on the scale and realize that I either read it wrong or there was an additional loss. But it read 226.  I will keep it and see if I will maintain it to my next weigh-in.

Scale movement is always exciting!! Congrats! I know plateaus can be frustrating but it's good you didn't let it derail you.

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day food but water is low again.

I went to my son's and did real good had my salad and one backed potatoe but did not eat the peel and they had cooked a ham so had some ham (it was a little salty). 

I was away for my birthday so they had a cake for me I had a sliver of cake just to say I had a piece.  I am quite happy with the results of the night out.  I stayed on track.

Today will relax - wishing you all a good day and a Happy Easter.

Yesterday was very good food and water 4 glasses again a low day with the water.  It is hard to get it back up to my 6 to 8 glasses.

Today I am going over to my son's place for dinner.  I am just having an easy relax morning.   The only thing is today I have to keep myself on track.
