Good morning

Yesterday food was a little off but water was good.

I think that the 230s will be a little struggle to get to the 220s.  I might just be due for another plateau like earlier in this journey but I know that staying on track will eventually get me back on the loosing side.  Last time I had a plateau for 5 weeks but it paid off in the following month. 

That is about it have a great day.

Plateaus are frustrating. Just juggle the calories or the workouts a bit. Worked for me before.

You have a great attitude about the scale, I get easily frustrated when I don't see movement. You are so right, just keep doing what you're doing and you will see progress!

Thank you. It is a journey and I put myself on this till September. Instead of a goal weight I have given myself a full year. I will reassess it at that time.

Plateaus ARE frustrating, as GrannyAnnie says. But they are just normal, as you have reminded me time and again. You are doing great. Where ever you are at the end of the year you are counting, you will have made great progress toward the goal. My goodness, you've lost 50 pounds - that's a toddler!!!

Good morning

Yesterday food was perfect and water was good.

Weigh-in today - I stayed the same and for me that is good.  This is normal for me I seem to take a break after a very good month.  I do not worry about this because I am still 8 months away from my deadline date for attaining my goal.  My body probably need a break.

Yesterday food was excellent but water was low.  It is all good.  The next 3 days will be absolutely wonderful hoping to be touching the 70s for one of the days.

Yesterday was an ok day not to my satisfaction for food but water was excellent.

I really don't think this week will be a weight loosing week.

I have problems w/ feet n leg swelling and have for years even w/o much sodium. It stinks! Glad yours is better.
