Sunshine and 45 degrees today, no traffic coming into work because idiots decided Austin schools should start at 10 am.  Yay for me, got to work 30 mins earlier.

Breakfast - 16 oz water, chocolate chip chewy granola bar -

I am editing the paranormal activity blogs, however, in order to get the full effect of what happened, you guys needed some background on who the "ghost" was that was haunting us, therefore, I am writing background info, I wrote 2 full hours here at work yesterday and then we had the electricity blink off and guess what?  I had not been saving because when you click to save it, Xanga asks me to log back in to start writing again, minor inconvenience when you think about everything that was lost that I wrote in those 2 hours.  I wanna make sure it is all perfect before people read it.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 26.4 lbs to go!

Wow, we have snow flurries in Austin, TX.  I am excited, I have never seen real, live snow before!

Breakfast - Brisket Taco and a Diet Dr Pepper -

Snack - Cup of coffee (black with Splenda) and an apple - 1p

Lunch - Easy Mac and Diet Dr Pepper -

(I need to drink more water, my pee reeks!) TMI!

Dinner - Home made beef stew (Carrots, potatoes, canned tomatoes, cabbage, beef stock, sirloin tips) and 2 corn tortillas with home made salsa -

I have been away for quite a while, I suffered a miscarriage on Jan 18 then we had some paranormal activitiy going on in our house for a couple of weeks and I had to call in professionals. Scary stuff.  I won't go into detail here cos its a diet diary but I have a blog for anyone who is interested in reading about the things we experienced.

That being said, my clothes do not fit right anymore and I am trying to get back into DIET MODE!  Grrr....I weighed in on Friday and weighed a whopping 156.4.  I will continue to weigh on Fridays.  I did not siet on the weekend, so I am starting with new points as of today.  I have calculated that I get 21 points per day, forget the "flex points" for the week cos I abuse those! I forgot my points calculator at home so I will have to add the points up later.

Breakfast - 16 oz of water, Chocolate Chip chewy granola bar, 2 cups of coffee with equal =

Why do I let co-workers talk me into ordering food that is bad for me?  Grrr...

Lunch - Cheeseburger and 1/2 order of onion rings and a Diet Dr Pepper =

Dinner - Taco Bell Fresca Steak Tacos (2) and a Diet Pepsi -

I'm a total skeptic about the paranormal, but I have a friend who would be so interested in your professional--assuming you were happy with the testing/results, etc. She's down your way--you can leave it in comments to me or drop me an email if you so choose--the address is in my bio.

She's had more stuff happen over the period of time she's lived in this 50 y/o house--about 5 years or so. She's reliable in every other way and skeptical about other things as well, so I just listen and believe her. She had a priest bless the trouble spots, and it toned down for awhile, but it completely started once again.

Take good care of yourself there:-)

I will have to copy and paste my journal from one site to another so please be patient and I will let you know when that is done. had not really thoguht much about writing it for the public to see so I will make sure it is edited and post it along with the findings and conclusions. EXCITED!!

The paranormal is very real, I am not here to try and convince anyone, to each his own, just would like to share my story and hope that others can maybe learn from my experience or benefit from it.

Well, I abused my flex points and paid the price, not to mention, I am bloated cos I am about to start (Prolly Monday)  I weighed in today at 155.6 HTF did I gain 3 lbs in ONE WEEK!?  FRIED CHICKEN!

I am .2 pounds over my STARTING WEIGHT!!  UGH!!!  I am gonna just forget I even have any flex points from now on.

Breakfast - (I was starving so I grabbed something at the store when I got gas this morning) Baked Lays and a Diet Dr Pepper - 4 p

Progress as of today: -0.2 lbs lost so far, only 25.6 lbs to go!

Dinner - Chinese Buffet - 12 p

I feel like a fat slob...

Total = 28 (used 9 flex)

Went to mass this morning they held in memory of my grandma who died 2 years ago this week, I had my morning completely planned, even had to get up 45 mins earlier to get Thor to school early, Shawn decided to tag along at the last minute throwing a monkey wrench in the plan cos I had to take him to work after mass all the way across town which made me 20 mins late to work this morning, oh well.  He was not used to Catholic mass, kneeling, standing, sitting, kneeling...the morning masses are 30 mins long which is nice, at least we kinda got some exercise in what with all the kneeling and standing, LOL  (Ok, sorry, Lord, that is not funny) but what WAS funny was I was reminding Marshall and Shawn "Do NOT take your cell phones in the church, please don't take them in.."  They managed to both bring in their phones but remembered to turn them off, I wish I could say the same for the priest, his phone rang in his pocket under his robe during the opening prayer and his ring tone sounded like a circus theme, LOL  It was so funny,...he laughed and said "I had better get this, it could be the Lord..."  TOO FUNNY!!  Way to start off a morning!

Breakfast - Cream of Wheat, Banana and coffee with Splenda - 4 p

Lance had some seminar here and I HEARD we were getting free sandwiches and chips but I am holding out to find out, I brought left over enchiladas from last night (hey, didnt want them going to waste - shrug)

Lunch - 2 beef and cheese enchiladas and Spanish rice and a Diet Dr Pepper- 12 p

I gotta be good the rest of the night - either that or exercise, ugh!  I haven't even considered an exercise plan, maybe I should do that soon...

Not doing well at all...I chose convenience over practical and healthy for dinner, I did not feel like cooking so I went and got the kids fried chicken, I am abusing my flex points!  BUT I DID SAY NO TO CHOCOLATE CAKE that we had at work for Felicia's BDAY!

Dinner - 2 chicken thighs, jalapeno and a biscuit - 9 p

Total = 25 (used 5 flex points)

Total Flex Points Left Til Friday = 17

Woke up kinda tired but got to work 25 mins earlier than usual..I think I started PMS-ing already, Shawn noticed but he said "At least NOW I know what it is and I know not to take it personally anymore!!"

Breakfast - Apple, Yougurt, Coffee with Splenda - 3 p

Lunch - WW popcorn, Mac and Cheese - 6

Marshall and I decided to try and make enchiladas for dinner, not a very HEALTHY choice for dinner but it was FUN and NEW and THERE WERE NO LEFT OVERS SO I GUESS WE DID GOOD!

Dinner - 2 beef and cheese enchiladas with Spanish rice and a Diet Dr Pepper - 12

Total for the day = 21 (used 2 flex points)

Total Flex points left for the week = 20

Dad called me today and invited me to lunch, which will make me go over in ponts today cos chances are, he will choose to go to Hoover's, but oh well.  I had invited him to lunch last Wed but he had alot to do before going to the Rose Bowl in CA. So we went today...

Lunch - 2 small fried catfish filets, buttered carrots, salad with raspberry vinegarette and green beans with a Splenda Lemonade - 5 p

Shawn graced us with his presence at dinner, he got to take a late lunch so he got to eat with us, he means well but I hate it when people are in my kitchen while I am cooking...

Dinner - 2 beef fajita tacos with corn tortillas, pico de gallo - 10 p

Shawn did not finish up at work til 9:30 so we got to spend a whole 40 mins together before I passed out...sucks

Total for day = 19 out of 19

Man, it is so nice not waking up with a hangover...

Breakfast - Brisket taco on corn tortilla - 5 p

Shawn and I decided to go to the flea market again, it was fun, he bought me jewelry.  The kids called my mom to come get them and take them to eat so Shawn and I ate while we were out, he wanted fried chicken, ugh, must be nice not to have to worry about dieting!

Lunch - 2 FRIED CHICKEN THIGHS (felt the fat GOING TO MY THIGHS AS I ATE IT) and a corn on the cob = 8 p

When we got home, he brought in all of his clothes that he had put in his truck the night we had broken up again (New Year's Eve night) and we did a mass cleaning of the master bedroom closet, we musta given away 2 tons of clothes to GOODWILL, alot of his clothes were cowboy clothes that his ex bought him and the cowboy boots and hats, he said those clothes are just not him, LOL

With all the weight we had put in the utility room closet, the rack broke so off we go to Home Depot or Lowe's to find new brackets...

We looked for an hour - did not find the brackets we needed, damn Home Depot and Lowe's closes at 7 pm on Sundays, WHO KNEW!?  Wal Mart was open but do you know how Frustratng it is when you see what you need but they try to sell you a whole KIT and you dont need the whole KIT just PARTS OF IT?  We found my exact shelving unit but we did not need all of it, just the brackets and plastic holders...Shawn being the salesman he is tried to get the Wal Mart associate to sell him just 1 bracket and the plastic holders but they would not.  it took forever for an associate to come to our aid, Shawn stood in the middle of the aisle and yelled out "ATTENTION WAL MART ASSOCIATES, I NEED ASSISTANCE IN HOUSEWARES..."  No one came, LOL  he was so cute.

We came home empty handed, we put the clothes back on the leaning rack for now and he will fix it on his half day Thursday.  I am tired...we walked about 12 miles today at Wal Mart and 2 Flea Markets...bed time!

Dinner - Easy Mac (right before bed, that cant be good) = 5 p

Total for the day 18 out of 19 points (Yay)

It sure is nice not waking up with a hangover!  Took Shawn to work at 9 am and intended on going back to sleep when I got home but instead I killed time on Facebook and waited til 11 am to go get BBQ.  Called my aunt so I could go show her my car but she was not home.  Got BBQ locally instead of going 30 miles out of my way.  This is the one thing thats gonna take some getting used to, unlike Atkins, I cant eat all the meat I want, ugh...I will end up using some of my flex points this weekend for sure...

Breakfast (Late) - BBQ brisket with onions and pickles (6 p) and a tasty Big Red (3 p)(Gotta have Big Red with BBQ and they didnt have Diet, Ugh) = 9 p

Took a long nap (4 hours) dunno why I was so sleepy but I guess my body needed the rest...

Lunch - Brisket (chopped up) in a corn tortilla with pico (x2) = 10 p

Shawn wants to go out when he gets off work at 9 so we decided to go with the Hyundai gang to Midnight Rodeo, it will be hard since we are not drinking but we are in need of some fun...he also wants to take me to dinner.

Dinner - Chinese Buffet  - General Tso Chicken, Beef and Brocoli, Fried rice, hot and sour soup, Diet Pepsi... ( I am guessing at the points cos I ate like there was no tomorow) 13 p

Total for the day = 32 p  (used 13 flex points)

Flex points left for the week = 22
