Day one of what is gonna be a painful progress. Love my food soo much but have to start being strict i have less then a month to loose about 10kg but thankfully if i dont get it all of i still have a month after that before my wedding.
im not on any particular diet just kinda doing what feels good for me bit of everything really. i do have the frozen weight watcher meals for dinner got some today hope they dont taste like crap. other then that excercise is what i feel like at the time eitha treadmill or going for walk sit ups etc. i find that if i dont have a routine i work better if i know i HAVE to do something makes me not want to. i have gym membership but gym buddy bailed so i feel uncomfortable there on my own now. havnt been going much.
Todays calorie intake its 3:15 pm and including food and drink i have had 113.21 calories... im not feeling hungry sugar free redbull and diet pills work wonders for that. So glad i havnt given up smoking yet that would be a disaster.
Gonna take all my measurments so i know what im loosing from where. hopefully stress of the upcoming wedding should help drop the weight.
