Went up a lb, but thats to be expected since yesterday I kinda let myself go but I'm sure it will eventually go down this week. I finally believe I have figured out how much I need to eat in a day.....which is actually less than I have been eating (sad) but thats in order to lose weight....Guess Ill be researching more low cal goodies for me!
Yesterday started my day off with a nice 3 mile run...later were gonna blast through with some insanity :)

Yea, the stomach flu is super nasty this spring so he might be still recovering from it. A lot of my friends with babies are having to rush them to the ER to get them properly hydrated. Nothing makes me more sad than seeing a baby hooked up to hospital machines. :(
YAY! I made it into the 139s! Feels good to be back. I checked my measurements and they are getting smaller which is always awesome. Always wondered though, to meausre your hips do you measure around the butt or your hip bones? I've always been doing the hip bones because well....thats the area where the major problem is lol
Zach and I got into a huge fight......well nonverbal fight. Apparently his car wasn't working so he tried to call me for 30 minutes. I didnt hear it since I was finishing up some homework and when he got home he just flat out ignored me (it wasnt like it was 3 hours, it was 30 minutes....) so when he gets mad, I give him his space to cool off. He decided to ignore me all night and this morning. Its stuff like this that reminds me that he still has a bunch of growing up to do. Ill just be the bigger person and not get pissed off like i feel at the moment RAWR! lol
Im gonna try to relax this weekend, but....Ive got loads of work for school and work to do! :/

Didnt end up doing insanity last night and ended the night with french fries! (OOOF!) So, today were gonna have to bring it. Yesterdays resistance class will be saturdays cardio recovery.....
ALSO, as an experiment to understand my body I've realized that I "gain" about 2 lbs during the day and lose it when I sleep....So, before I go to bed if I'm at 142-141, ill be at 140-139. Oh my experiments lol. Of course this changes if I eat after 7 pm, drink a lot of water and dont go to the bathroom, and if I eat a heavy meal before bed.

S (930) - Healthy mini muffin
L (1230) - GROSS. Work served chicken salad on white bread and a couple of potato chips.

So the 140 on my scale was the 138 on my other scale...and i dont if any of you remember but the 138 (140 now) is that daggon plateau mark that I couldnt get passed for about a month!! Not this time, I'm determined to see a 139 soon.....
I have a TONNNN of grad school work tonight and starting my independent project for NOAA (I asked if I could do the internships on the weekends since I dont get paid ansd they said yes :) )

Today is my break day from insanity, but I'm gonna go to the on base gym to work out on some things that I haven't in a long time...
I started the day off with a big big breakfast, so were gonna adjust the food quantity today.
B (730) - Whole wheat tortilla, turkey sausage, black beans and some grapes (i know its weird for breakfast, buttt i was craving some protein)
L (11) - Carrots and Greek Yogurt w/ honey
*Gym - Treadmill, squats, and stair master (total 1.5 hours)
S (1) - Grapes
D (530) - Grilled Chicken w/ edamame
S (8) - Either left over carrots, tea, or popcorn

This weekend was great food and exercise wise! In fact all of last week was so I hope I can duplicate it. This weekend Zach and I bought some new baseball gloves and literally played catch friday night, saturday night and all of yesterday. My arm is still sore but we figure that playing catch is good exercise, we like it, and it doesnt cost us any money!
This week I hope goes fast. I have to do some more job hunting and do some grad school homework. I go home to NY May 11th, so I've got a 'date' to get down to 130 :)

Boy did I need it. Up bright and early. Zach had to go do his PT , which means I will too. About to go outside for the morning run...even though I just wanna go back to bed for the next hour. BUT I've got 2 lbs to lose by April 1...Then comes the next 5 lbs for May 1....and 5 lbs for June...and then July....and by August I SHOULD be at my goal....hopefully :)

THE HUNGER GAMES movie is coming out sooooon!!! we are going to raleigh to see it in IMAX because well, i loved the books that much lol. If you have spare time and want to read a good book, i suggest the hunger games trilogy OR see the movie!
Got my 1.25 mile in (12:50, 20 seconds off my last week run :D). Coming home and doing some more insanity. For some odd reason, yesterdays plyometrics was rough on me...but I only stopped once this time and didnt stop at all during the warm up.

SO...I just found out that I have been accepted for an internship to work for NOAA at their National Weather Service....which is awesome, because its what I really WOULD love to do BUT!! its not paid :( x 100. We do have some savings, but....not enough......so I'm gonna have to decline the offer. Shoot.....Wish the Johns Hopkins Program would tell me if I got it yet! Now that ones paid!!

Hi all! Super busy day for me. Went to a job fair and went back to work and now Im still here lol. The job fair went "ok". Wish they could be a company that would sign me a position on the spot but we all know that wont happen, so Im gonna stick to my appling to new jobs.
Tonight is grad school homework night sooo hopefully I can get my insanity in before homework time!

S (930) - Honey Oat Minimuffin (used applesause instead of sugar and butter, tasted the same!) = oats, honey, some whole wheat flour (found white whole wheat flour at walmart...interesting right?), applesause, skim milk, egg and u can add some pb and bananna to it too and that was it. delish!)
