Today I was pretending to be lazy when Alarm Clock Banged at 5:30AM. Still managed to got up at 5:45AM and went for approx 6KM walk in ~80 Minutes.

My decision to leave the bed and walk was better than sleeping in the Bed, and than feeling bad for the entire day.

Good Going.. Pray to God for me to continue to have the same motivation.. 3 Cheers..

My Walk Continues with Average 40Min/Day.

Went to Endocrinologist Today, and looking at my GRBS (General Random Blood Sugar) report for last week, he told me to continue the Medicines (Metformin) for another 1 month, and see him with Fresh GRBS; Based on which my medicines can be reduced/eliminated.

I'm feeling charged, after improvement in Sugar Level, and Regular Walks.

Continued to Walk for approx 40 minutes per day.  Celebrated Saturday walk with ~80 minutes for 7 KM. Yes, I could have gone faster, but preferred slow and steady.

Glucose level is very much in control. Don't know yet, if this is because of metaformin or Walls or Diet?. Almost 2 weeks since I had any sweet...

 

Progress as of today: 3 lbs lost so far, only 33 lbs to go!

This time, as it's medically required; I managed to make walk for average 40 Minutes/Day for last 1 Week.

On Sunday, I walked for 70 Minutes; and other days approx 40 Minutes. Started walking after the Lunch in Office and After Dinner at home.

Also Started Metaformin to keep my T-2 Diabetes under control, as prescribed by Dr.

I'm surprised to see that my Fasting Sugar Check has come down from 140 to 110 in just 1 week of walking and 2 days of medicine. Not sure, if this is the effect of Metaformin or my walks, or control of Diet.

Reduction in Diet : Zero Sugar, No Rice, No Patato.. 

Addition in Diet : More Apple, Pappaya, Cucumbar, Curd, Milk, Lentil, Corn-Flakes.

Read Corn-Flakes has bad sugar, So Bought OATS today, Will add that to my Plan from tomorrow.

 

There is some Stress on Personal Side. Things seems to be out of control. Submitted my Prayer to God. He knows; what's the best for me. I've done no wrong; But, I've done negligence of doing the right thing and not taking action. My eyes are opened; but only God know, what should be done with me.

Well Doctors told now.. either weight loss or body..

 

I need will power, same will power which i had 6 years back.. to get back my health, and my life back..

I have been being very bad for last few weeks. After a wonderful success, now didn't take it seriously for last 1.5 month.

 I started today again.!!!.. God please keep me motivated. I have improved a lot on my health, and let me be on the right path!!.. Though I am worried about the employement now (almost one year without regular job), but health is wealth, and I should earn wealth via health than job.

 

My current weight is 77.5kg = 171lb

Progress as of today: 60.4 lbs lost so far, only 24 lbs to go!

YES. Good post. Your comments are very much on point. You HAVE made MUCH improvement on your health. We may not be able to control the economy or many, many other circumstances in life, but we can take care of ourselves by taking care of our bodies. Also -I think healthy looking people are in more demand in the job market, so consider it an addition to your resume that doesn't get put on paper! I will join you in your prayer for yourself and for my own self, too! Amen, sister!

Thanks. During last 10 months, I have been continuously improving on my fitness/health, and thus those who have been seeing me regularly don't see the difference, but those seeing after a gap are surprised. Some are happy and are motivated after seeing me. While unfortunately some are SAD, as now they no more can tease and make fun of me when I am better than them in many other aspects of life.
