Record Broken Again : The Most Successful GYM Day.

1. Stepper - 600 times.

2. Bench Press - 200 times with 6 plates.

3. Cross Trainer - 30 Minutes, 310 Kcal.

4. Cycle - 24 Minute, 252 Kcal

6. Threadmil - 6 Minutes, 50 Kcal.

- Wow.. Again today,  I didn't take any rest while doing all of above. Isn't that amazing..

Progress as of today: 39.6 lbs lost so far, only 33.1 lbs to go!

I am satisfied with my performance during last 1 week. One interesting thing I observed that even while doing the rest I have been taking Deep breath. Thus using the lungs capacity to the fullest. I know Baba Ramdev advocated doing this during Yoga, and don't know if this is Good for Health or Not!!!. But this is a change in the way I live. My Gym Coach feels excited to know this, but I don't trust him.

My summers Programe :
 April 29th - Kedarnath/Badrinath - 1 week
 May 10th  - Mountain Biking in HP - 8 days
 May 30th - Rookund - 8 days

I hope my Fat Loss at 1Kg/Week will continue, and if that happens, Post Roopkund I should be 78 KG = 172 lb

Today was the most successful Gym day of last several months. In morning I had gone for 10KM+ walk, and than in evening performed following activities in Gym.

1. Stepper - 500 times.

2. Bench Press - 200 times with 6 plates.

3. Cross Trainer - 25 Minutes, 278 Kcal.

4. Cycle - 24 Minute, 252 Kcal

6. Threadmil - 10 Minutes, 107 Kcal.

-- Wow..  Let me continue it. The most important aspect of todays Gym was, I didn't take any rest while doing all of above. Isn't that amazing..

Progress as of today: 37.6 lbs lost so far, only 35.1 lbs to go!

Writing this Post after 17th March. Must say that I am satisfied with my Walk + Gym performance since 17th March. I have been quite regular and have definitly build my Stamina..

During weekend on 28th March I went to Vaishno Devi. Though as compared to my past visit to the same place, there was remarkable improvement., I personally feel that I need to build lot more stamina even now. I had expected myself to me more active, but I had collapsed at Bhairo Ghati.. I shouldn't have felt tiredness on the return path (Though I can blame on not sleeping for 23 hours, but that's not the Excuse).. That's why I had to leave my friends in middle without help and I rushed to catch Bed.. Next time it shouldn't happen.

God!!..... Plantar Facia is again showing Signs!!.. I don't want to take medicines.. But Will probably have to take something today as I don't want to Quit my Walk / Gym at this stage, after working hard for last 3-4 months.

I hit the gym today after 8th Feb'2009. However I managed to be on road in morning walks for 30% time over last one month.

If I try to be honest, the blame is not me, it's my sports injury 'Plantar Facitis'. I think after years of inactivity, I worked too hard over last few months, which resulted in this painful injury.. I felt pain and was bit afraid that hitting Gym again may increase the injury and I might have to leave Gym for the life.

Though I still have pain in sole (just below heels), but I don't have the choice and hit the Gym today again. Now I will be regular to Gym, even if that means that I will survive on Pain-Killers or other medicine I otherwise hate to take..

Last weekend I trekked from Kathgodam to Nainital and further to China Peak. It was lot of fun. Enjoyed a lot..

 

1 More KG, before turning to OverWeight from Obese.

Height is : 1.71 Mtr

Normal Weight is : 73.1 KG = 161.2 lb

Overweight Max is : 87.7 KG = 193.4 lb

Current is :  88.6 KG = 195.3 lb

Progress as of today: 36.1 lbs lost so far, only 36.6 lbs to go!

you are right there at the halfway mark on your tracker! Don't look back and don't give up - keep on going. Rest the foot and build back up carefully, if you can. Also - there are some over the counter devices or ones that dr can prescribe that can help the plantar faciaitis heal......

I had to slow down, too, after having that in my left heel. Daughter (who is a 4th year medical student) made me throw out my very cute Puma sneakers. She said that if you can bend them in half and twist them all around, then they are not properly supporting your feet. I now have some great Mizuno (sp?) sneakers that make my foot feel better on my walks with the dogs.

on 8th , It has started with approx 16 KM walk. .

Will go in GYM today.

Now, GYM + Exercise schedule has started affecting my work.. I hope I can do a justice with both!!. I need to do better time management.. Lot of thing to do in 24 hours now. Being very busy in work as well as on GYM+ walk..

I have changed the GYM timings. And am happy with the new coach in GYM.

I checked my weight today, it was 89.5 (Means less than 90 for the first time in last 5 years).. Bravo!!.. Keep it up.

I don't want to mention my schedule today, as yesterday in Vermaji's party ate lot of junk , cake and fried pakoras..
