As decided yesterday, I didn't go to Walk in morning!!.

Today's activity at GYM :

(a) Cardio : 

225 Steps at Aerobic Stepper

160 Calorie : 15 Minute at Elliptical Stepper

245 Calorie : 24 Minute at Cycle

(b) Strength :


Quadriceps : Bench Press : (7*20 + 8*15 + 8*10)

Shoulder : 2*15 + 2* 12 + 2*6

Shoulder : 3*15 + 4* 15 + 4*15

Hemstring : 10.5*20 + 11.75*15 + 13*10 And 10.5*20 + 11.75*15 + 13*10

GYM Was closed today for Republic Day.

Thus, I just went for Morning Walk : 9 KM (590 Calorie).

I worked hard over last two days, and today I found that morning walk was not very easy. Heart and Lungs didn't report any problem, but tired musle of Legs repeatedly asked me to return to home, but I managed to complete the 9 KM path unwillingly.

(May not go for walk tomorrow).

Today's activity at GYM :

75 Calorie : 7 Minute at Elliptical Stepper (So far I was using wrong wordins as Cross-Jogger)

230 Calorie : 21 Minute at Cycle

225 Steps at Aerobic Stepper

Few Weight Training Exercise for Thighs (5*20 + 6*20 + 7*20) , Shoulder!!.

155 Calorie : 15 Minute at Cross-Jogger

200 Calorie : 20 Minute at Cycle

210 Steps at Aerobic Stepper

Few Weight Training Exercise for Thighs (5*20 + 6*20 + 7*20) , Shoulder!!.


 So will Do more of Cross-Jogger Tommorrow.


Height is : 1.72 Mtr

Normal Weight is : 74 KG = 163 lb

Overweight Max is : 89 KG = 196 lb

Current is :  91  KG = 200 lb

I checked my weight today evening at gym after ~18 days. Happy and Surprised to see the loss of 2.5 KG in last 18 days. I must admit didn't work hard enough as I wanted in last few days (Worked with 60% Efficiency of what I could have done). Will work hard now.

Today's activity at GYM :

150 Calorie : 12 Minute at Cross-Jogger

160 Calorie : 20 Minute at Cycle

210 Steps at Aerobic Stepper

Few Weight Training Exercise for Thighs (5*20 + 6*20 + 7*20) , Shoulder!!.

Positive Thing is : Today I didn't get tired at GYM!!. Why?. I don't know. I wanted to do more and more today..

 So will Do more of Cross-Jogger Tommorrow.

I need to restart my Morning Walks.

Height is : 1.72 Mtr

Normal Weight is : 74 KG = 163 lb

Overweight Max is : 89 KG = 196 lb

Current is :  91  KG = 200 lb

Weight: 205.0

Just chilled today.. Did nothing.

I need to increase my aerobic excersize now. Will use the Heart Rate Calc tomorrow, and will start early at 5:30 AM for full round. I need to increase my Intensity now.

So far, normal Intensity was working in my favour, but going forward I need to increase it.

I feel like, entire last one month has not gone well in my favour.. I need to push it again..

Now next immediate target is 'Obese to OverWeight'

Height is : 1.72 Mtr

Normal Weight is : 74 KG = 163 lb

Overweight Max is : 89 KG = 196 lb

Current is :  93 KG = 205 lb

Progress as of today: 26.4 lbs lost so far, only 45 lbs to go!
