I didn't go GYM today.

 However walked approx 12 KM today.

I have a feeling now, that the weight loss is slower, and recently more fat is gone from thighs, but more weight is added around stomach. Inspite of more hard-work now the rate of reduce is slower.

May be time has arrived to push body further towards more aerobic excersize. Only Walking 10-14 KM doesn't seems to be sufficient, and now I need to move to Running (Which I am always afraid, as in the past that lead to Sprain near ankle).

 So starting from Tuesday, I will increase the walking time, and will do that at brisk pace.

Also another notice is, Hunger level is down now.

Start Of Gym

Paid Rs. 3500 For the GYM for 3 months.

I did following today.

10 minute cross jogging : 100 Kcal

10 minute cycle : 75 Kcal

16 minutes : round spinner (stand, sit 8 min each)

5 minute : 200 step up/down.

8 minute : 20+15+10 (4 plate, 5 plate, 6 plate) thigh expersize

5 minute : (2 plate, 3 plate)shoulder exercize

Yes, Now again back to schedule. Thanks to the Job Loss, and lots of available time. I have been on Road for approx 12KM/Day for about 15 times in last 21 days.. Isn't it amazing for a lazy guy like me,, Soon I will join Gym. and Will plan to reduce about approx 7KG/Month. Current Weight is Approx 95KG..

So to reduce 95-72 = 23KG, I should take 3 months.. So by the time Sweaters are gone, I should be withing healthy weight again...

 

One impotant change I notices is, change in cloths. All of sudden, my old cloths are ok for me. :-)

Hey there! Welcome! You've done a great job, 24.4 lbs! How long did it take you to drop that many pounds? Just curious. 7 kgs a month is A LOT and I'm looking forward to watching you doing it and getting inspired! It would impossible for me to drop that many kilograms a month and stay energetic, but I hear the metabolism is totally different for the guys. Good luck to you, go for it!

I am bad.. Stopped weight planning in middle. Recent Trekk was usefull to get the motivation back. Current weight is 231lb (105 Kg). Goal is to bring down to 165lb (75KG).. Means 30KG.... At 2KG/Week average, it will take approx 15 weeks

This is the advantage of doing a Diary. I can check, how stupid I used to be around 2 years back. Expectation of 2KG/Week was not only stupid, and un-realistic I was unscientific and making fool of myself. As of today, I think even for 1KG/week, I need to work very very hard!!.

Also I can see that, since there is no entry for a long long time after 01-June-2007, I wasn't serious as well. I think I was a pure Donkey at that time.

Progress as of today: 0.4 lbs lost so far, only 72.3 lbs to go!

Welcome. Practice eating the way you know is good for you, and exercising..practice every day by doing it. Eventually it will be second hand, and you will lose your weight! Looks like you are starting out good with the exercise. I might only suggest counting your calories, weighing and measuring your food, and keeping a journal of everything you eat. Just a suggestion. Take care!
