Now, even after morning walk I used to feel fresh, and thought to loose more calories, and challenged myself through joining a gym. Paid Rs. 1200 and became member of 'Myra Mabyn'. I realised that have reduced 3 KG's in last 10-15 days through walks + in recent trekking activity.

Progress as of today: 7 lbs lost so far, only 59.4 lbs to go!

After last trekk, continuously managed to go for walk 80% time. Life is back in my life and feel great. Schedule is from 5-AM to 10-PM. blisters is again a problem.

Had a wonderful 8-10 KM trekk in Renukaji-HP(not exactly). It was a 8-10 KM walk on hill road. Thanks thanks thanks to Anup and his friend. They stayed with me while I struggled, and motivated me to go more.

Felt great after return. It was a wonderful day as gained some amount of confidence back in life after 6 months. Blisters again created problem.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 72.7 lbs to go!

Now went continuously for walk for last 4-5 days. Started feeling good and fatigueness has been reduced. But started developing Blisters in soles, which is the prime reason for any bunk.

Again went for morning walk after 4-5 days, couldn't walk 3 kms, and felt pain in calf muscles.

Didn't have confidence for Auli trekk and tried to motivate myself through some small morning Walk after 6 months. Got very tired in just 2 kms. Slept for almost entire day.

Now all medication related to the unknown desease has been stopped. No Physical activity has been done since my fever of unknown origin started in April-2006, and due to which I cancelled several Trekking programms and stopped all physical activity. Still feel Tired and feel too week for any kind of physical exersize or sporting activity.

Progress as of today: 0 lbs lost so far, only 66.4 lbs to go!
