Hi-

Today- B- oatmeal, L- salad with turkey and avocado w o & v D- kashi dinner snacks- 4 cheese & crackers, pear glass of wine, 12 small pretzels

Exercise- only 15 min of floor exercises

So not a bad day . Will have more exercise tomorrow.

I want some oatmeal....LOL Hard to do when it's only on the grocery list. Hate to go out amongst so many people with sickness/flu... Only 15 minutes of exercise? BETTER THAN NOTHING! Good job.

Hi-

Today-

B- oatmeal, L- mushroom soup, wheat bread, small piece of apple pie, D- butternut squash soup, eng muff snacks- carrots w/ hummus, a few nuts

Exercise 1/2 hr treadmill

Apple Pie !! Good grief what was I thinking. I am weak. So I figured that the 1/2 hr on the treadmill may have equaled out the pie

Is it possible to eat too much soup- may have had too much squash soup....

The positive side- no wine tonight.

The soup question I don't think so unless they are cream soups - bouillon soups are usually low. Good Grief the pie lol lol. We all have these moments of temporary insanity lol. Have a great evening

Not the best weekend but could have been worse. Always hard when I have meals out.

Today- B- wheat toast, L- wrap with light mayo, turkey and avocado, Snacks- almonds, pear, piece of cheese. yogurt, D- chicken curry, rice peas

Exercise- 15 min floor exercises, 1/2 hr on the treadmill

Good start to the week!

Hi-

It is hard to stick with my plan while eating out. Yesterday I planned to eat an appetizer portion at dnner but somehow when the server mentioned the steak with mushrooms & mashed potatoes that sounded so much better. And then I decided a glass of red wine would taste good with it. I gave my husband 1/2 of the steak so that helped keep the portion reasonable. Today I was out for lunch & was able to keep with a salad & just a few bites of my husband's grilled cheese and lobster sandwich, which I must say was delicious.

Today- B- oatmeal, L- salad with chicken, olives, cheese, tomatoes & some croutons & some bites of sandwich, , D.- plan to have tomato basil soup Snack- handful of almonds , glass of wine

Exercise- 20 min walk

Hi-

Good day so far. Now hoping that carries over to dinner as I'm going out & then to the theater. The restaurant has some really good options. Some good small plates. That's my plan.

B- oatmeal, L- bean soup , 12 small crackers w 1 T pb, snack- pear, dark chocolate, a few almonds Dinner- planning to stay with healthy options.

And the good news is that the scale is showing resutls , down 2 of the holiday pounds.

Exercise- 15 min floor exercises, shoveling snow

wow! already down 2 of the holiday pounds! awesome! You inspire me to make some changes and re-establish my goal of losing a few lbs myself. I plan to do it mostly by watching calories one day each weekend, lessening calories a bit to create a big deficit.

Hey, now three good days. I think i'm remembering how to do this. Tomorrow I'll start keeping track of my calories. I like Lose it for my calorie app.

B- oatmeal , L- tomato soup, health nut bread, D- chicken, brown rice, peas Snacks - almonds, apple , yogurt with T of peach jam , hot apple drink approx 1400 calories

Exercise- 45 min of Zumba

OK 2 good days in a row. No sugary snacks & today no wine. Definetly need to keep this going.

B- oatmeal , L- salad with cheese & turkey, o & V, D- chili with beef & beans, snacks- almonds , yogurt, a few crackers.

Need to get the scale going in a good direction.

Exercise- only my floor exercises. Not feeling 100% today, headache & tired. Just hoping it's not the start of something.

Hi- I love some of the expressions that the British use. One of the them "Rubbish " very nicely describes my day yesterday. Just plain rubbish! And I won't bore you with the details. Just think about cake and then calculate how many calories in 3 pieces of cake & there you have it !

Today I am focusing on no sugar. I need to get the sugar cravings out of my system. So far, so good.

Various meetings today so no exercise but that's ok.

I think about cake, I think about ice cream.... Staying away until daughter's 15th on the 20th :) Been 4 days now w/o "added" sugar... Sure is a difference!

Bloody hell! ;) Yeah, I made cupcakes over the break "for the boys" and indulged in a few myself. They are safely frozen now, to be brought out only for desserts for my kids. That's what I'm telling myself anyway. I hope today is better for you!

Hi,

Ok, back to reality! And Monday is a good day to get honest with what I've been eating.

My exercise contnues to be pretty good. Going to the gym about twice a week, some walking , doing my 15 min. floor exercises about 4 times a week

Now to get serious about my eating. need to cut back with carbs, stop snacking on nuts and junk food & cut back on the wine.

Today- B- oatmeal, L- eating out at a potluck party-hoping there will be salads & fruit D- tilapia & a veg.

great, hoping you do post then :) I am happy for the holidays now....the time off....I am going to use it to my advantage. this is a major time I can use in order to lose the weight...and I bought some salt soup cubes..you know, the boillion cubes?? not sure I spelled it right. should help me thru the fasting. planning to fast all the way till dinner with my friends on Saturday night.
