Tonight is my last night enjoying junk food for awhile... I really need to get my eatting habits under control. I have always struggled with my weight. I am either eatting too much, or not enough... Visious cycle!
I am already a vegetarian, have been for many years now. I am going to try and move towards a raw food diet. I feel like that is the best way to go. I know I need to get more experimental with food, but that is something I have never been good at.
I am also going to try to do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise every day. I think the combination of both is key.
I am hoping that by posting online, I can be more accountable to myself... We'll see how it goes. Wish me luck, I'm going to need it!
