I Killed my diet!!!! :( On Thursday I ate a junior cheeseburger special which comes with fries and drink. FRiday I REALLY killed it! I ate like 3 slices of cheese pizza and I bought small chili fries, grilled cheese sandwitch, a corn dog, and chips with lemon juice :- Saturday, I drank vodka with pepsi and shared a big bag of hot cheetos chips with my cousin. Sunday, I ate a mini sized cheese pizza.

YES, all fattening food! Well, I decided to start THIS WEEK. I haven't exercised since last time I wrote in this diary :- its tooooooooooooooooooo freaking hottt to exercise right now. its like 90 degrees!!!!

Today I ate 2 bagels with cream cheese. Thats all Im gonna try to eat today and try to exercise extra hard later on today when it cools down.

Well, wish me luck...

Comment left by paperxxdollx on 04/26/2004: everyone messes up. just get motavatiojn to start over again. and maybe even (as silly as it seems) exersize indoors like do 20 laps around your house lol ive done that when it rains. even go to a mall walk around there but dont buy food walk around and shop for clothes or look at clothes youd like to wear. iots motavation, fun and exersize

Okay, so I made me a diet diary. My good friend Leslie told me about this site so I had to come and check it out. Real Cool. Well, I'm like 50 pounds overweight and I'ma do my best to loose it.

I wanna look good again, like I used to back when I was in 9th grade. I was thin and able to wear anything I want. Also, I wanna be thin for my crush Ponyboy. Hopefully me being thin will change his mind about me just being "friends" so yeah.....

I barely started 3 days ago. My diet and exercise. Monday- I ate some hasbrowns and abc soup my mommy made me.

Tuesday- I didn't eat Nothing.

2day- I killed my diet already! By eat 6 lil mini slices of cheese pizza :-\ I got the craving for it!

For exercises, I usually run around my pool LoL. I'm guessing that 50 times around my pool is about half a mile i think.

Monday- I ran 100 times,

Tuesday- I ran 80 times, did 40 sit ups, and did 5 mins of the bike exercise.

2day- I just ran 51 times. I know I shoulda done more since I ate that fattening pizza but I got sooo tired.

Well, 2marrow is another exercising day for me. Bye

If a guy judges you by teh way you look, then are you sure he's worth it?

Cravings suck, one thing you can do when you have a craving for anything is to go and take a very long walk, until it's over. I know that sounds stupid, but you'd be surprised.

Random tip: Hula Hoops are wonderful things^^
