hey, I lost 3 lbs I am planning to put my scale away so I can just weight once a month, because if the scale not go down it drive me crazy. By the way I need your prayer since tomorrow I have date with my ex-husband, I did lose him once, because of his inexperience he was a "rookies" and i find out later that it was a mistake of letting him go. losing a good man is suicide but finding a good one it takes a life time to find one, so everybody out there keep your man, do judge them by their inexperience, but yeach them what they need to know
keep up on losing those pounds

good morning everyone thanks to all of you for your kinds words, support is what I really need. since I did try all kind of diet out there, without support I went nowhere. regarding breakfast I will be using left over from dinner

Hi Andrea: Welcome to the club. I am not on the same diet however I do know of two woman at my job that have lost a lot of weight. One lost 53 lbs and the other lost about 30 lbs. I wish you a lot of luck. I am not on any diet plan. I eat 3 meals and watch my calories. It seems to be working for me. Good luck! Pinetree

Hey, everyone, i am new here, and I have been in atkins for 2 weeks,now I need some support, so a friend suggest this group. I lost 10 lbs so far, i bored with the bacon and eggs every morning need some new, any idea? i was impresses by all the entries, it's going to help me a lot.

Andrea your in good hands if you stick with this website, we have some great losers...if you know what I mean. I think Jen did Atkins and she can give you some points, but changing diets is OK too if you start to get discouraged. I know with Atkins you don't get alot of vegies and fruit. Stay focused!

Hi Andrea, Welcome to a real great group of people. I know what you mean about boring breakfasts. I switch from swiss cheese omelet and fried eggs to wassa bread with peanut butter. I really can't think of any other breakfast ideas either. Good luck and try to post often...it is real encouraging when you have people to support you in the good times and the not so good. We all have both!

Hi Andrea. Welcome to the group. I enjoyed the post you sent me and appreciate what you have been through. We do have a lot in common. Atkins is a great plan. I started on 9/12/99 and have lost 30 pounds to date. I, too, am bored with the bacon and eggs breakfasts. I wish I had some ideas for you, but I'm going through the same thing myself. If I think of other breakfast ideas, I will let you know.
