Nobody - Saturday May 01, 2004 Weight:212.0  (Wedding Count-down 329 days)

I'm off to look at another reception possibility today. I think We've settled on having it in Merrickville though. if any of you want to do a search on Merrickville, Ontario - it really is the most beautiful village in Ontario that I've seen.

Slim-fast seems to suit me just fine. There's no thinking involved! For exercise this weekend I'll be doing some gardening outside. I've promised one of the patients at work a couple of rhubarb plants that I've been meaning to dig up. She's going to plant them at a nearby seniors home.

Tonight we're going to a BBQ at my mother's place. Hmmmm.... As long as I avoid junk and dessert I should be fine.

Nobody - Thursday Apr 29, 2004 Weight:218.0  (Wedding Count-down 331 days)

Just starting. I lost 68 lbs last years on Atkins but gained 24 lbs back. ACK!!! My all time high was 262 lbs Feb 2nd 2003. Don't you just hate having a "2" at the beginning of your weight? It totally sucks butt.

We're getting married March 26th next year and there is no way I'm heading down the aisle in a fat girls dress. No way. I'm going to start hunting for THE DRESS in September. I'd like to be 175 by then.

I'm also going to sweat to the oldies along with the slim-fast. Wish me luck!

You already have once! wow 68lbs, good job! you will do it again.. stay strong and remember to keep posting, it helps so much! take care,
