okay so im completelly starting over again, after prom it kind of all went down hill, after prom we had cheese cake and taht was in the middle of may and its now July 10th and I had been TRYING to cut down on my carbs but its so hard. So i bought the 6 week body makeover and im starting on monday. I'm moving in with my grand parents starting then (because im going to school then) and they said that they want to do it with me too so its great that the three of us the only ones in the house will be supporting eachother and we wont have junk food in the house (they never really did anyways). It will feel almost like a competition against my body. i'm in control of myself and i can make myself look HOWEVER i want with a little self control and support and i can look completelly different and just thinking about that seems really cool. So yes i did gain a little weight back on but not too too much. when i get to my grandparents tomorrow i'm gonna weigh myself on THAT one and always weigh myself only on that one. so i dont know what i weigh. ill be writing again tomorrow. thanks for reading! ~Alycia Rose

Boy, I know all about cheesecake! When I was at the university I used to go to a restaurant near campus that had the BEST cheesecake. They'd serve huge portions and with black coffee, mmmmmmm! Luckily, I never had to think about weight, but I sure do now! You HAD to have it prom night, of course, but now with your new plan, you'll lose those few extra pounds. That's great that your grandparents will be on the same diet with you.That's SO helpful! To a new and trimmer you!

tomorrow is prom and my goal was to be 140 by may 17th but was kinda hoping by the 14th (prom) and i might get erhe i dunno the other day i only had 1.6 lbs to loose so maybe i will make it, if not i wont fret i still have the rest of the weekend to lose the extra 1.4lbs. today for breakfast i ate a health shake (mmmm) tons of protein and vitamins. and now im home for lunch and im not sure what to eat, i might have some turkey and cheese with my water. Sorry if i bore everyone with writing down what i eat but it helps me (you might want to try it if you dont already) becuase if every entry i write i say every thing i eat then when i go to grab for a brownie i think, i would feel stupid writing down that i ate a brownie so im not gonna eat it. it really works. well im gonna go grab that turkey and cheese them im off to class again. i hope everyone is doing well. stay strong!

I know i havent written in a while but ive been doing really well. i'm really proud of myself. I had a goal to weigh 140.0 by prom which is may14th and when i woke upthismorning to see what i weighed and how much i needed to loose in the next 6 days and i lost 4lbs. i was so excited. i was at a mojor plateau and i think i just broke it. Today after i weighed myself i had scrambled eggs (3) with no fat cheese (a little bit) and some fakin bacon (it has 1g. carbs and a lot of protein i highly suggest it to any of you that miss your bacon on your diets. theyre made by morning star) then for lunch i ate a salad with tuna in it with only a LITTLE bit of salad dressing on it for some flavor and i told my mum that i would visit her for mother's day but if they were having anything i couldnt eat then i would have to eat before i went over because i know i'm just not strong enough quite yet to resist the italian foods that are made in that house mmmm... i miss my italian raviolis :) well i hope everyone else is doing well on their diets adn happy mother's day to all you dieting mothers! i swear i will update a lot more now. aspecially everyday until prom!

I went to NY and all i did was eat and eat and eat and i could have SWORN that i gained at least 5 lbs. I came home sunday night and i weighed myself monday monring and i lost .3lbs i couldnt believe it, how on earth that happend i have NO idea but i did walk a LOT all through NYC and i was on my brother's college campus walking around. so thismorning i realized that i shouldn't guve up i can really lose weight so breakfast will be eggs with fat free cheese, lunch will be salad or tuna and dinner will be 3 slices of turkey with 2 slices of fat free cheese. I'm at a platuea (sp?) and i need to break it so...here i go.
