Hello All,
did pretty well with food this weekend. I am trying to decrease the processed carbs in my diet...snack cakes, cookies, chips,...you get the idea. So far it's working...and I don't beat myself up if I have a cookie or two. I am beginning an exercise program to get my body back used to exercise...I walk now but not nearly enough so I plan to increase my walking until I am doing some sort of exercise for a sgnificant amount of time everyday, at least 30 minutes...and then increase the time from there....Water's going good but I never really had a problem with getting enough of that.
