Hello All,

did pretty well with food this weekend. I am trying to decrease the processed carbs in my diet...snack cakes, cookies, chips,...you get the idea. So far it's working...and I don't beat myself up if I have a cookie or two. I am beginning an exercise program to get my body back used to exercise...I walk now but not nearly enough so I plan to increase my walking until I am doing some sort of exercise for a sgnificant amount of time everyday, at least 30 minutes...and then increase the time from there....Water's going good but I never really had a problem with getting enough of that. Here's to the beginning of the week. Good luck to everyone!

Hello, I am really ready to lose the excess weight I am holding on my 5'7" medium frame. My goal is to reach 140. I have a membership at Bally, which I have had for almost 4 years now. I was at my lowest in 1998 at 192 and I have gradually added all of the weight that I lost since then, except for like 5 lbs. My short term goal is to be under 200 by the end of September 2004. If anyone has any good suggestions for a quick jump start that would be wonderful.
