I have been using my own diet for 3 months and so far I've lost 15 pounds. I want to lose 15 more before next school year. I was bad today just because the local fair was in town so I had a gyro and a Pina Colada slushi. But, starting now I'm back on. If I only eat salads during the rest of the school year (which may sound like a long time but is really just 8 days), it will help me to lose the weight. I want to also start work out to tone up, because now I'm losing the weight but I still feel flabby.

There are lots of people who have seen pretty good results on broadway without being "sticks," but I get the picture! I like your name, BTW!
